1 night in Asahikawa, this hotel easily to get there but you have to park opposite side of hotel if hotel not free( I guess or maybe if you stay more than 1 night might be can park at the hotel area) big hotel
Room is okay, there is a window but cannot open. Breakfast is good and nearby Aeon department store and food restaurant
The Ctrip interface stated that breakfast was free for children aged six and under, but upon check-in, the staff tried to charge us 900 yen for our six-year-old's breakfast. We had to argue with them to get it waived
There's a self-service laundry room on the ground floor; washing and drying are separate, and the dryer isn't very efficient, so plan your laundry time accordingly
The restaurant is on the top floor with a beautiful view, and the breakfast is very rich with daily rotating dishes – they put a lot of effort into it
The location is great, not far from Asahikawa Station, and dining is very convenient with many restaurants to choose from
Hokkaido, Asahikawa, 8-1962-1, Miyashita dori 🧭 Map
Very clean and good accessibility, with helpful front seat staff, next to train station. Delicious Breakfast!
The room is quite old and not very spacious. The best aspect is the location, as it is right opposite JR and the Aeon shopping mall. The room description stated that a safe box would be provided, but there was none
Very close to Asahikawa Station and easy to find. The breakfast selection was excellent, highly recommended! I stayed here twice because I had such a good experience.
Very convenient location access to Aeon Mall, bus station and JR station. Different choice of restaurants around hotel with direct access to convenient store.
Good to have public bath within hotel.
Service is good. Room is clean and big. Location is good, very conveience. Hot spring is very good. It is definetely a recommended resort if you want to enjoy a relaxing trip.
Hotel is right across Asahikawa station and close to the bus station to Kamui ski links / Santa Present ski resort. Room is decent and have a large public bathroom.

This hotel is in a great location. The convenience store was just at opposite of the road. The staffs were friendly and the room was clean. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall
However, for 3 people, it did feel a little bit small. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was closed for upgrade for a month, so we only had the chance to enjoy it once
Very clean
Public bathroom is great
Struggle to deposit my luggage, I have to use locker at second floor, must be lift up my 25 kg luggage to second stall of locker
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights
We even found a university supermarket next to the campus cafeteria with delightful prices for souvenirs and food, where I snagged some limited-edition Sapporo Agricultural College egg tarts! The hotel's surroundings offer excellent transportation links; it's less than a ten-minute walk to the JR station's North Exit and Daimaru Department Store
Overall a comfortable stay and good value for money. It would be even better if the reception could understand a bit more English or Chinese
The environment was quite good, but the hot spring had a strange odor, so I didn't dare stay in it for too long. The breakfast was indeed excellent
Spacious and comfortable room with an excellent breakfast that truly lives up to its reputation. Well-managed public bath and open-air onsen, with thoughtful amenities prepared in the room
Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Free ramen as supper. Coffee machine 24 hours . Location is super good.
Excellent location in Hakodate, all walking distances from major attractions - red brick share houses, the churches and government houses, morning market etc
Breakfast spread was excellent and the sashimi seafood for chirashi bowls are fresh and delicious
My only complaint is that reception staff can learn to speak some English especially when the hotel is full of tourists from various countries. The room is rather small and crammed even for a solo traveller
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Nishi 1-1, Kita 2 Jyo, Chuo-ku 🧭 Map
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, and there's an airport limousine bus that drops you off right at the entrance, which takes about 80 minutes to 2 hours
For breakfast, you can choose between Western and Japanese options. The hotel also has an onsen (hot spring), and you can check the crowdedness level on the TV, which was usually not busy
After a bath, each person gets a free can of beer. There's a laundry room, but the machines are a bit old, and there are only three of them, with separate washers and dryers
The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the guy at the front desk was really handsome! The breakfast was delicious too, especially the Hokkaido potatoes 😋
I stayed at this hotel for four nights during the Christmas holidays
Location-wise, it's very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Exit 22. Plus, it's really close to Odori Park
Nice and well trained reception staff.
Dyson hair dryers are placed in the public bath area and Balmuda The Pots are in the room. Good choices.
Central location, some walking distance needed for station or attraction. Overrated breakfast, the fresh seafood provided just 3 or 4 type with everyday the same, I really regret to book it 3 days
Good breakfast. About 10mins walk from Susukino station. Close to shopping street. Given free gift upon member registration.
This hotel is a must-stay when visiting Hokkaido! It's well-equipped with a fantastic public bath, and after a soak, you can enjoy free ice cream or a variety of complimentary drinks downstairs
The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the subway station and Tanukikoji shopping street. The airport bus stop is also nearby, which is a huge plus! 👍
The breakfast was incredibly rich and featured all the famous Hokkaido specialties like soup curry, seafood rice bowls, pork rice bowls, Genghis Khan BBQ, and more.
Saw air hostesses staying here. It had to be good. And it was. Artificial onsen was a great touch. Also comes with breakfast.
Great location, just a few minutes' walk from JR Chitose Station. There's a Lawson convenience store nearby, and they offer a free shuttle service to the airport. Very convenient!
