Overall, a well-located hotel with good food, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality
Friendly and thoughtful staff who can communicate in English fluently, especially the gentleman at reception on 16 Jan evening. The amenities provided are wide ranged and generous
Welcome drink is good. Breakfast spread is not bad, especially the Butadon, it is tasty.
The location is excellent — right next to Obihiro Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. You can even walk to the famous confectionary Rokkatei shop, making it a great base for exploring Obihiro
Very good room size, provide welcome drink, famous pork rice shop near by.😋
Most of the patrons seemed to be business travelers, but the hotel is also comfortable for leisure stays. The rooms were clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches like a relaxing yukata
standard good toyoko inn as usual, rooms are just large enough, service efficient and polite
Even though the facilities are basic, the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and had an excellent attitude
The lady at the front desk was very nice, even though she didn't speak English. The free breakfast was good.
Clean and they have good standards all over Japan. Room is a bit cramped, but they provide enough space to live around and put luggage in. Very close to Tomakomai station, but there is not much life around the hotel
Very clean and excellent service. It meets the quality of this Toyoko Inn hotel group
Good location close to the train station .
Not to far from Larson or seiko mart for fast ready meal
I had a good time, and the breakfast was a lunch box because of the corona, but it was delicious
The room was clean and the breakfast was good
The room was very clean. Breakfast was also satisfactory. It was a little disappointing that there was only one elevator. However, it is not a big problem unless you are in a hurry in an emergency.
Located a block from the train and bus station in Kitami. Small room but efficiently designed. Nice breakfast in the morning. Department store across the street and a few restaurants in the area
It's very convenient because it's in front of Kitami station, and the (female) store manager told me about various things such as a nearby yakiniku restaurant and convenient facilities
I haven't had a chance to visit Kitami, but the store manager recommends that I make a special card and I will use it the next time I visit
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location is excellent—convenient to attractions, yet quiet enough to relax
Good hotel with decent size room. Breakfast was good! Definitely will come back for winter.
Good location in easy to get to all the nearby farms and attraction. Hotel Staff are very nice and friendly. The amenity is basic but overall very clean and simple modern design.
The stay is excellent but only 1 lift serving the entire building. The waiting time during peak hour is unpleasantly long
Location wise is not near to the Furano station and restaurants. Its ok if you drive, there’s free carpark. The deluxe studio comes equipped with microwave, nespresso, simple cooking utensils
The 3 BR unit was absolutely fabulous. Kitchen very well stocked with beautiful dishes. Beds were comfortable and comforters were sooo comfortable. Showers were powerful and wonderful
It's a shame that many shuttle bus routes and stops have been canceled this year; we can only get to the nearest Annupuri, and need to take the Niseko bus to other ski resorts. The hotel service is excellent
A special thanks to our driver, Yuta, who was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. My husband accidentally injured his foot, and Yuta immediately found someone to help us clean the wound
When I mentioned I couldn't use the hot springs, he kindly gave us some waterproof band-aids the next day when we saw him
The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen, and the laundry room is convenient and reasonably priced
The hotel was clean, but the location is not so good for the whole niseko area and their shuttles don’t cover many places
They offer several breakfast options ( buffet, ramen or takeaway sandwiches). Great restaurant at top level with mountain views
It's friendly and good. Breakfast is provided. Breakfast is decent enough. It's close to the station and conveniently located for transportation.
Dinner is very simple, not as good as other restaurants outside.
I've stayed at other hotels, but the front desk staff were not very friendly and I didn't feel like asking them anything. The hot water in the large communal bath on the first floor was good.
The location is great, a three-minute walk from Kitami station and department stores, and there is a convenience store diagonally opposite. The flat parking lot is large. Breakfast was pretty standard
It is a little smaller than the average Route Inn and the facilities are a little old
Very good hotel, stylish, and attentive service. However, the facilities are a bit old, which is a common problem of Japanese hotels
This hotel is beautiful! The lobby is nice, rooms are spacious & restaurants are good, too. The best thing is the bath on the top floor (#13). The outside onsen is really nice during the winter time
Very elegant hotel with good service. The room is huge. clean. The hot spring is also very good 👍 I still want to go there.
Private onsen in the room was good, staff in the hotel is super friendly, they offer nice snack and tea during check in. There is free drink in the room refrigerator
Booked the room with a private onsen and it was an amazing experience! The staff there are also warm and welcoming. Soe showed us our room and patiently explained the different opening hours for lounge and cafe
The windows of the indoor hot spring are very old-fashioned aluminum alloy windows, which are not very convenient for taking pictures
Nice service, good breakfast (specially the omelette), rooms are clean and not noisy, close to plenty of restaurants and location super convenient. Don’t hesitate on booking this hotel!
Good location near Susukino station right at the Tanukikoji shopping street, near Ichiran & Ippudo if you like the ramen
Everything else, like the service, hot springs, and cleanliness, is excellent – standard Dormy Inn quality
Love this , cute room good location and onsen!
