Great value for money, and super convenient with the tram directly accessible! The room environment is also excellent, very clean, and the staff are all very friendly
Polite and English speaking front desk staff.
Spacious room comparing to other hotels in Japan.
Renovation needed.
Nice restaurants inside hotel, lunch offer in good value. Attentive waiting staff in restaurant.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo!
Overall, no major issues, and the service attitude was very polite. Thank you for arranging the room. However, I'd like to highlight some hygiene concerns:
1. There was a drop of urine stain on the toilet seat
The location is decent, not on the main road so it's relatively quiet. There's an underground passage to Sapporo Station, so if you want to avoid the wind and sun, you might consider a hotel even closer
I disinfected it myself with an alcohol wipe. Although the bath towels looked new, I noticed some dust and stains on them. Many hotels have this problem: the headboard is never wiped down
Room was very clean.
Room is also very big with ample space to place luggage as well.
Hotel was at a good location. Walkable distance to nearby subway station and to susukino where all the shops are.
The room was very clean and spacious with a great city view. And of course good enough for three of us. Definitely will come back again. Recommended!
Good Location , Goodservice
"Excellent service! The staff provided great assistance for first-time visitors and clear parking info (1,900 Yen/day onsite)
Good location and nice service !
Very recommended hotel. Thank you for the best stay for this hotel. Gonna recommend to friends. Hope to stay here again soon!
Perfectly located in the heart of the city—within walking distance to the fish market and just 0. Even during heavy snow, the stay was wonderful. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is super close to the JR station exit, making the location really convenient. The room isn't huge, but it's incredibly well-designed. I was able to open both a 24-inch and a 30-inch suitcase comfortably
It has everything you need, a small space but fully equipped! The soundproofing is actually pretty good; I didn't hear any noise from other rooms
There are many restaurants near the hotel, including yakitori, yakiniku, and ramen. The service is also excellent. The front desk staff are very friendly and will generally greet you when you come and go
Staying one night in Sapporo, the hotel's location is pretty good, very close to Sapporo JR Station. It's suitable for a layover before heading to Asahikawa or catching a flight from New Chitose
Note that this hotel is NOT connected to the station. Amenities are to be taken from the first floor. Room has one window but since it's very close to the tracks, they have a thick sliding door to block out the sound
We stayed on the 10th floor with a clear view of the train tracks below. Enjoyed watching train passing by daily. If it is noisy to you, they have sound proof window slider that can help reduce the train noise
I especially loved the complimentary daily beer; it was so smooth and delicious, the best I've ever had! I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip
Very nice location, very near key places. Adjacent to the hotel is the shopping street, including the 24-hour Don Quijote with just around 50 meter distance, so you can shop late night or early morning
Overall, it was a very good stay
The only thing we found a bit unusual was that the bathroom was located at the very back of the room instead of near the entrance. Every evening, adults received a complimentary beer
The hotel is conveniently located right off a pedestrian street, just past the restaurant, and there's a drugstore nearby, which was great for shopping. The hotel breakfast was decent too
The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, it felt like a luxurious Japanese feast. The hotel's back exit opens right onto Tanukikoji, making it incredibly convenient for shopping
It's also not far from Goryokaku Tower, where you can find Lucky Pierrot burgers and Shunka Sushi. A slightly longer walk will take you to Rokkatei for some delicious pastries
It's pretty good, with excellent service. There are convenience stores and ramen shops nearby, and it's very close to Goryokaku, just a few hundred meters walk
The room was excellent, and the three beds were very comfortable. For a city hotel focused on convenience, it offers great value for money
Private parking with 800yen per night located just next to the hotel. The restaurant behind serves good food, with an Indian (i think) staff who speaks English helped a lot in ordering. Room is fairly ok with this price.