I have stayed both of my trip in this hotel last year and this year. There is a izakaya (居酒屋) opposite and its taste good. This hotel provide shutter bus to new Chitose airport. There are certain timing for the bus
Good value for money hotel. Onsen small but appreciated, breakfast for free was a nice addition. Staff friendly and helpful. A few minutes walk from the station. Recommended.
Nice hotel. Near chitose JR station & with onsen. Hotel walking distance to Aeon Mall . We use the hotel shuttle to the airport.
good location. clean and comfortable room. free shuttle to airport. will book again if come this way
Really large, comfortable rooms for an amazing price! Great view of the harbour from the windows. Breakfast buffet is also great! Overall, I had a wonderful time at this hotel.
Hotel Kunugigaoka Otaru is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city, right by the sea. It's conveniently located, perfect for a snowy stroll
I enjoyed delicious 'chame' barbecue, visited the Music Box Antique Museum, and the Japanese Ukiyo-e Art Museum, among other places
The lobby is brightly lit, and the front desk staff were very friendly and clearly explained the opening hours for the three entrances. They even specifically advised JR travelers which door to use
The room was spacious and very clean, and the mountain view from the window was absolutely stunning – a pleasant surprise!
Good services with fast check in, location is good for traveller, there is a lots of shop next to the hotel, tasty breakfast with seaview.

Room was spacious enough for our 3 luggages. TV also had information regarding the status of the onsen and washing machine which was a nice touch. The counter staff also spoke good English and were generally very helpful
From 3 PM to 11 PM, they offer complimentary afternoon tea, coffee, and snacks. The overall design of the space is excellent
Excellent location, just 10 mins walk from Sapporo Station, overnight parking available and fee not expensive.
Their English was impeccable and very clear, and they proactively asked if we had any other questions. There's only one restroom in the lobby, so if you're in a hurry, it's better to go to your room
About a 5-minute walk from JR, with a convenient store nearby, it's super handy. Rokkatei is right across the street, and it's only a 4-minute walk to the Hokkaido Red Brick Government Building
This hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station and 6 minutes from Daimaru Department Store. The price is definitely higher than hotels in Otaru, almost double
The location is excellent — right next to Obihiro Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. You can even walk to the famous confectionary Rokkatei shop, making it a great base for exploring Obihiro
Hotel located near obihiro station. There is bus stop in front of hotel. Check in and check out process are fast and smooth. Warm and kind staffs. Quite big room, clean and great bed. The hotel also provide welcom drink.
Very good stay and friendly staff. They even gave us a welcome drink ticket to use it in the restaurant of the hotel.
Wonderful experience after 1 year past to stay again and the hotel never disappoints me. Sincere staff clean environment and nice breakfast which always makes me feel welcome and comfortable
Overall, a well-located hotel with good food, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality
Friendly and thoughtful staff who can communicate in English fluently, especially the gentleman at reception on 16 Jan evening. The amenities provided are wide ranged and generous
Best hotel
# Most friendly staff
# Very convenient location
# Good prices currently
# Good design and spacious rooms
Overall a very positive vibe of this hotel
The room is big enough for the 3 of us. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. We love the rooftop and got the best hospitality ❤️thank you and will definitely come and stay here again soon
This hotel is perfectly situated right on the street in Susukino's entertainment district. There are three supermarkets and a ton of restaurants nearby. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious
Hotel changes towels and replenish water & amenities daily but only clean every 4 days. Overall nice hotel, good location and convenient most places of interests
A great central location. Perfect for the Snow Festival. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent gym. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.
Also, their free coffee at the lobby taste really good and I drink it every morning. You can also store your luggage with the hotel and come back to check-in again in few days time if you travel to other cities
(I don't like thw combination one so i purposely chose this type of room)
The cleanliness was superb, you can put the card on the bed and the sticker at the door to sign them to help clean the room and change the bed sheet
After watching Ken Takakura's movies, where Hokkaido was mentioned many times, I finally fulfilled my dream in 2026
relatively good location, about ~10 min walk from odori station. very nice that there’s free lounge from 3-9pm, with free snacks and drinks
The hotel's location is also excellent
What a beautiful region, a beautiful city, and a beautiful hotel – Sapporo Odori Park View Hotel! I was happy to find a smoking area in the hotel lobby. In the evening, while I was smoking, I met an American ice sculptor
I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they decorated our room accordingly. They even gave us some Shiroi Koibito chocolates! Their email responses were very prompt, which was great
I have a reaaly good time at this hotel. i came to sappiro for calebrate my aniversary. the staff prepare some thing very sweet. the room and bed are more than enough for 3 person. Everyday they give us new towel
The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were good. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city, making it easy to get around
There’s an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. It's located directly in front of Odori Park, which was amazing during the Snow Festival—I could just stroll out and enjoy the event
No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time
Instead of taking bus to the airport we chose to walk along the underground path all the way to Sapporo station which makes it easy for us in the winter. Everything’s prefect and wonderful
I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 1-1 Nishi2-Chome, Kita3-Jo, Chuo-Ku, Sapporo 060-0003 🧭 Map
The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. The room is spacious enough, and they even provide drinks and alcohol. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety every day
The bed was comfortable and clean. There was convenient store with many restaurant and shops on the opposite site of hotel. We recommend this for those who want to stay near the JR station
It was pretty good! I could borrow an umbrella when it rained, and the coffee machine in the lobby could make hot chocolate. There were also two complimentary glasses of wine, but unfortunately, it wasn't plum wine
The hotel just 300m walk from Sapporo station, very convenient. The hotel is very clean and new. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stay in Twin room, 25m2 size, suitable for 2people
At lobby there are coffee/cocoa machine and microwave to use for free, and 1 glass of wine/sake per person is free per stay. TV is on the table side next to bed
The location is great, even with a lot of luggage, it was manageable. The room was also generally clean. Worth it.
