There were Chinese staff at the front desk; though they weren't overly friendly, their service was generally attentive. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, but the toothbrushes and razors were of low quality
I was very impressed with this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the train station and a shopping mall. There are lots of tourist information at the lobby which they can provide you
The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the JR station exit. The superior triple room was quite small; it was hard to even open one suitcase, let alone three
The lobby has a co-working space and offers complimentary drinks and tea. We encountered a Chinese-speaking staff member during check-in, which was a pleasant experience. The breakfast was pretty good
The breakfast quality was average, and guests had to cook their own noodles. I saw some guests coughing while preparing their food and not wearing masks
I even found a glass mug there that was sold out in Sapporo! It's a good alternative for breakfast if you don't book the hotel's. My child is seven, so they counted as an adult, and we booked a triple room

Very nice hotel. It is close to the JR station but not connected. A short walk out of the station and you're there. For the price, we thought it was quite nice and they have good provisions. Recommended!
The hotel room is clean and comfortable. They provide everything you need.Located at the centre of town. Many attraction point and signature food can found in walking distance. Little bit far from susukino.
The location of this hotel is excellent, being so close to the JR Sapporo station. You can walkl in just 10 minutes.
Good location, but no parking available. Need to look around, if you are driving. Walking distance to the clock tower and Sapporo TV tower as well as Odori Park station.
Breakfast is served on the second floor; take the stairs up, turn left, and go all the way to the end – there aren't many signs, so it's a bit hidden. The room was quiet and small but had everything I needed
This hotel has a great location very near the Sapporo Clock Tower and TV Tower where most of the tour groups meet up. It has also a nearby Lawson & Family Mart which is just a few steps away from the hotel
The hot spring was incredibly relaxing, especially soaking in it while enjoying the snowy scenery. It's a shame they don't allow photos. However, the hotel's food was really terrible, I almost fainted from how bad it was
Excellent place to stay at during the winter. Location was amazing, located right on the ski slope allowing my son to ski in and out of the hotel
Breakfast was abundant, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct service to Sapporo city and New Chitose Airport, making transportation super easy
The hotel offers direct ski-in/out access, which is incredibly convenient and hassle-free
And dinner was 260 per person!
It is also quite peaceful and quiet as the property is not at an overly touristy area. Rooms were also very comfortable and clean
They offer public and private onsen for free. You need to queue for your turn to use the private onsen. One ppl can use up to 50min. 10-11pm, they offer late noodle at the canteen. Noodle taste good.
Very recommended hotel in furano, private onsen is the best. All staffs are nice. Free ramen, ice cream , probiotic drink
Definitely the best hotel i stay in Hokkaido, the washing machine works well, free ice cream & ramen, private onsen
The service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices
Furano station is tiny and has no elevators, so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down a flight of stairs (twice!) – make sure you're well-fed for the task! [laughing emoji] And seriously, the seafood breakfast is amazing! The rice with salmon roe was delicious! 😋
Great location walking distance from furano station. Great onsen private room, free ice cream, probiotics drinks and late night ramen, breakfast. Love the hairdryer and skincare products provided in the onsen!

The hotel's location is really convenient. I stayed here for 2 nights straight, then went to Asahikawa, and came back to Sapporo and stayed here again. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo.
The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station, and there are three convenience stores within 100 meters, making its location quite good. The room size is decent, and the facilities are relatively new
Cross Hotel Sapporo has a good location. Close to JR Station, very convenience and nearby have Family Mart.
We got a room on the cross floor, that comes with living room, meal counter and separate bath and toilet. That also gives us access to the lounge with very remarkable drinks and light bites
Close to the TV tower and the park. The train station is also not far away. It's convenient for when you have to walk with your luggage in the snow. Lavish breakfast with a lot of options
Located 10 mins walk from the Sapporo station. Easy to get to touristy places. Overseeing the TV station from the room
The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price. The facilities were good and everything was well organized.
It was really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good
The rooms considered big compared with rooms in Tokyo. Just a bit distance walk from Susukino. The hotel is clean and there is a lot of convenient store nearby
Good breakfast selection. Cozy room. Carpark next to the hotel was great with carpark charges. Several convenient shops around the hotel.
A decent hotel, impeccably clean, and quite spacious. We booked two double beds for our family of three, and the price was also very reasonable
The hotel keeps our luggage for one night and after we back from Noboribetsu we check in again for another 2 nights
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 2 Chome-8-1 Kita 2 Jonishi, Chuo, 060-0002 Sapporo, Hokkaydo, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
The location is good, not far from the main commercial district. Sapporo city itself isn't that big, so there's no need to choose a hotel near Sapporo Station unless it's during the snowy season
Facilities: The overall design is simple and elegant, and the room is quite spacious. The only thing that's a bit hard to comment on is the placement of the sink; everything else is fine
Very good location. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with 2 options to choose from. Clean and well maintained room.
