Lobby and rooms are really spacious and clean. Toiletries were mostly provided, water pressure and heating is good. Hospitality was great as well

The 11th floor offers a Western-style breakfast, while the 3rd floor has Japanese set meals, so you can choose what you prefer. There's also a large public bath on the 3rd floor for soaking

I will not hesitate to recommend this excellent hotel. Will definitely be back for my next visit to Otaru in Authum

Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to Otaru Station and the canal. There's also a direct bus to Mount Tengu right outside the hotel

The hotel has a bit of a vintage feel, and the rooms are quite old-fashioned in style. The window view from the top floor restaurant is truly beautiful

Also I misplaced my iPad and the team was very helpful in retrieving it for me. Would definitely return when I visit Otaru again

Very big lobby and seemed to be a really big hotel but we arrived late just to stay the night. Room was ok sized for 3, not the most spacious but adequate.

It is close to New Chitose Airport. I drove to this hotel to rest and consider going to Noboribetsu the next day. The hotel is in a good location and overlooks Tomakomai City. The room is spacious but slightly smoky

I stayed in a room with a great view. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Chinese restaurant, Taoyuan. However, the shop closed early, so I wasn't able to look around for souvenirs, which was a shame

Because our itinerary was too rushed the previous day, Tomakomai became our transit point. We also planned to go to the Shiraro Beef Festival the next day. Looking at the map, Tomakomai was the perfect place

The room is relatively large among Japanese hotels, and it is spacious for a single person. You can see the Prince Paper Mill in Tomakomai from the window. Facilities: There is an ice machine

This time I didn't go to the zoo, but just explored the city a bit, and both the city and the hotel left a deep impression on me. If you choose to stay here, make sure to book well in advance, as it's quite popular!

It's right next to the JR station and Aeon mall, and the Kita-Saitō Park behind the JR station alone is enough to explore for three days. The location is incredibly convenient!!!

The most convenient place to stay in Asahikawa! It's literally a 5-second walk from the station, so check-in was seamless. Plus, it's connected to Aeon Mall, and the front desk staff even speak Chinese

The hotel staff at the front desk are very professional and efficient, and there's even a Japanese gentleman who speaks Chinese. The public bath was a bit crowded though

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Sapporo Station. The hot springs on the second floor were a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing

The room was very clean. Toiletries and skincare products are available downstairs. The convenience store is very close to the hotel, less than 100 meters away. It's also not far from the TV Tower and the Big Buddha.

The rooms are compact but neat and clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. You can walk to attractions like the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building, the Clock Tower, and Odori Park

Right across the street is Rokkatei, and there are FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Lawson stores nearby – incredibly convenient! The Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo West is right next door

This hotel is conveniently located just a five or six-minute walk from Sapporo Station, right next to Yodobashi Camera, which is great for shopping. There are also some delicious soup curry restaurants nearby

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even with three of us and our luggage open, there was still plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was also very good

The service is unbelievably good! The front desk provides a free bottle of water per person each day, and you can grab toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, combs, earplugs, coffee, and more from the first floor

There's also a free public bath on the second floor – perfect for a relaxing soak after skiing. It's directly across from Yodobashi, and there's a McDonald's and convenience store nearby

Hotel is in an awesome location right smack in the middle of li xiao lu no. covered walkway and 5minutes walk to Poletown underground. Onsen is convenient, massage is good

The location is a bit far from Sapporo Station, it is better to take airport bus to & from airport. The bus stop is just round the corner, buses are frequent. Good onsen, with free ice-cream & yakult drinks

After a full day of shopping nearby, it was great to come back to the hotel for a wonderful hot spring bath, then enjoy a free 15-minute massage on the massage chair, and finish off the day with some complimentary late-night ramen

Great stay, comfortable hotel and very pleasant amenities. The only annoyance até those HK tourists, very annoying misbehaving and speaking super loud and not following the onsen protocols, rushing for a spot in the tub

Washing machine is free and right outside the onsen, just need to pay for the dryer. Microwave oven is available at level 2 and 6. There is complementary icecream and yoghurt depends on timing, can eat after onsen

Good hotel and onsen. We enjoyed our stayed there. There is a lot of complimentary like ice cream, yakult after onsen. And at night there is free ramen. Kids really happy. Definitely will come back someday

This is my third time staying at the Dormy Inn hotel chain. Always satisfied!!! They have an onsen, free-flow ice cream, and free ramen every night at 9:30 PM. The breakfast is also delicious

For children, kids’ amenities are provided, such as slippers, toothbrushes, and pajamas. Adult pajamas are also provided, along with basic amenities like a shower cap, comb, and toothbrush

As for the location, there is a Lawson convenience store next to the hotel, as well as a delicious Kura Sushi restaurant

The second photo in the middle is of a larger room type, which I hope to book in advance next time. The king crab ramen for lunch was 7600 JPY a bowl; the noodles weren't anything special, just a few extra crab legs

The 7 or 8 parking spots out front require a reservation and cost 4000 JPY per night. Although my room was small, it had a beautiful, unobstructed view of Mount Yotei

Ski-in ski-out hotel right next to the slopes. Wonderful staff and service. Convenient in hotel equipment rentals. Highly recommended.