I accidentally lost my key card and had to pay a 2000 yen replacement fee, but overall it was a good stay
The hotel is close to streetcar station, but during winter it still pretty challenging to pull your luggage. That is expected situation for any hotel in Hokkaido 😆. The receptionist was really helpful
Help and accomodating to foreigners. Be thankful for their patience. The rooms are well presented and maintained. The sauna and restaurant in the basement levels are very welcome perks. A very good value for your stay
Breakfast is wildly exciting (white wine anyone?) and delicious (Ezo deer curry!)
Good location, short walk to the streetcar
If front desk staff can speak some English, this would have been excellent
with very good service from the staff the onsen was amazing too for women they got a passcode to enter the women onsen and updated it daily
Close but not too close to Susukino. It's close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown while being in a quiet area that has plenty of smaller scale local options. Above all the staff is wonderful
Interestingly the open-air onsen was always empty when I visited but imo it is worth the climb up the stairs. As others have mentioned the breakfast is delicious and satisfying
While the bed did not feel particularly luxurious, it was comfortable and I did not have any trouble sleeping. Pyjamas were provided and so were fresh towels every day
They offer public and private onsen for free. You need to queue for your turn to use the private onsen. One ppl can use up to 50min. 10-11pm, they offer late noodle at the canteen. Noodle taste good.
Very recommended hotel in furano, private onsen is the best. All staffs are nice. Free ramen, ice cream , probiotic drink
Definitely the best hotel i stay in Hokkaido, the washing machine works well, free ice cream & ramen, private onsen
The service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices
Furano station is tiny and has no elevators, so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down a flight of stairs (twice!) – make sure you're well-fed for the task! [laughing emoji] And seriously, the seafood breakfast is amazing! The rice with salmon roe was delicious! 😋
Great location walking distance from furano station. Great onsen private room, free ice cream, probiotics drinks and late night ramen, breakfast. Love the hairdryer and skincare products provided in the onsen!
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 1-1-7 Kitasanjo-Nishi, Chuo 🧭 Map
Breakfast is served as a set meal with a good variety of choices, and everything tasted great. The staff have an excellent service mindset
The hotel location is good, closed to Station. the room is clean and staff friendly. Nothing to complain.
Very good hotel with a convenient location, within walking distance from Sapporo Station. The room size is comfortable—not too small—and I was able to open two 28-inch suitcases easily
One highlight was the breakfast service — it was excellent and is a full meal course. You can choose from six different set options, all of which were satisfying and well prepared
Good base near station, nice and clean hotel, good size room.
The underground passage makes it super easy to get directly to Susukino. There's a soup curry place right around the corner, just turn left when you exit the hotel – so convenient for a walk-in meal
The location is excellent.
It was close to a large shopping mall, which was nice.
The breakfast was excellent.
Parking was convenient.
The rooms were quiet and warm.
It's a friendly hotel.
It's best to call the hotel directly to confirm the details of your reservation
There was ice on the first floor (they served up huge ice cubes with great force, lol), and the breakfast buffet, which wasn't included in my reservation, made for a comfortable solo trip! ❣️
Everyone at the front desk greeted me with a smile, making this a very pleasant two-day, one-night trip! Thank you very much! ☺️
Since it was my first solo trip in a while and I wasn't in a place I'd been to often, I searched for a hotel near the station where I wouldn't get lost and stayed here!
It was a little far from the city center, so I had to walk a bit, but it was quiet and peaceful at night
It's close to Asahikawa subway station, so transportation is convenient. There's a bus to Asahikawa Airport near the subway station. You can choose your own time slot for breakfast to avoid the crowds
The large basement bath, which is open until 2:00, is empty around 1:00, so I was able to relax, but the overall dim lighting was a bit creepy. Maybe the lighting could be a little better
So far so good, it keeps super hotel standard performance and it has a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. Recommended it!
The hotel is a bit far from the station. It would be easier if you could take the tram there during the snowy winter. There are McDonald's, convenience stores and drugstores on the street from the hotel
The hotel is clean, the location is good, and the breakfast is delicious!! It is convenient to use the hot springs, and the parking lot is large, so it is convenient and good to park.
