This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable
The breakfast spread is fantastic, with Japanese, Chinese, and Western options. Our room overlooked the ski resort and Mount Yotei, providing a stunning view every morning. We'll definitely be staying here again
The staff at Park Hyatt are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children
This season offers great value for money, and it's incredibly convenient for skiers since you can access the slopes directly from the hotel's first floor
Otherwise, it was as excellent as ever! The housekeeping ladies were exceptionally good
Best in class resort for design and hardware. Exceptional personal touch by managers and senior team. Terrific on-site dining options. Love the Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants
I had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Hotel Sapporo during my trip to Hokkaido. The location is excellent — close to the Susukino area, with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and the subway
Location is very good 👍🏻 right in the city of Sapporo. Many restaurant & shop by walking distance. Breakfast also great with many varieties
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, much larger than most city hotels in Japan. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant
Counter staff extremely friendly and patient with our booking. Location is very convenient and food surrounding. Easy to move around city area.
It's close to Nakajima Park, which was great for playing in the snow. They even offered free sleds and snow play tools at the entrance. Overall, I had a good experience
Excellent stay in Ibis Sapporo. Front office staffs are very helpful. The housekeeping staffs are very efficient. Highly recommended to all travelers to Sapporo.
The front desk, being the cover page of the hotel, did not give a good impression. The Japanese front desk lady who did my room check-in spoke the best English among all that I’ve met in my 17 days travel
Excellent stay in Sapporo with great service. The staff speak fluent English and were very helpful. The room was very clean and well arranged
The room was great!!! The heating wasn't too harsh on the face. The window view was excellent, and the service was very good too; the staff even helped carry my luggage to the door
For the location, you can walk through the hotel’s path to Nagajimakoen Station Exit 1—it’s not as far as Google Maps suggests, and there’s also an elevator nearby, which is super convenient
For a Japanese hotel, the room size is quite spacious. The location is excellent and very convenient, with a subway station right at the entrance and the airport shuttle stop directly across the street
The Hotel location is very best located in the Park and very delicious breakfast and very near to the train station
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Nishi1-1, Kita 2, Chuo-ku 🧭 Map
The hotel facilities are all good, and this room was even a bit bigger than the last one. The surrounding area is also convenient, though it's a bit far from Sapporo Station
Visiting Sapporo for snow festival. Great hotel, walking distance to festival, clock tower, train station and market. Very quiet which suit us well. We have great time.
Location is extremely good - we took a bus from Chitose airport and alighted at Monterey Hotel, which is 3-5 mins walk to New Otani Inn; it is also a short walk to TV tower, Clock Tower, Odori Park (all of these within 5-10 mins)
Cleanliness is good anywhere in Japan I guess haha. Their staff can speak a little english and they used translation just to make sure they understand us correctly, effort is 100% here
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. There is 1 convenience shop just beside it. The room is consider spaces in Japan. The toiletries can take from the lobby which is quite convenience. The hotel staff is friendly.
Room size is small and cozy but overall stay is comfortable~
I like this hotel. Location is excellent. The room is bigger than many hotels in Japan. Near convenient stores 7/11 Lawson. Not far from Tanukikoji.my daugther agrees next time will stay here.Good choice for family.
Nice hotel with a super convenient location! It's just a 3-minute walk to Tanukikoji, and there's a convenience store right downstairs. All the crab, lamb, and yakitori restaurants are also within a 3-minute walk.
This hotel is carpeted floor so do take note. Alittle dusty and the air purifier in my room was faulty so there is sound coming out of the purifier and often disturb my sleep so i decided not to use it
Stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Susukino—
super convenient location, clean rooms, and everything you need.
Not fancy, but really comfortable for exploring Sapporo.
Good location with plenty to see and eat. Train station within walking distance.
