Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in

It was my first time staying at a 4-star hotel, and it was really nice that I could use the private hot spring by making a 40-minute reservation. Dinner was served in the dining area, but I couldn't eat it.

Look no further this is the best choice. Best location, clean rooms, very good breakfast, ski valet service is amazing. Friendly staff. Respectful guests. We’ll be back for sure!

Parking and access to the ski slopes are very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; a staff member helped with our luggage and even provided pajamas for the whole family upon check-in

It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air

Been to Niseko for skiing for 3 years. This is honestly the best price-to-value hotel. You get every essential things, location, ski-in-ki-out, and onsen.

The location is also excellent, about a 10-minute walk from Susukino, making it easily accessible. I was particularly impressed by how relatively quiet it was, even at night

It was clean and spacious enough if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The bathroom wasn't a typical unit bath; it had a separate washing area, and the hairdryer was new and easy to use with various settings

An excellent japanese hotel, you can also experience Japanese hot springs.

The crab legs for dinner were terrible, the beef jerky was tough, the tempura sweet potato was good, but many other dishes were cold

It's very close to the airport. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors, though compact, felt very well-appointed. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis after soaking in the hot spring

Smacked right in the domestic departure hall of CTS and has all the amenities you might need. Though a bit dated it was great for someone who’s flying out early next day. The onsen ticket was a nice touch.

The service was good. The room was small and the facilities were a bit old. It's very close to the station, a good location. The breakfast had a wide variety of options.

Good public bath with onsen, cold dip, Sunna room and a semi outdoor area to chill out. The room is big enough, I like the coffee table and extra chair that I use to pack my luggage

The hotel was very clean and located at quite a strategic location. However it is quite small so if you have many luggages then there will be slight problem with space but other than that, all good.

Breakfast is good with lots of colour and a healthy meal. Parking was just behind the hotel.

It’s a great small town where cheap for yakiniku, and not long queue to those popular places like torri (sushi restaurant), phamarcy, nearby drinking place with great atmosphere.

Self check-in, very good. After checking out, you can place your luggage next to the counter and lock it with a password, which is very convenient.

The pillows are too low, but they can provide pillows. They also provide free breakfast and fresh juice. The parking lot is very convenient and you can park at the door of the hotel

The hotel is a bit dated, but the location is good and the breakfast was delicious.

Quick overnight stay. Onsite parking not available if you are a little late so you will be directed to park near JR Obihiro. One of the newer rooms I've stayed in in Japan and the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.

The in-room bath is very good and doesn't have a damp smell (many places do). There are very few electrical outlets. There is a basic USB port, but the cable is short and inconvenient to use

Thank you for your continued kindness. It's close to bars, there's a hot spring, and the rooms are not too bright, so they're very relaxing. In an age where LED lights are the norm, the orange light is very soothing

The large public bath is for men only. There is a lukewarm jet bath, a hot bath, and two cold baths. The dry sauna was just right, not too hot. The changing room isn't very large, but it wasn't an inconvenience

Guests think the free hot springs and sauna are a great service, and this hotel is the only choice for business trips to Kitami. It would be even better if you could use the sauna in the morning as well.

It's small, so it can be a bit of a hassle for large vehicles. There are two entrances, one on the lobby side and one on the back side. It looks like it would be great for getting a lot done!

It's very nice👍 that you can drink draft beer right after leaving the changing room. Of course, it's charged to your room. Parking🅿️ is in the multi-story car park across the street

The price was good value for the money I think. Clean attentive staff and cheap on site parking for 550 yen per night

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, 5 mins walk from JR station and Akan bus terminal where the tour bus to the sightseeing places. The room was quite decent and good enough for us to open 2 pieces of luggages..

This is a business hotel so for foreigners look for the breakfast tickets in foyer which allows you to choose which time you'd like to eat. Make sure to grab one at check in

My stay this time was far from smooth

But none of us is that big, so it works for us, we booked 2 rooms for a family of four. The hotel provides parking for a very reasonable fee of 500 Yen a day

I booked a 17 sqm room, but upon arrival, the hotel said it wasn't available and offered a 13-15 sqm room instead, with no refund for the downgrade – absolutely unheard of! I've only ever known hotels to offer free upgrades when the booked room isn't available, never a downgrade without a refund

Fantastic location. 5 minutes from Hakodate station. Surrounded by great places to eat and drink. Will definitely stay here again.

Good customer service The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are facing some connecting flight issue. The staff member, who is called Kan, was trying to call and check with airlines.

The city tram stops right in front of the hotel making it convenient to reach the two major tourist areas within a few minutes

We stayed in a standard triple room for a night on 29 July out of 5 hotels in Hokkaido that we had pre-booked and we all agreed that this is the best value hotel which we should have stayed longer instead of switching to another hotel (where room price was double) at the Tanuki Koji shopping arcade after our return from Furano

The room was spacious and good.

The bathroom was big by Japan standard, layout was very thoughtful with the entrance to the vanity wash basin area and 2 separate doors on each side to the bath and toilet. Wifi was ok and air conditioning is good

Amenities in the room were sufficient and good, they even have separate slippers for take home

Though our room was on the second floor facing the main road but it was not a very busy road. We all slept very well through the night. If returning Sapporo we will stay in this hotel again and for more nights

Location is about 10+ mins walk from Susukino train station and the Tanuki Koji shopping arcade is about 5+ mins walk. Convenience store; 7 eleven is just next door and Lawson is a short walk across the road

Lobby was big. Rooms were clean and spacious and onsen at 9th floor was also nice. You have to your own amenities at the lobby. Most importantly parking is available.

Booked 2 rooms, Annex and main building side. Good size of the rooms for double beds. Car parking fees at the basement is 1500yen per night.

Close to the arcade undercover trip of Sapporo main tourist district. Very handy laundry, dryer level along with spa, sauna and cold plunge. Thoroughly enjoyed the washes which made my day after being out all day

Rooms are about standard size for a hotel in major Japanese city. But the location was pretty nice, a brief 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Odori park and access to major subway lines. Service was good too.

If you're coming to Daisetsuzan Asahidake and your budget allows for a slight splurge, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It's truly excellent (and I'm used to staying at international chains like Marriott and IHG)

Also, it's best to stay for two nights; a bluebird day is a rare treat. On 'Xiaohongshu' (Little Red Book), this hotel is often compared to the one next door, but purely in terms of the rooms, this one wins hands down

They're very new and spacious. The hotel's dinner is also quite good, seriously. I ate so much salmon and sweet shrimp sashimi at the buffet that I didn't even want any more the next day

The only thing I want to complain about is an older male staff member, I'm not sure if he was a supervisor or something, but his attitude was terrible, as if everyone owed him a lot of money, always with a sour face

It's a sashimi free-for-all! We only came for hiking, but if you're here for skiing, it's even more highly recommended, as it's the closest hotel to the Visitor Center and the ropeway station