Good Room and breakfast. The hotbath located next to the hotel was fantastic.
The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much!
I'd love to visit again in the summer when the outdoor pool is open
Service was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Buffet choice is awesome.
When I checked in, I received Chateraise Baumkuchen. The hospitality felt truly luxurious, like a proper hotel experience. The spa was spacious, and the open-air bath in the snow was absolutely amazing
Two of the water slides were closed, so it seems they're only open every day on weekends this month. Even without them, we were able to play in the pool until 9:00 PM and then relax in the hot springs
The buffet had a variety of options and was delicious. I was able to eat a lot of crab, which was great. There was a TV in the bathroom in the room. The pool and hot springs were great
The hotel has a great location, close to a shopping area, and directly across from a bus stop that goes to CTS Airport. The breakfast was also very good! Overall, it offers excellent value for money.
Book a twin room and barely have enough space for two 28 inch lugguages. The breakfast was touted as one of the best in Sapporo with posters within the hotel and lifts. In reality, nothing close to it
Excellent service! It's an older, established hotel. They escorted me all the way to the elevator, and the airport shuttle stop is right outside.
Good morning buffer food
have a lot of food and oishi ☺️
and very good location I you love shopping
Good hotel. Good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are really good
Overall it was a decent stay. Good breakfast offering, rooms a little old and worn but clean and overall comfort was good. Recommended at the right price!
The room was quite spacious, with plenty of room to open two 30-inch suitcases. There's a sauna upstairs, but we heard it was a bit stuffy, so we didn't try it. The service was pretty good, and breakfast was decent too
This is the best hotel in Asahikawa, and it's incredibly convenient for skiers. The room is spacious enough for two adults and one child, and the under-bed storage is a clever use of space
The room was a bit on the small side, but the location was good. It's suitable for skiing or families with children
The lobby has a great vibe, and they offer welcome drinks and snacks after 3 PM. There were a lot of Westerners here, likely for skiing, as the hotel provides free shuttle services to the zoo and major ski resorts
It's about a 15-minute walk from JR, which was a bit tiring with luggage. Luckily, it wasn't raining or snowing. I'd recommend taking a taxi if you have a lot of luggage or people, it'll save you time and effort
First time staying at an OMO hotel, and this one in Asahikawa is about a 10-minute walk from Asahikawa Station. It's quite family-friendly, with various animal themes throughout
Jozankei Manseikaku has so much delicious food! The scenery is beautiful too! It's super convenient, only about a 30-40 minute drive to Sapporo Art Park and Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort respectively.
Good location, very big room so comfortable for 5 people. Our room was good view and clean. The location easy to go to many travel spot.
Love it ! No regrets booking here for the japanese style room. Was given a mountain view. Lovely.
The hotel have free shuttle bus for hotel guest. It was book via hotel web site. The view of the room was great and beautiful
Booking the bus from Sapporo to Jozankei was convenient, and we saw many Japanese seniors staying there. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of fruits and vegetables, and everything was pretty tasty
There is bad smell in the room. The hotel is big and the attentiveness of service is below par of Japanese standard but of course better than American standard. Food quality and variety of Buffet is good
Excellent! This place is right across from the train station and next to the bus terminal. **Facilities:** There's a coffee machine on the first floor and a hot spring on the fifth
The morning market is just across the street. **Service:** The front desk service was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit
The location is super convenient! It's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway station, which is a huge plus, especially when you're lugging suitcases around in the winter
The location is very convenient, and the hot springs are so relaxing! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Hakodate!
There's a free public bath on the top floor which is great for unwinding after a long day
Staying close to the metro is definitely a must-have for me
The room was nice and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful in helping the guest. Wifi connection was very good.
Very good location, friendly staff and very good cleaning service.
It is close to the central area. Room is spacious enough for 2. Although you cannot open 2 luggages at the same time. There’s a mini fridge and a kettle. Also you can borrow hair curler and iron on the front desk
The front desk staff generally had a good service attitude, and the personnel were polite and attentive. Some hotels even had staff who spoke Korean or Chinese, which made communication much easier
Overall, it was a great experience – quiet, hygienic, and good value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again
Location is good, but our room very smelly. I book non smoking room but room very smelly.
