Fantastic location. Rooms size is good. Lockers available. Parking also at the hotel. Overall everything is good. Check in is at 3pm. Paid laundry also avaliable
Storing luggage was incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel; it upheld the excellent service I've come to expect from Toyoko Inn
The hotel's location is excellent, and it's very clean and hygienic. The staff were also very polite
We were able to store our luggage for a few days while we visited other places, which was very accommodating and thoughtful
The rooms are simple and clean, and the location is fantastic, with everything you need nearby
Check in process need to improve. To be smooth and fast. Everything just perfect
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Kita 2 Jonishi, 1 Chome−1, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, and there's an airport limousine bus that drops you off right at the entrance, which takes about 80 minutes to 2 hours
For breakfast, you can choose between Western and Japanese options. The hotel also has an onsen (hot spring), and you can check the crowdedness level on the TV, which was usually not busy
After a bath, each person gets a free can of beer. There's a laundry room, but the machines are a bit old, and there are only three of them, with separate washers and dryers
The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the guy at the front desk was really handsome! The breakfast was delicious too, especially the Hokkaido potatoes 😋
I stayed at this hotel for four nights during the Christmas holidays
Location-wise, it's very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Exit 22. Plus, it's really close to Odori Park
The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the rooftop onsen was incredibly relaxing. The location is absolutely superb, right next to Hakodate's major attractions, and there's a food court downstairs
The environment was quite good, but the hot spring had a strange odor, so I didn't dare stay in it for too long. The breakfast was indeed excellent
Spacious and comfortable room with an excellent breakfast that truly lives up to its reputation. Well-managed public bath and open-air onsen, with thoughtful amenities prepared in the room
My room faced Mount Hakodate, offering a fantastic view. The hotel breakfast was very extensive, with lots of seafood, though I'm not used to eating it. Overall, it was a great experience!
Fantastic experience! The breakfast was delicious, and the late-night ramen was a real treat. The open-air onsen was great, and the view from the window was beautiful
The room was spacious, which was great for traveling with kids. There's a supermarket on the first floor, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Kita 4 Jonishi, 5 Chome−1−2, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
Very good cozy hotel. Everything is new and facilities are very good. Good location. In front of Sapporo station. Rooms are bid small with this price.
Spacious room, love the separate bathroom & toilet. Amenities provided at lobby was awesome, lobby area was cozy. Onsen at the hotel basement was great, less crowded, clean with indoor & outdoor
Used the coin laundry next to the onsen, monitoring of the availability & status in room was convenient. Breakfast buffet was super crowded after 8AM, good spread
There are plenty of complimentary toiletries available in the lobby, and umbrellas can be borrowed from the reception. The washing machines are clean and well-maintained
Although the public bath is not spring water, it is well-maintained and very clean. This is my favourite hotel in the entire trip and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo
Walking distance to the train station! The public bath have many pool option to choose to! Really great hotel!
One of the best hotels I have stayed so far, especially the spread of the breakfast choice. Onsen was good and hotel room is specious
The room was fantastic, with a great sea view from the window. The hotel's facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices – definitely worth staying here
Location is good. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is superb with lots of seafood selection. The onsen is on the top floor with a beautiful view.
Very worth to stay here.
The public bath and hot spring is good. Breakfast has a wide of varieties compared with other hotels in Japan
Smooth checking in, great location, excellent services and amenities! Breakfast was amazing!! I will definitely come back again.
The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, better than many hotel buffets. Environment: It's very convenient to walk around and explore the area. The bay view is absolutely stunning
Love this place. Location, staff, services, breakfast are good and beyond the standard
1 night in Asahikawa, this hotel easily to get there but you have to park opposite side of hotel if hotel not free( I guess or maybe if you stay more than 1 night might be can park at the hotel area) big hotel
Room is okay, there is a window but cannot open. Breakfast is good and nearby Aeon department store and food restaurant
Overall, it was a very poor experience. Aside from the breakfast, which was a bit pricey, it was actually quite good
It's about a 500-600m walk from JR Asahikawa Station, which isn't far, and the surrounding facilities are convenient
The hotel has central air conditioning, but they also provided a small fan, which was quite thoughtful. The only thing worth five stars was the breakfast, it was absolutely fantastic!
Very close to Asahikawa Station and easy to find. The breakfast selection was excellent, highly recommended! I stayed here twice because I had such a good experience.
Very convenient location access to Aeon Mall, bus station and JR station. Different choice of restaurants around hotel with direct access to convenient store.
Good to have public bath within hotel.
The car parking attendant is rude !! On the day of my checkout.