Hotel prices in Hokkaido skyrocket during peak season, so luckily I booked early. This hotel's location is unbeatable, right inside 'Li Xiaolu' (assuming this is a specific area or complex)
Not so far from Nakajima park, probably 20 mins walk from Sapporo station, so if you have many luggage probably better take airport bus or just rent car at the airport :)
Niseko, Abuta gun Nisekohirafu 1 Jo 3 chome 6-8, 044-0081 Kutchan Town, Abuta District, Hokkaido, Japan 🧭 Map
Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in
Highly recommend for a stay in Niseko. The place is in great shape and has plenty of space! The company that runs it is very good about communication. We booked our snowboarding thru them and it was very convenient
Good location, great interior layout and kitchen equipment, and fabulous hospitality by the two lady staff (Malaysian and European). Thank you.
Could not have asked for more. Best service, super helpful and great recommendations. The apartment was great, the appliances fantastic
You can technically walk to the restaurants and to the resort but it can be dangerous if it snows. So definitely get your international driver’s license or download the Go app for taxis
Snowy landscape
We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape
The room amenities are a bit dated, but I find that's pretty standard for Japanese hotels. Still, it was good – there was a bedside lamp, a radio, and a heater switch
The front desk staff were also excellent; they were very patient and accommodating when I needed to store my luggage, and their translation device worked perfectly
The room was somewhat clean overall, but quite old. The location is good. Considering the price isn't expensive, you can't expect too much.
The hotel is a few hundred meters from the subway station and city center. They offer afternoon tea, and complimentary water and drinks. The room was small but clean, and the service was fine
The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian street, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. It's also a very quiet place to stay
The location is super close to Tanukikoji, and from there, you can easily walk through the underground shopping street to Susukino or Sapporo Station
Although our room also offered a good view, the lovely evening breeze enticed us to enjoy the beautiful fireworks from outside. We are also very grateful for the thoughtful attentiveness from the front desk staff
An excellent japanese hotel, you can also experience Japanese hot springs.
The crab legs for dinner were terrible, the beef jerky was tough, the tempura sweet potato was good, but many other dishes were cold
It's very close to the airport. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors, though compact, felt very well-appointed. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis after soaking in the hot spring
Facilities: Both the rooms and public areas are thoughtfully designed. The coffee area in the lobby, in particular, is a very comfortable spot to sit, gaze at the sea, and simply relax
This year, our trip coincided with the fireworks festival, so we specifically booked this hotel, hoping to be near the launch site, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay
The location is also excellent, about a 10-minute walk from Susukino, making it easily accessible. I was particularly impressed by how relatively quiet it was, even at night
The amenities were excellent and the staff were courteous, making for a great trip.
Overall, it offers good value for money and is a pleasant place to stay in Sapporo
located in a quiet area with convenient access. The room was clean and fairly spacious, with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and helpful
It was clean and spacious enough if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The bathroom wasn't a typical unit bath; it had a separate washing area, and the hairdryer was new and easy to use with various settings
The room was just the right size for one person, not cramped at all, and provided a relaxing space. The toilet and water areas were also extremely clean, giving the impression that every detail was well-maintained
Facilities: Relatively complete
Hygiene: The assigned smoking room had a strong odor and needs improvement.
Environment: Very close to Obihiro Station, a plus.
Service: Good.
The service was good.
The room was small and the facilities were a bit old.
It's very close to the station, a good location.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options.
Good public bath with onsen, cold dip, Sunna room and a semi outdoor area to chill out. The room is big enough, I like the coffee table and extra chair that I use to pack my luggage
The location was great, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a New Year's menu. The bath was a moor hot spring, and there was also a sauna, so I enjoyed it. I would like to use it again.
The location was great, and all the staff were incredibly kind, making for a very pleasant stay. It was also really convenient to be able to check the onsen's crowdedness on my smartphone
Self check-in, very good. After checking out, you can place your luggage next to the counter and lock it with a password, which is very convenient.
The pillows are too low, but they can provide pillows. They also provide free breakfast and fresh juice. The parking lot is very convenient and you can park at the door of the hotel
The hotel is a bit dated, but the location is good and the breakfast was delicious.
Helpful and friendly front desk staff, parking is reasonable
There is a separate air conditioner in the room
Quick overnight stay. Onsite parking not available if you are a little late so you will be directed to park near JR Obihiro. One of the newer rooms I've stayed in in Japan and the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.
Clean, good location, near to Kushiro station. Can walk to Kushiro station 5 minutes
The price was good value for the money I think. Clean attentive staff and cheap on site parking for 550 yen per night
Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, 5 mins walk from JR station and Akan bus terminal where the tour bus to the sightseeing places.
The room was quite decent and good enough for us to open 2 pieces of luggages..