In terms of facilities, beds are good for 2 people, and well equipped with fridge, hot shower, etc
stayed at JR Inn Sapporo Kita 2 Jo from 13–17 February 2026, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from Sapporo Station, which made getting around very easy
This hotel is very near to both JR Sapporo and Sapporo subway station, within 10 min walking distance. Also, it is easy to walk to Tanikokuji / Susukino street, as well as Odori park
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 6-18-3 Kita Gojo Nishi Chuo-ku 🧭 Map
The hotel is newly decorated and quite new now. The location is good and closed to Sapporo JR station.
However, the room is a bit small for three luggages.
Hotel service: Excellent! We arrived before check-in time, but the lobby staff were incredibly friendly and politely stored our luggage. When we returned, our bags were already in the room. Thumbs up! 👍
Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider coming back again on my next trip to Sapporo
Hotel is fairly new and clean with spacious rooms, well designed. There is a lounge on level 2 and public large bath! Breakfast doesn’t have too many choices but Is of top quality and delicious .
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth
I have to give a big shout-out to the hotel's service! The staff were so friendly and always willing to help. The room was spotless and well-equipped
Very near train station so it very easy in winter that are a lot of snow. Top Floor is Onsen a good warm up. morning a normal Japanisch breakfast good for the price. Room is clean an small as Japan standard
I always book this hotel when I visit to the Muroran. The price is reasonable and the hotel is very good.
No water bottle in room was given
The front desk service was excellent; we asked them to call a taxi for us to Cape Chikyu. Cape Chikyu was indeed beautiful, with stunning scenery
The hotel breakfast is good, and surprisingly, they even offer congee and *doufunao* (which they refer to as 'tofu' here). There are bus route display screens at both the East and West exits of the station
Good location with short walking distance from JR higashi Muroran station. Good choice of breakfast and also good onsen / hot baths facility.
The hotel location is good, very closed to Station. the room is clean and staff friendly. Nothing to complain.
The hotel is conveniently located near JR Chitose Station, just two stops from New Chitose Airport (CTS). It is less than a minute's walk to the hotel
All amenities are conveniently nearby—7‑11, Aeon, and the famous Garaku ramen—plus it’s within walking distance to the JR station. Free parking is available, and it’s easy to get around from here
There's a bus stop next to the hotel for trips to Lake Shikotsu, and about a 15-minute walk brings you to an Aeon store, which is more like a supermarket than a large department store
In a room of the same size, I had more room to walk around and easily fit my 26-inch suitcase without it getting in the way. It was very clean and comfortable, I really liked it
The hotel is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the JR station, and it's also very close to New Chitose Airport, only a 10-15 minute train ride away
Lobby and rooms are really spacious and clean. Toiletries were mostly provided, water pressure and heating is good. Hospitality was great as well
The 11th floor offers a Western-style breakfast, while the 3rd floor has Japanese set meals, so you can choose what you prefer. There's also a large public bath on the 3rd floor for soaking
The stay was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved the lobby vibes, slightly grand yet cosy. The rooms were well equipped and bed were firm and comfy especially for those with back problems
Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to Otaru Station and the canal. There's also a direct bus to Mount Tengu right outside the hotel
The hotel has a bit of a vintage feel, and the rooms are quite old-fashioned in style. The window view from the top floor restaurant is truly beautiful
Great staff and amazing restaurant/bar. Cheong the manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful as were the older cleaning ladies. Breakfast average but with a great view
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 1 Chome-10 Kita 3 Jonishi 🧭 Map
There's a smoking room on the first floor and a laundry room with washers and dryers, along with a public bath, in the basement. The hotel room is also good, perfect for two people
Very close to the bus stop for buses arriving from Chitose airport and noboribetsu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Onsen was nice, although I don’t think it’s mineral onsen water
More of a hot water public bath but it was fun and relaxing nonetheless. They have a library of popular manga in Japanese. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed
Excellent stay! The hotel is convenient and easy to access, with great transportation links. It's also very quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, even bowing
There's a large public bath and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) on the basement level. It's super convenient for getting to the JR station and exploring Aomori at night
Good service good facility and good location. Near Sapporo station.
The place is near the Main Street with lots of restaurants and the best soup curry restaurant is only 3 min walk away. The services by staff was also delightful, was a wonderful stay
I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Global View Hakodate. While the hotel provides the reliable comfort you’d expect from a 3-star property, the service is what truly stands out
I stayed here for around 4000 yen per night. It's a clean hotel and the lobby looks really high class. The onsen were good as well with TV in the outdoor bath
The Highlights:
Outstanding Staff: A huge thank you to Lin at the reception. His English is excellent, and he made communication effortless
The hotel provides excellent service with complete facilities. The room was very spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful sea view
There are restaurants, a gashapon game zone, and a relaxing onsen, which made the stay very comfortable. All the staff were kind, polite, attentive, and always smiling, making us feel very welcome
Highly recommend this hotel in Asahikawa! The value for money is incredible. The room was much bigger than I expected, and the window view and service were absolutely amazing! Plus, it has a large bathroom
The most convenient place to stay in Asahikawa! It's literally a 5-second walk from the station, so check-in was seamless. Plus, it's connected to Aeon Mall, and the front desk staff even speak Chinese
Everything is good but for the awful buffet breakfast at the restaurant on the 4th floor. Glad that we didn’t purchase the breakfast tickets for the second day.