I've stayed in at least four of them across Hokkaido, and they're consistently neither surprising nor disappointing. That day, I visited Shikisai no Oka in Biei, which was absolutely beautiful
Hotel Route Inn Grand is a decent hotel that meets basic expectations. The 'Grand' version, being a step up from the regular Route Inn, fulfilled my minimum requirements for accommodation
Hotel is right across Asahikawa station and close to the bus station to Kamui ski links / Santa Present ski resort. Room is decent and have a large public bathroom.
The hotel has a great location, close to a shopping area, and directly across from a bus stop that goes to CTS Airport. The breakfast was also very good! Overall, it offers excellent value for money.
Book a twin room and barely have enough space for two 28 inch lugguages. The breakfast was touted as one of the best in Sapporo with posters within the hotel and lifts. In reality, nothing close to it
Excellent service! It's an older, established hotel. They escorted me all the way to the elevator, and the airport shuttle stop is right outside.
Good morning buffer food
have a lot of food and oishi ☺️
and very good location I you love shopping
Good hotel. Good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are really good
Some of the staff are not so friendly perhaps of tourist fatigue? The exception was a lad serving at the entrance helping guest with their lugguages and transport. I hope the management notice his service
The hotel’s location is excellent. There’s a Genghis Khan BBQ restaurant nearby, which is incredibly convenient. I made my reservation through Trip. com and did not include breakfast at the time
Quite spacious room for packing luggage for the last night of our trip! Apart from a lite bit waiting time (~15mins) at peak check-in hours (~17:30), everything is perfect - good location, useful welcome gift (free late check-out), and the hotel is very new
Good stay, especially the onsen!
Easy access, 7-11 and Lawson are nearby!
The room was clean and a good size. The location was also quite convenient, being only a 5-minute walk from the Susukino station exit.
Best place ever!! Excellent service, food, room, cleanliness, staff and sento! I would definitely come back again!
On the check-in day, the front desk informed me that breakfast for the next day was already fully booked due to its popularity. He was extremely kind and helpful
Really large, comfortable rooms for an amazing price! Great view of the harbour from the windows. Breakfast buffet is also great! Overall, I had a wonderful time at this hotel.
Hotel Kunugigaoka Otaru is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city, right by the sea. It's conveniently located, perfect for a snowy stroll
Before our trip, I emailed several hotels regarding our honeymoon, and only Sapporo Odori and Grand Park Otaru replied. Hotels in Toya, Hakodate, and Noboribetsu, all costing over 3K, didn't respond
I enjoyed delicious 'chame' barbecue, visited the Music Box Antique Museum, and the Japanese Ukiyo-e Art Museum, among other places
It's just a shame there's no hot spring
The lobby is brightly lit, and the front desk staff were very friendly and clearly explained the opening hours for the three entrances. They even specifically advised JR travelers which door to use
Jozankei Manseikaku has so much delicious food! The scenery is beautiful too! It's super convenient, only about a 30-40 minute drive to Sapporo Art Park and Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort respectively.
Good location, very big room so comfortable for 5 people. Our room was good view and clean. The location easy to go to many travel spot.
Love it ! No regrets booking here for the japanese style room. Was given a mountain view. Lovely.
Booking the bus from Sapporo to Jozankei was convenient, and we saw many Japanese seniors staying there. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of fruits and vegetables, and everything was pretty tasty
There is bad smell in the room. The hotel is big and the attentiveness of service is below par of Japanese standard but of course better than American standard. Food quality and variety of Buffet is good
The hotel have free shuttle bus for hotel guest. It was book via hotel web site. The view of the room was great and beautiful
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 2-4 Minami 4-Jo Nishi, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
This hotel is perfectly situated right on the street in Susukino's entertainment district. There are three supermarkets and a ton of restaurants nearby. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious
A great central location. Perfect for the Snow Festival. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent gym. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.
The room is big enough for the 3 of us. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. We love the rooftop and got the best hospitality ❤️thank you and will definitely come and stay here again soon
Also, their free coffee at the lobby taste really good and I drink it every morning. You can also store your luggage with the hotel and come back to check-in again in few days time if you travel to other cities
Great location. Good value. Very spacious for Japanese standards. About a 15-20 minute walk from the station. But the area it is in is great for restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place.
It’s good hotel at downtown in Sapporo! It means you made a good choice if you stay here. Located so convenient to walk to good shops and food places. And airport bus stops just near here
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Chuo-ku Odori Nishi 5-3, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
There is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel near the Sapporo TV Tower, which is very convenient. There is also a tram station located behind the hotel, making transportation even more convenient
This is my second stay here because I love this hotel so much! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very convenient
Good location, direct bus to airport in front of hotel
There’s an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. It's located directly in front of Odori Park, which was amazing during the Snow Festival—I could just stroll out and enjoy the event
And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk
Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Higashibarato 132, Kita Ward 🧭 Map
Good Room and breakfast. The hotbath located next to the hotel was fantastic.