The room was quite spacious for Japan, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of Chinese and Western options. Enjoying breakfast while watching the snow outside was a wonderful experience
The hotel is a bit old, but the staff on 2/F is excellent. It must be a top notch hotel when it opened 50 years ago with the cool revolving restaurant at the top. A big positive surprise for us is the Japanese breakfast
The location, (so close to the train) and all the shopping can't be beat. Rooms are very nice, with comfortable beds and good amenities. My only complaint is how hot our room is
Also there is a convenient store on the first floor great access to buy food. The price is just ok for the stay but not the best
We had the choices of set meal, sashimi rice, and beef rice, which we chose the set meal which was great. Superior value for a room at this price point. The Japanese restaurant also looks like a great place for dinner
We also opened our door to let some cooler air from the hallway in. We just don't know how to make it any cooler in here. Other than that, our stay here has been lovely, and the buffet restaurant is really wonderful
As much as I like the location (and friendliness of the staff), I am just miserable every night due to the temperature. I really wish the temperature control allowed for it to be cooler in the room
Very good experience.
Nice location, facilities is good.
Service people are very nice.
Excellent breakfast.
I would like to visit again.
Location, location, location. The hotel is just a few steps away from the train station, next to a mall with excellent food court.
Excellent location just opposite aeon
Ice sculpture just beside the hotel during ice festival
Paid parking nearby or in aeon
Good location, room size is ok. Opposite there is a Aeon and JR station linked. Recommended for short stay
The hotel was just across the street from Asahikawa station and AEON, which was super convenient. Breakfast was really enjoyable and worth the add-on to the room price
The location of this hotel is excellent, being so close to the JR Asahikawa station. You can walkl in just 5 minutes and also the hotel is nearly the Aeon shopping mall.
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 1-21 Minami 10 Jo Nishi 6-chome 🧭 Map
The accommodation is not far from the train station, and the garden view is absolutely beautiful and very impressive. The room is very spacious and extremely clean. The staff are very kind and friendly
Must give a shout-out to the service here! The staff's warmth and attentiveness exceeded my expectations. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, made me feel right at home
The location is also a major highlight of this hotel, being exceptionally convenient for tourists. It was a thoroughly pleasant stay
The hotel even provides snow gear, which was a thoughtful touch and saved us the hassle of bringing our own. However, the soundproofing isn't great, especially for the family rooms which are right next to the elevator
This hotel is super close to Nakajima-Koen subway station, Exit 3, just about a 3-minute walk. Nakajima Park is right downstairs, which was really convenient for our kids to play in the snow
There's only one family room per floor, so if you're sensitive to noise, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The elevator shaft noise was quite noticeable!!!
Staff were helpful and good to us and everything was simple and easy!
The hair dryer in the large bath is ReFa, and hair oil and milk are also provided, so the next morning my hair was smoother and silkier than usual! The bath was crowded because it was during the holidays, but the mall hot spring was also good
Near train station and bus terminal, very convenient. Hotel a bit old, outdoor onsen is good.
It's very close to Obihiro Station and has a hot spring, which was great. The hot spring was spacious and the open-air bath was nice. The food was also excellent, and I highly recommend it.
All three of us stayed in cabin Obihiro. We were really pleasantly surprised by the value of the hotel, boasting an onsen that was way better than we expected
Our room is probably called Family room, with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. The room was pretty big for Japan size and kept clean. The furniture is old but it never bother us. The sento facility was the highlight for us
The hotel's location is excellent, with rooms offering views of Mount Tengu and Otaru Station. They also provide a complimentary set menu dinner in the evenings
Room size is small but quite standard in Japan. Onsen is good and has a pin to enter for female
Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed as soon as I checked in. The room was really small and old, like a guesthouse from decades ago. Aside from the room, everything else was pretty good
Right outside Otaru Station, this hotel has an excellent location. Across the street, you'll find a Don Quijote and a supermarket, and there's a LeTAO shop on the ground floor
Location is convenience. Just opposite to the JR OTARU station. Nearby has many famous store and convenience store. There is delicious free supper ramen, also included onsen which is very comfortable.
