There were Chinese staff at the front desk; though they weren't overly friendly, their service was generally attentive. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, but the toothbrushes and razors were of low quality

The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the JR station exit. The superior triple room was quite small; it was hard to even open one suitcase, let alone three

I even found a glass mug there that was sold out in Sapporo! It's a good alternative for breakfast if you don't book the hotel's. My child is seven, so they counted as an adult, and we booked a triple room

Very nice hotel. It is close to the JR station but not connected. A short walk out of the station and you're there. For the price, we thought it was quite nice and they have good provisions. Recommended!

The location of this hotel is excellent, being so close to the JR Sapporo station. You can walkl in just 10 minutes.

Breakfast is served on the second floor; take the stairs up, turn left, and go all the way to the end – there aren't many signs, so it's a bit hidden. The room was quiet and small but had everything I needed

This hotel has a great location very near the Sapporo Clock Tower and TV Tower where most of the tour groups meet up. It has also a nearby Lawson & Family Mart which is just a few steps away from the hotel

The hot spring was incredibly relaxing, especially soaking in it while enjoying the snowy scenery. It's a shame they don't allow photos. However, the hotel's food was really terrible, I almost fainted from how bad it was

Excellent place to stay at during the winter. Location was amazing, located right on the ski slope allowing my son to ski in and out of the hotel

Breakfast was abundant, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct service to Sapporo city and New Chitose Airport, making transportation super easy

The hotel offers direct ski-in/out access, which is incredibly convenient and hassle-free

And dinner was 260 per person!

It is also quite peaceful and quiet as the property is not at an overly touristy area. Rooms were also very comfortable and clean

They offer public and private onsen for free. You need to queue for your turn to use the private onsen. One ppl can use up to 50min. 10-11pm, they offer late noodle at the canteen. Noodle taste good.

Very recommended hotel in furano, private onsen is the best. All staffs are nice. Free ramen, ice cream , probiotic drink

Furano station is tiny and has no elevators, so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down a flight of stairs (twice!) – make sure you're well-fed for the task! [laughing emoji] And seriously, the seafood breakfast is amazing! The rice with salmon roe was delicious! 😋

The hotel's location is really convenient. I stayed here for 2 nights straight, then went to Asahikawa, and came back to Sapporo and stayed here again. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station, and there are three convenience stores within 100 meters, making its location quite good. The room size is decent, and the facilities are relatively new

Cross Hotel Sapporo has a good location. Close to JR Station, very convenience and nearby have Family Mart.

We got a room on the cross floor, that comes with living room, meal counter and separate bath and toilet. That also gives us access to the lounge with very remarkable drinks and light bites

Close to the TV tower and the park. The train station is also not far away. It's convenient for when you have to walk with your luggage in the snow. Lavish breakfast with a lot of options

The rooms considered big compared with rooms in Tokyo. Just a bit distance walk from Susukino. The hotel is clean and there is a lot of convenient store nearby

A decent hotel, impeccably clean, and quite spacious. We booked two double beds for our family of three, and the price was also very reasonable

The location is good, not far from the main commercial district. Sapporo city itself isn't that big, so there's no need to choose a hotel near Sapporo Station unless it's during the snowy season

stayed at JR Inn Sapporo Kita 2 Jo from 13–17 February 2026, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from Sapporo Station, which made getting around very easy

This hotel is very near to both JR Sapporo and Sapporo subway station, within 10 min walking distance. Also, it is easy to walk to Tanikokuji / Susukino street, as well as Odori park

The hotel is newly decorated and quite new now. The location is good and closed to Sapporo JR station. However, the room is a bit small for three luggages.

Hotel service: Excellent! We arrived before check-in time, but the lobby staff were incredibly friendly and politely stored our luggage. When we returned, our bags were already in the room. Thumbs up! 👍

Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider coming back again on my next trip to Sapporo

Hotel is fairly new and clean with spacious rooms, well designed. There is a lounge on level 2 and public large bath! Breakfast doesn’t have too many choices but Is of top quality and delicious .

The front desk service was excellent; we asked them to call a taxi for us to Cape Chikyu. Cape Chikyu was indeed beautiful, with stunning scenery

All amenities are conveniently nearby—7‑11, Aeon, and the famous Garaku ramen—plus it’s within walking distance to the JR station. Free parking is available, and it’s easy to get around from here

There's a bus stop next to the hotel for trips to Lake Shikotsu, and about a 15-minute walk brings you to an Aeon store, which is more like a supermarket than a large department store

In a room of the same size, I had more room to walk around and easily fit my 26-inch suitcase without it getting in the way. It was very clean and comfortable, I really liked it

The place is near the Main Street with lots of restaurants and the best soup curry restaurant is only 3 min walk away. The services by staff was also delightful, was a wonderful stay

I stayed here for around 4000 yen per night. It's a clean hotel and the lobby looks really high class. The onsen were good as well with TV in the outdoor bath

The most convenient place to stay in Asahikawa! It's literally a 5-second walk from the station, so check-in was seamless. Plus, it's connected to Aeon Mall, and the front desk staff even speak Chinese

It's right next to the JR station and Aeon mall, and the Kita-Saitō Park behind the JR station alone is enough to explore for three days. The location is incredibly convenient!!!

This hotel is conveniently located just a five or six-minute walk from Sapporo Station, right next to Yodobashi Camera, which is great for shopping. There are also some delicious soup curry restaurants nearby

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even with three of us and our luggage open, there was still plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was also very good

There's also a free public bath on the second floor – perfect for a relaxing soak after skiing. It's directly across from Yodobashi, and there's a McDonald's and convenience store nearby

My room was on a high floor, and the soundproofing was excellent; I had a very quiet and peaceful night's sleep. I woke up at 8:40 AM the next day and headed to the second-floor restaurant for breakfast

Love this hotel! We stayed here for 2nd time and this time I would really like to thank front desk colleague Saito San for her hospitality specifically with her communication skills, speedy check in and customer focus skills in helping us to change our room when my daughter accidentally vomited near our room bathroom as she got sick before checked in in the cold weather

Everything was great except for the breakfast! In addition to the usual complimentary coffee and drinks, the lobby also offered clam chowder and crab soup (clear broth, of course, no actual clams or crab meat)

This is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed at in our whole trip to Hokkaido. The location was unbeatable as it was right behind the Hirafu Welcome Center. It's also walkable to the quite a number of restaurants

This hotel has stunning views, spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, and a high degree of privacy. The onsen is excellent. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway.

They thought of everything, including providing guests with a shuttle to and from the KIng Gondola and many other key points within the town, and we could see its status and movement around town in real time

The hotel also has a complimentary onsen (public and private options), which was a welcome treat after a day at the slopes. Breakfast had a lot of variety, so you can surely find something to your liking

All in all, we had a really great stay at Skye Niseko, and we willl definitely come back here the next time we're in Niseko

Very good breakfast and has a Japanese bath. Close to Kitami train station and Lawson. Bed slightly hard but didn’t bother me. Very decent.

Hot Springs is Mizuburo, it does not have a sauna, but still, it was good because it is firmly warm the cold outside the body. It was spring quality of beauty hot water with a little slimy feeling

Breakfast options are enough to satisfy anyone. While items are not exactly gourmet, they taste good and are plentiful. The breakfast staff are very cheerful and work fast to clear empty dishes and refill the buffet

This is my third time staying at the Dormy Inn hotel chain. Always satisfied!!! They have an onsen, free-flow ice cream, and free ramen every night at 9:30 PM. The breakfast is also delicious