The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much!
I'd love to visit again in the summer when the outdoor pool is open
Service was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Buffet choice is awesome.
When I checked in, I received Chateraise Baumkuchen. The hospitality felt truly luxurious, like a proper hotel experience. The spa was spacious, and the open-air bath in the snow was absolutely amazing
Two of the water slides were closed, so it seems they're only open every day on weekends this month. Even without them, we were able to play in the pool until 9:00 PM and then relax in the hot springs
The buffet had a variety of options and was delicious. I was able to eat a lot of crab, which was great. There was a TV in the bathroom in the room. The pool and hot springs were great
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 1 Chome-4-3 Kita 6 Jonishi, Kita Ward 🧭 Map
Good location.
Bathroom is small.
TV has Youtube.
Elevators are always overloaded during checkout time. We've been waiting for 5 rounds still no chance to get in then given up and use staircase instead.
everything is good and convenient. breakfast is nice and i will choose to comeback this hotel again in my next trip!
Consistent Toyoko Inn standard, great location, convenient, and good value for money.
This hotel is really good, great value for money, and the breakfast was nice too! 👍😎
Walking to Odori Park wasn't far either. Secondly, the service was excellent
This hotel was absolutely wonderful! First off, the location is unbeatable – super close to Sapporo JR Station, which made it incredibly convenient for meeting up with day tours, heading to the airport, or taking the JR to Otaru
A really nice hotel! They even had a talk about Asahiyama Zoo in the evening, though it was unfortunately only in Japanese. The welcome drinks were delicious, the service was excellent, and breakfast was especially tasty
Had a drink there
Suggest to make the place warmer as it’s winter and can be quite cold
The room is small expected and satisfactory
Good use of small space
Bathroom has all amenities
There is laundromat
good location, can find it easily. Nice christmas decoration at the loby
Hotel lobby is big and the hotel staff is warm welcoming the guest, staff can speak English, onsen is good, free drink and ice cream is provided, can enjoy after onsen! But this hotel no parking, need park outside public parking with a short walking distance
Room location is great and quiet at the same time
Spa amenities is basic yet sufficient for winter
Bed was comfortable
Parking needed to cross the road on thick snow, something to look into
Went in December
Lobby area is very nicely decorated
Service was very prompt and helpful
Welcome drink can offer a couple more variety eg coffee
The cafe and bar is very cosy
A little far from susukino station, but hosuisusukino station is okay to go to Sapporo Station. Lawson has connect to hotel that's very convenient. Hotel prepared toothbrush and sleeping cloth for you that's very good.
It is located near Susukino, so it is easily accessible and offers good value for money. The only downside is that there is no smoking room in the hotel, so you have to walk quite a bit.
Very small, but everything you need and great location. Coin laundry on site. Very good staff.
Location is very good next to subway Toho line. Room is small but has all required amenities. Only one channel on the TV was in English
The breakfast was good. The location is great and the hotel has direct access to Susukino subway station. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around.
The staff was helpfull. We liked the buffet.
However we think there was mold in the bathroom.
The accommodation is not far from the train station, and the garden view is absolutely beautiful and very impressive. The room is very spacious and extremely clean. The staff are very kind and friendly
Excellent service and environment.
Nice view and convenient location
All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to the famous Nakajima Park, and the snowy scenery there was absolutely beautiful
I stayed here for five days and four nights. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The mountain view from the window was breathtaking
It’s also very close to the Nakajima Koen subway station, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
There's also a convenience store nearby, which was really handy for grabbing snacks and water
Facilities: Pretty good, there's a paid washing machine and dryer, and the price isn't too expensive. Cleanliness: Clean, towels are changed daily and trash is collected
The location is excellent, and the hotel offers great value for money. The room was quite satisfactory for a solo traveler.
The staff were nice and helpful, and the free amenities for guests were a nice bonus. The only thing I’d suggest is having a free water refill available. Overall, I love Japan, and you really can’t go wrong staying here
We had a great stay at Smile Hotel Sapporo. It is close to entertainment areas, with easy access to the bus stop and subway station. The airport bus stop is also very close, just about a 3-minute walk from the hotel
One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Japan. Just be very very careful in pinning the map. We were brought miles away from Sapporo in the middle night and nowhere to seek help
It was great to see Hokkaido with snow, which gave it a different charm than in autumn! Having Mount Yotei right in front of me was truly amazing! The hotel service was also excellent
Excellent hotel, high prices but you get what you’re paying for
Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable
The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements
The room is spacious, and communication with the front desk was smooth. There are also many restaurants (not saying they're amazing, but definitely much better than the Ritz-Carlton we stayed at the second night)
I go here every year! This year was my first time seeing snow, and even though I don't ski, I absolutely love Hokkaido's food and weather