Can see that the decor, furniture etc are all probably seen decades of use. Regardless, the location was great - just outside the train station. I can leave my luggage immediately and go sightseeing
Hokkaido, Hakodate, 23D, Street N2, Dong Nhi, Lai Thieu 🧭 Map
Good service and interesting hot bath / onsen in the hotel. There a salt sauna and salt onsen in. Comfortable room and bed too. U can see the hotel once get out from Hakodate station.
Super-duper breakfast. Maybe WBF means Wonderful BreakFast!? Simply excellent. Room small but normal for city centers.
Good services and an onsen included in room rate. I thought the buffet style breakfast was fairly priced and well made. Unfortunately did not allow luggage storage after checkout
The hotel has everything you need, perfect location just 2 minutes away from Hakodate Station. The baths are so relaxing and the staff very professional even when the pricing is reasonable, highly recommended!
The exclusive public bath is awesome especially the out door section. The cold air with the warm clay bath felt great after a day of traveling on trains. The staff were really friendly and English speaking
This place is awesome !!!! It’s new everything is clean and still nice !!! It’s a great value and conveniently located near the train station, it next to a super market
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance from Nakajima-koen Station. The hotel might be a bit old; when we first entered the room, there was a slight odor, including in the bathroom
The breakfast is very good. The location is convenient, close to the main road and public transportation.
Hotel services are very good. Onsen is perfect. I love this hotel
.
Hotel JAL is situated just 200m away from the subway station and it was a joy to stay due to staffs’ friendliness, great breakfast and facilities like onsen and great bedrooms.
However, after we reported the issue, the staff immediately came to check and helped us switch to a new room. Their handling of the situation was very good and proactive
Good location, 2 minutes walk from subway and 10 mins walk from Susukino. Very new and clean. Room is small but well appointed. Not much space for storage though. Breakfast was basic but good enough to start a day.
No complaints, it was great! Even with my terrible sense of direction, I could find it right out of the subway. Just a heads-up, the public bath doesn't allow tattoos.
Very nice hotel clean rooms friendly staffs. The buffet breakfast is so yummy. Perfect for family who wants safety and relaxation as priority for their vacation. We will definately stay here again next year
5/10
Stayed 2 nights on 22–24 jan. Spacious
Amenities were excellent. 5/10
There is afternoon lounge till 7 and was great too
In the current "environmental friendly / sustainability" (= no longer so service orientated mode for travellers) drive in hotels around, I really value the daily thorough and neat room cleaning service
The location to the subway is a 3 minutes walk and if you are here for the snow festival, the main part starts at that same area. It's an easy walk to the tower. I would definitely stay here again
From the friendly and professional staff, to riding the elevators with external view, to the large relaxing winter city view at my room, it was a welcoming retreat each day when I returned
The hotel provided a very subtle, non-intrusive hospitality which I truly appreciated. Location wise, it's less than 5 mins walk to subway station, making it very accessible
It was nice not having to worry about parking.
Next time, I'd like to try their breakfast.
Also, it would have been nice to have a room with a good view of Goryokaku.
Located near Goryokaku Park, it's a convenient location for sightseeing.
There's also the Hakodate Shio Ramen restaurant "Ajisai" and the hamburger restaurant "Lucky Pierrot" nearby, which was very convenient.
All the facilities were very clean and well-maintained. It was a very pleasant stay.
The hotel staff were very unfriendly.
They didn't offer any helpful assistance, which was very disappointing.
The air conditioning also smelled musty.
I used it for business purposes. The location was easy to rent, which was great.
The hotel had a great location, and the room was clean and comfortable. Being close to the entertainment district meant there were plenty of izakayas (Japanese pubs) to enjoy!
Hokkaido, Chitose, Bibi, New Chitose Airport, 国際線旅客ターミナルビル 4~8F 🧭 Map
This airport hotel is truly top-notch! The hot springs were fantastic – clean and not crowded at all. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the service was excellent
Good room, my son love airplane view from the window. My daughter love onsen and shopping at the shopping mall in CTS.