The hotel's service is very good
Japanese style breakfast is yummy but a bit too early for me ?
There is a little goodie for lady
It's a little far from the station, but the hotel facilities are very new, and there are free drinks downstairs. In addition, I feel that the large bath is comfortable, but a bit too hot.
The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price. The facilities were good and everything was well organized.
It was really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good, really good
The rooms considered big compared with rooms in Tokyo. Just a bit distance walk from Susukino. The hotel is clean and there is a lot of convenient store nearby
Good breakfast selection. Cozy room. Carpark next to the hotel was great with carpark charges. Several convenient shops around the hotel.
A decent hotel, impeccably clean, and quite spacious. We booked two double beds for our family of three, and the price was also very reasonable
The hotel keeps our luggage for one night and after we back from Noboribetsu we check in again for another 2 nights
The breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of options, and the hotel's homemade soup curry was delicious. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which was great
Great location - close to Odori, Susukino and Tanukijoki Arcade. Easy to get to with the airport bus. Room is clean, and bathtub is nice to use after a long day of walking
Extremely satisfied! The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. They even have Chinese-speaking staff. I absolutely loved the bathroom design; it felt just like soaking in a hot spring
Good .
Good and clean
Definitely will come again and again!!
Check in after my road trip ended. Greet by a ********* staff, overall is friendly and good. Guide us how to get into station by walking underground!/underroof for faster access
Good location and clean, highly recommend choose this hotel.
The room is big and clean. Service is good. I wish the wifi speed is faster, and more wall outlet available. Only one wall outlet on the desk is not enough.
The service from the personnel at the desk and attending to towels etc was excelkent. Very comfortable room. Goid size room with great view of tbe snow.
Very nice place, and super nice staff. The rooms are comfortable, and the service is great. All in all a very good hotel within walking distance from downtown Sapporo
This is a really nice hotel. very convenient to go around sapporo. and i like the breakfast
Location is very good. It’s an old hotel.
It is a nice & clean hotel plus point 7-11 is just right next to the hotel.
A big thank you to the male staff member who put our minds at ease and used google translate to guide us and let us know it was safe to return to the room
1)地理位置优越,出门左边有便利店;离币舞桥走走也就到了,可惜当天天气不好,没有看到世界有名的落日;
2)楼下的西餐厅味道很不错👍价格也比较公道
3)洗衣机是免费的(在四楼)
4)地下停车场是1000yen(住客),虽然不免费,但也比较公道。
5)入住当晚遭遇地震(12月8日,7
Near Lawson 3 minites and fishermans wharf 4 minutes walk. 20 minutes walk from Kushiro Train Station. Good view if your room is facing the seaport where fishing boats park specially at night.
We came down from level 16 to the level 3 evacuation zone once the tsunami warning was triggered, and we met your staff there who were setting up the evacuation area
The ocean-view room with its large glass windows was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. Although it's an older hotel, the renovation made it almost look new
The staff were friendly, the hotel is in a great location, and I would definitely visit again.
The hotel is in a good Location near the chanel. Very nice beer brewery with a big variety of beer is just across the Chanel. Fish market and train station in 10 minutes by steps
The location of the hotel was fantastic. Right by the canal. Service was also good. There were however very limited parking. The room and facilities also felt slightly dated. B
Good location! Friendly concierge and front desk. Nice view from the room, directly facing to otaru canal. Across the road you can reach one of the famous LETAO shop.
Right infront of the otaru canal one of the best hotel i have stayed in hokkaido so far, room is spacious and comfortable highly recommended
Very good hotel! service and facilities are really comfortable to me .
The furniture is a little old but in good condition
Well , apart from the station , a jump from the station there’s not much around the hotel. But , the top floor Onsen is 5 Star. Absolutely excellent will even outside area. Worth booking for this alone
The old man who checked me in kept trying to charge me in different ways, first saying it was for an extra bed, then calling it some other additional fee. Late-night noodles: Very good, could eat several bowls
Very good! Would stay there again.