This is a business hotel so for foreigners look for the breakfast tickets in foyer which allows you to choose which time you'd like to eat. Make sure to grab one at check in
But none of us is that big, so it works for us, we booked 2 rooms for a family of four. The hotel provides parking for a very reasonable fee of 500 Yen a day
I booked a 17 sqm room, but upon arrival, the hotel said it wasn't available and offered a 13-15 sqm room instead, with no refund for the downgrade – absolutely unheard of! I've only ever known hotels to offer free upgrades when the booked room isn't available, never a downgrade without a refund
Breakfast is 1,000 yen, so if you don't want the anime tea set, breakfast is better. Other than that, the location was good and the breakfast was delicious
However, although it is nice to have Internet TV, it is not in a good position relative to the bed, so as someone with poor eyesight, I have to sit on a chair or on the edge of the bed to watch it
There is a hot spring, the breakfast is sufficient and satisfactory, and there seem to be convenience stores and entertainment facilities nearby, so I think it is good for the price
Apparently women can choose between breakfast or an anime tea set, but I was given the anime tea set without being asked. I later asked the front desk and they changed it to breakfast
After 9pm, the elevator closest to the hotel stops working, and the elevator far from the hotel is working, so it was a bit difficult for me to move around with luggage as I was unfamiliar with the area
There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it's very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. Above all, the staff are very friendly and I feel at ease every time I stay here
True to its brand, this hotel boasts excellent hygiene with a clean and tidy room. Plus, they gave me a fantastic room with an amazing view, letting me enjoy the most beautiful blue hour in Asahikawa!
Clean room with good amenities available in front desk. Also, great complimentary breakfast included with a great price, highly recommend!
One of the better Toyoko hotels , good value . Would book again .
The hairdryer was good and powerful, but the kettle wasn't great – it boiled slowly and was easy to burn yourself on. Also, breakfast was quite simple, mostly rice balls, but it tasted alright
From Asahikawa Station, head straight to the main road, turn right, and keep walking until you see the Toyoko Inn sign. It's about a six or seven-minute walk. The hotel is clean, and self-check-in was very easy
Clean hotel with a nice combination of food for breakfast. Standard room but the view is nice. Suitable for business traveler.
The staff is friendly and helpful when we leave our luggage before check-in time.
The location is excellent.
It was close to a large shopping mall, which was nice.
The breakfast was excellent.
Parking was convenient.
The rooms were quiet and warm.
It's a friendly hotel.
It's best to call the hotel directly to confirm the details of your reservation
There was ice on the first floor (they served up huge ice cubes with great force, lol), and the breakfast buffet, which wasn't included in my reservation, made for a comfortable solo trip! ❣️
Everyone at the front desk greeted me with a smile, making this a very pleasant two-day, one-night trip! Thank you very much! ☺️
Since it was my first solo trip in a while and I wasn't in a place I'd been to often, I searched for a hotel near the station where I wouldn't get lost and stayed here!
It was a little far from the city center, so I had to walk a bit, but it was quiet and peaceful at night
The large basement bath, which is open until 2:00, is empty around 1:00, so I was able to relax, but the overall dim lighting was a bit creepy. Maybe the lighting could be a little better
The hotel's amenities only listed "towels," so I asked through chat if they had bath towels and was told they didn't. However, when I got there, I found bath towels
For this price, it includes a dinner buffet and a breakfast buffet, both of which are excellent quality with a good variety of choices. This offers extremely high value for money
It was the easiest I've ever understood during my trip to Japan!
The room was very clean, the food was good, the staff was very welcoming, and I loved being able to watch the sunrise from my room
Overall, it was a good experience
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the buffet dinner and breakfast were plentiful, the bath was quite large, complimentary tea and popsicles were provided outside the hot spring, free parking was available, and the staff were friendly
Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I was able to arrive around 2:15 PM, which was nice. The man's English was easy to understand, which was great
I think it would be nice if the amenities were a little softer!
The hot spring water is so good, but. I don't think the amenities make up for it!
Especially around the hairline~~
this one is a little further away from main street. could be a little bit of luggage dragging if u r coming off airport bus. standard budget hotel room size. nice water pressure and soap smell very good
The hotel itself is still very new and all of the staff were friendly and spoke very good English. Rooms are small but can easily fit large luggage and the bathroom was roomy for a budget hotel
Clean nice and comfortable. Very convenient as well as there is a lawson just across the street. Breakfast was good and filled with varieties. This hotel has no free parking thou.
Quite small rooms but extremely clean and comfortable! I stayed here in November and after a bit of a walk from the station, we found the hotel all lit up opposite a convenience store
Bear in mind it was a bit tricky to manuvre two suitcases from the station to and from the hotel in the snow, but the hotel itself is a great option for staying in Sapporo!
the room was so comfy and clean, the staff are very hospitable, a top-notch hotel I must say. loved the shower had two heads, one from the ceiling and the other handheld.