The morning buffet has something for everyone! Used it on weekdays, and now it's 40,000 per person for 2 nights. I wonder if I can make a reservation after the corona opens. The public hot spring bath is narrow

Overall, no major issues, and the service attitude was very polite. Thank you for arranging the room. However, I'd like to highlight some hygiene concerns: 1. There was a drop of urine stain on the toilet seat

The location is decent, not on the main road so it's relatively quiet. There's an underground passage to Sapporo Station, so if you want to avoid the wind and sun, you might consider a hotel even closer

I disinfected it myself with an alcohol wipe. Although the bath towels looked new, I noticed some dust and stains on them. Many hotels have this problem: the headboard is never wiped down

They have a good spring in the facility. Delicious Ramen is available during night time about 2hrs. Good services

Bath is fantastic although there is no view from the outside bath. There is a sauna room and everything is provided in the bathroom from shavers to combs. The breakfast buffet is also very good and even has waffles

Two convenience stores are right out front if you need anything quickly. We got a decent price through trip. com for around $50 per night per person, which I’d say was definitely worth it

The room was super spacious, and the facilities felt quite new. The staff were also very friendly. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, quite a walk away.

It has everything you need, a small space but fully equipped! The soundproofing is actually pretty good; I didn't hear any noise from other rooms

Note that this hotel is NOT connected to the station. Amenities are to be taken from the first floor. Room has one window but since it's very close to the tracks, they have a thick sliding door to block out the sound

This hotel is super close to the JR station exit, making the location really convenient. The room isn't huge, but it's incredibly well-designed. I was able to open both a 24-inch and a 30-inch suitcase comfortably

There are many restaurants near the hotel, including yakitori, yakiniku, and ramen. The service is also excellent. The front desk staff are very friendly and will generally greet you when you come and go

There are several convenience stores and a post office nearby, and it's close to Hokkaido University. However, if you want to go to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, it might be a bit far, about a 1km walk

Very nice location, very near key places. Adjacent to the hotel is the shopping street, including the 24-hour Don Quijote with just around 50 meter distance, so you can shop late night or early morning

The only thing we found a bit unusual was that the bathroom was located at the very back of the room instead of near the entrance. Every evening, adults received a complimentary beer

Great stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a washing machine in the room was very convenient

Breakfast now offers three fixed set menus, with a self-service salad and beverage bar. The food is delicious, but it can get a bit repetitive if you eat it every day

Private parking with 800yen per night located just next to the hotel. The restaurant behind serves good food, with an Indian (i think) staff who speaks English helped a lot in ordering. Room is fairly ok with this price.

Stayed at New Chitose Airport Hotel again. It's really easy to find, as soon as you reach domestic departures Gate E, you'll see the hotel sign. The room locks have been upgraded from keys to key cards since last year

Smacked right in the domestic departure hall of CTS and has all the amenities you might need. Though a bit dated it was great for someone who’s flying out early next day. The onsen ticket was a nice touch.

The rooms are tiny but the service and facilities are excellent. The rooftop onsen is wonderful especially in winter if you can brave the cold and claim flights of stairs up

Good price with a hot spring, the location isn't the most convenient but still within a 10 mins walk to the bus/train stops we needed to use. The rooms looked a little bit outdated but have all you'd need

Pillows in room were a little hard with some sort of grain in them (may have good postural pillows, though) BUT there is a pillow menu in the hotel lobby if you wish to change your pillows

Best capsule hostel ever. The cabin was standalone, meaning that it is not stacked. The public bath was great. The only drawback is that the storage space under the bed is too small for most medium luggages.

All you need for a overnight stay. Best location with 711 right at the entrance. The rest is just the middle of the tourist district. Bath house is large and clean and opens until 2 am

I was sitting at the counter next to the front desk for a few minutes waiting for someone, and then a middle-aged lady from the front desk specifically came over to tell me that after checking out, I wasn't allowed to sit in any of the public areas

However, my room key, which was in its holder, went missing from my bed! When I went to check out after freshening up, I found the key holder empty. I retraced my steps for dozens of meters, but couldn't find it anywhere

I strongly suspect someone stole it when I went to freshen up and didn't close my curtain. Even though I've stayed in many hostels, I've never had anything stolen before

I normally don't use the shampoo and conditioner as well as the soap in a hotel but I tried using it and their shampoo,conditioner and body wash soap were great! Great customer service too! It totally suits the name Best Western Hotel

Best Western Plus Hotel Chitose – Convenient Airport Stay with Mixed Service My family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Chitose this week

The room itself was quite good. It was clean (besides couch stain and shower smudge), relatively spacious by Japanese standards, and stocked with the usual thoughtful amenities common in Japan

” Since the room was already prepared, this felt unnecessary and didn’t set the most welcoming tone to charge us. Even simply delivering our luggage to the room while we explored would have been appreciated

Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the airport with reliable WiFi. Just don’t expect highly proactive hospitality or detailed local recommendations beyond the basics

The hotel is about 10–15 minutes from New Chitose Airport, and the taxi ride cost roughly $30 USD, which made travel very convenient. Our arrival experience wasn’t the strongest start

Breakfast is good, offering a satisfying selection to start the day. Parking in front of the hotel is limited (free of charge), but there’s an additional parking building nearby, which is convenient