It's right next to the JR station and Aeon mall, and the Kita-Saitō Park behind the JR station alone is enough to explore for three days. The location is incredibly convenient!!!
Excellent! For this price, staying at such a hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable! It's right next to the JR station, and there's an Aeon downstairs! The room was very clean and tidy.
Good location. With Japanese public bath. Serve free ice cream. Nice breakfast.
Its a little bit hard to find but very good breakfast. Very close to shopping and restaurants. 20 mins walk to sapporo snow festival. Surely i will recommend this hotel.
Feb 4 to 9 2018
This hotel is conveniently located just a five or six-minute walk from Sapporo Station, right next to Yodobashi Camera, which is great for shopping. There are also some delicious soup curry restaurants nearby
The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even with three of us and our luggage open, there was still plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was also very good
There's also a free public bath on the second floor – perfect for a relaxing soak after skiing. It's directly across from Yodobashi, and there's a McDonald's and convenience store nearby
This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Incredible value for money! Even the hairdryer and showerhead are from ReFa! The room, though small, has everything you need
The breakfast was excellent, and the location was great, very close to Nakajima Park. It was perfect for going downstairs to play in the snow when it snowed heavily. The room was tidy and clean, and the service was good
While the breakfast had a good variety, the seafood wasn't very fresh, which was a shame considering it's ranked as the fourth best breakfast in Japan
My room was on a high floor, and the soundproofing was excellent; I had a very quiet and peaceful night's sleep. I woke up at 8:40 AM the next day and headed to the second-floor restaurant for breakfast
I booked a double room; it was a bit small but very clean. The toiletries were good quality, and breakfast was decent
Love this hotel! We stayed here for 2nd time and this time I would really like to thank front desk colleague Saito San for her hospitality specifically with her communication skills, speedy check in and customer focus skills in helping us to change our room when my daughter accidentally vomited near our room bathroom as she got sick before checked in in the cold weather
Everything was great except for the breakfast! In addition to the usual complimentary coffee and drinks, the lobby also offered clam chowder and crab soup (clear broth, of course, no actual clams or crab meat)
The room was beautiful and overall suitable for multiple people.
In summary, the facilities were excellent, but the service and handling of the situation needed improvement. Overall, the experience wasn't very good.
This is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed at in our whole trip to Hokkaido. The location was unbeatable as it was right behind the Hirafu Welcome Center. It's also walkable to the quite a number of restaurants
This hotel has stunning views, spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, and a high degree of privacy. The onsen is excellent. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway.
They thought of everything, including providing guests with a shuttle to and from the KIng Gondola and many other key points within the town, and we could see its status and movement around town in real time
The hotel also has a complimentary onsen (public and private options), which was a welcome treat after a day at the slopes. Breakfast had a lot of variety, so you can surely find something to your liking
All in all, we had a really great stay at Skye Niseko, and we willl definitely come back here the next time we're in Niseko
Yet parking is free the case for thankfully hotels. In the hotel staff people also friendly, I felt not a customer of manual chattering of business hotel was good
Very good breakfast and has a Japanese bath. Close to Kitami train station and Lawson. Bed slightly hard but didn’t bother me. Very decent.
Hot Springs is Mizuburo, it does not have a sauna, but still, it was good because it is firmly warm the cold outside the body. It was spring quality of beauty hot water with a little slimy feeling
Breakfast options are enough to satisfy anyone. While items are not exactly gourmet, they taste good and are plentiful. The breakfast staff are very cheerful and work fast to clear empty dishes and refill the buffet
It's friendly and good. Breakfast is provided. Breakfast is decent enough. It's close to the station and conveniently located for transportation.
The room is clean and they will place another basket of clean towel even though we did not request for room cleaning. However, there is not much food option around the hotel, need to drive and venture out
room small but ok. tv need to pay and the tv got ********** as children is not suitable.
The room is very small but clean. Service from all staff is excellent. The buffet breakfast is very good. The use of the washing machine is free 👍, I really appreciate this service 🙏
Short walk away from the station, great value for money. Room is small but not cramped.
There is onsen and free ice cream. There was also complimentary late night ramen but this might be limited time
Good hotel and onsen. We enjoyed our stayed there. There is a lot of complimentary like ice cream, yakult after onsen. And at night there is free ramen. Kids really happy. Definitely will come back someday
This is my third time staying at the Dormy Inn hotel chain. Always satisfied!!! They have an onsen, free-flow ice cream, and free ramen every night at 9:30 PM. The breakfast is also delicious