This was my third stay, and I chose this hotel again because my previous two experiences were so good. However, this time was truly unacceptable. We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM
Facilities: Very modern, with smart home controls throughout. Hygiene: Newly renovated, spotless. Environment: Incredibly quiet. New Chitose Airport has a night curfew, so no red-eye flights landing or taking off
This hotel is super convenient, the rooms are extremely clean, the minibar is well stocked, and the view overlooks the airport runway. After checkout, you can just walk straight to check in for your next flight
The room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable amenities. I checked in late at night, and the front desk and staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive
I stayed one night in a Japanese style room.
The room was very clean, well organised, confortable and with a great view.
Staff at reception was very friendly too. Good price quality ratio.
Facilities and service are of course the same level as other Dormy Inn Premium hotels. Excellent location for the view but quite some distance from the train station
Stayed here for a brief overnight stop en route to Shiretoko. Twin room was spacious by Japanese standard, with small double beds. Car park charge reasonable at ¥600. The roof top hot baths were great
Very clean room. Great view. Overlooking the Nusamai Bridge.
If not interested in lining up on the bridge to take photos of the famous sunset view, you'll be able to see from the room.
The late evening Ramen was most welcome. I have stayed in many Dormy Inn and would recommend
Need to take a taxi from train station if you are traveling with luggage
The bathroom lightings is the brightest that I've come across so far which is good. Basic amenities and dated hotel
Clean, functional and reasonable price for short stays to get around the main attractions
The hotel location is just next to JR station and the famous Hakodate Morning Market Square. The room is quite small and there is no properly place to hang your clothings for standard Double room
Considering these factors and the reasonable price, this hotel is an okay choice. The staff are all very friendly, but note that they are strict about check-in times- no earlier than 3 PM… with no flexibility
Convenient location beside JR Hakodate Station and morning seafood market. Rooms and toilet are small but expected of most city hotels in Japan
On the positive side, our room had a great view of the station. It had all the basic amenities and was clean. There’s also a coin laundry room with three washers and dryers, which was convenient for us
A little far from susukino station, but hosuisusukino station is okay to go to Sapporo Station. Lawson has connect to hotel that's very convenient. Hotel prepared toothbrush and sleeping cloth for you that's very good.
It is located near Susukino, so it is easily accessible and offers good value for money. The only downside is that there is no smoking room in the hotel, so you have to walk quite a bit.
Good location . Near to subway. The service good. My room is smoking room but no cigarettes smell.
Very small, but everything you need and great location. Coin laundry on site. Very good staff.
Location is very good next to subway Toho line. Room is small but has all required amenities. Only one channel on the TV was in English
The breakfast was good. The location is great and the hotel has direct access to Susukino subway station. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around.
Good service, clean rooms , best is the breakfast with great view of the whole city. The breakfast is worth staying here for!
Convenient and good location. We booked 2 rooms for our family. Good breakfats too.
I gotta ask them how can get my hands on these pillows as they are so good for relieving my neck and back tensions!! Bathroom is tight, especially for a big man trying yo use the toilet
Good hotel. Nice location. Easy access to city and zoo.
The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and stress-free. Given the price and location, it offers excellent value for money
The free spa and sauna were spectacular! We enjoyed it a lot. The room was spacious but the lighting was dimmer than preferred.
The price was really good, the service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The hot springs on the top floor were also very relaxing.
The hotel was excellent and very affordable. Both dinner and breakfast were quite good
One of the best hotel we ever stayed in Japan. scallop and unlimited snow crab provided by hotel. Onsen is top especially the outdoor pool which overlooking the sea. Must stay if anyone plan to go Hakodate
The location is excellent, very close to both the airport and the beach. Directly opposite is the Tropical Botanical Garden, and from the room, you can even spot monkeys in the garden
He is the only one who consistently remembers us and treats us with such genuine respect and kindness. We are leaving for the USA next week, but we will definitely be back soon because of him
The open-air hot spring on the rooftop offered stunning sea views, and with snowflakes falling on my face while I was soaking, it truly felt like an authentic Hokkaido experience