Onsen and sauna in hotel, complimentary noodles, ice lolly.
Helpful staff.
An enjoyable stay even arrived almost mid night.
Facilities: A very new and clean hotel. Ambiance: A very Japanese-style hotel. The outdoor bath in the public bathhouse is excellent
Very close to the JR/Bus terminal. Vin Steak is located just beside the hotel. Also, there's a soup Curry restaurant, but they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Breakfast was delicious and fresh
We were impressed by the service and location of the hotel. We had stayed at a Dormy Inn hotel last trip and were still impressed by its simple yet modern style
In terms of of foods, there are small alley that sell ramens also good choice when you visit Sapporo. Hotel give basic amenities room are quite small but clean
Hotel in a very good location especially if you want to travel by bus to Chitose Airport, just 3 minutes walk to bus stop
Very good, clean and staff nice
The hotel in very good location but rooms is extremely small , barely has space to open the luggage on the floor , room size is only 18 SQM , they never publish the room size on the room details , photos on the listing is misleading as it show the rooms is big but actually its extremely small , Toilet is miserable small and has 40 CM step to climb , if you have senior person be ready to assist every...
Set back is it is rather dated, and rooms are small, in particular the bathroom, which is only slightly bigger than a 6 foot table!
Hotel is conveniently located 200m from the airport limo bus stop. Lots of eateries, shopping and entertainment at its door step
The room is very standard, but the bathtub is not very clean, which needs to be improved!
It was nice to be alone. It was also nice that there was a hot spring.
Very close to the JR station, the lobby on the first floor has very good service, provides tourist information, and has hot springs to soak in
The location is good in front of the station. It is convenient because the shop is also nearby. There is also a parking lot so you can use a car. It's not a card key, so the key is tricky
I could hear JR, the sink was dripping for a while after use, and the breakfast was delicious
Near the train station. Very clean and convenient. Like the onset.
The location is great, even though there aren't many buses in Asahikawa, it's only a 12-13 minute walk. The hot springs bath is a bit dated but very good. It would be best to ask the front desk for an extra pillow
I booked a Dormy Inn chain hotel, and the room was quite spacious. The rooftop hot spring was excellent, and they even had a sauna and ice cream. It was also pretty quiet at night
One of the highlights was the location—there are plenty of great food options nearby, so it was easy to find something delicious at any time. What truly elevated the stay, though, was the in-house onsen
It was a fantastic way to relax and recharge, especially after being out in the cold. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asahikawa
We stayed at Dormy Inn Asahikawa and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Asahikawa Station and easy to reach many attractions such as Asahiyama Zoo and the Asahikawa Ramen Village
I had a really enjoyable stay at Dormy Inn Asahikawa. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring
We always stay in Dormy inn if we travel to Japan. We love the onsen, the free ice cream , and yummy ramen as supper every night. Hotel breakfast is amazing, definitely worth the price you paid
Hotel is in an awesome location right smack in the middle of li xiao lu no. covered walkway and 5minutes walk to Poletown underground. Onsen is convenient, massage is good
The location is a bit far from Sapporo Station, it is better to take airport bus to & from airport. The bus stop is just round the corner, buses are frequent. Good onsen, with free ice-cream & yakult drinks
After a full day of shopping nearby, it was great to come back to the hotel for a wonderful hot spring bath, then enjoy a free 15-minute massage on the massage chair, and finish off the day with some complimentary late-night ramen
Great stay, comfortable hotel and very pleasant amenities. The only annoyance até those HK tourists, very annoying misbehaving and speaking super loud and not following the onsen protocols, rushing for a spot in the tub
Washing machine is free and right outside the onsen, just need to pay for the dryer. Microwave oven is available at level 2 and 6. There is complementary icecream and yoghurt depends on timing, can eat after onsen
