It was the easiest I've ever understood during my trip to Japan! The room was very clean, the food was good, the staff was very welcoming, and I loved being able to watch the sunrise from my room

The facilities, the food, it was amazing. I just wished that the snow would have came earlier this year. I did not get to snowboard as planned infront of the hotel. Hotel itself is 10/10. Overall due to no snow, a 8/10.

Abalone sashimi, Kuroge Wagyu steak, eel, and crab rice pot. Breakfast was also amazing, with a seafood bowl and more. There was even a macaron tower. The bath was spacious and had great water

You can book a pick-up and drop-off service. The price of one night's accommodation with two meals is quite reasonable. You can enjoy hot springs and snow activities

We had a wonderful stay at Freshwater Hotel Niseko. The hotel itself is modern, cosy, and perfectly located for exploring the area

James was equally awesome and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and drink around town every suggestion was a hit

The service was excellent and the room was very spacious. The bathtub was smart – you just press a button and it automatically fills up and stops. There was also a microwave, which was great! The hygiene was good too.

This is an excellent 4-star hotel to stay in Hokadate. Almost as good as the 5-stars but at the 3+star price. Rooms are big and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful

Room was clean and there is daily cleaning if you ask for it. Cooking utensils are available though no condiments provided. The bath system is electronic and took a while to figure out how to use it

The hotel is a 6-minute walk from the station. The room is spacious and very clean, perfect for Chinese travelers. It has a microwave and cooking utensils, so you can prepare your own meals

I stayed in a D-Fourth Non smoking room on the 8th floor. The room has a nice view of Mount Hakodate from the balcony and a view of the port from the bedroom window

The bathtub was large and I could really relax in the warm water. It's also conveniently located near the station and a convenience store, which was great.

The private bath in the room is definitely the highlight of the room. Plus the front desk even offered to change our room with a better view of the sea! Love it!

Great location, nestled halfway up the mountain with beautiful views. The hotel service is excellent, offering pickup and drop-off at Otaru Station. The room also has a hot spring bath.

Perched on a hill overlooking the sea, the hotel boasts wonderful views, perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset. Guests staying at the hotel also receive a discount for Mount Tengu Ropeway

While the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, they are very well-maintained. Each room features a private hot spring tub with continuously flowing, clean water, which is a great convenience

There is a girl named Ri Gao at the front desk who provides excellent service. The other two girls are either unfamiliar with the business or have a hard attitude

Although the room is a bit small, the two 1. 4-meter beds in the double room are comfortable to sleep in. Although the breakfast is the same, the quality is good

The room and the bathroom is quite small for 2 people, but it’s okay if you are only using it to sleep and go out during the day. Not far from Asahikawa JR station and there are few konbinis nearby

The location is excellent! Everything I wanted to visit was nearby, plus there are tons of great restaurants and shops in the area. It's also not far from Asahikawa JR station

We had such a good experience we even came back. I can also recommend you to pay a visit to "Zeppelin" a food and drinks place just by the hotel. The owner is very nice and hospitable

The surrounding area is pretty quiet during so it’s easy to get a good night rest

The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, had excellent service! My son dropped a pair of gloves, and she even went out of her way to return them to us

Otherwise the hotel is pretty great, relaxed atmosphere, right on the main street and very close to two different Lawson kombinis, and a Mister Donut is literally right next door and stays open late

All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. They saw that we were with our son and took us to a closet behind the front desk and let him choose a sled and a snowball maker to borrow during our stay

There’s also ski shop and rental conveniently located in the hotel, right next to the restaurant, in case you want to rent gear or pick up anything you might have forgotten (we picked up a pair of kid’s gloves)

The room had a very spacious living area with floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the mountain. The hotel team also thoughtfully provided a crib and high chair, making our stay even more comfortable

I also loved how spacious the living area was- plenty of space for kids to play, to lay out your ski gear and to relax. One thing definitely worth noting is that there is a private onsen tucked away off the balcony

Our living room had floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the slope and my son loved waking up and going to the window- watching people skiing and also how they prepared the lifts for each day

They helped us store our bags after the 10AM checkout while we went out for another round on the slopes, and we could use the onsen on the property to shower/get ready before our journey ahead

The stuff was friendly. When I arrived the stuff come out and guided me to the nearest parking. The room is small but good enough. The location is close to susukino. Overall, good bang for the buck.

The location is great if you wish to be near restaurants and shopping area since its 4-5min walk to Susukino. They have facilities on separate floors, it's a plus if you will stay in the floor with these

I stayed here after my business trip. As shown in the pictures, the breakfast was modest, but the food tasted excellent, and I was very satisfied with the many Hokkaido-sourced ingredients

I won't even mention the insufficient floor heating; walk around in socks for a bit, and white socks turn grey. Luggage can be wheeled through freely, so just imagine how dirty it must be. The dinner buffet was mediocre

I ordered a glass of red wine and had a headache all day afterward. The breakfast buffet the next day, however, was decent. I probably won't go back and hope they seriously improve their management

And the funniest thing is, you have to take off your shoes when entering this hotel, and you're not allowed to wear slippers inside the entire hotel

At 9 AM, staff members were walking around the hot spring area in outdoor snow boots, which was absolutely disgusting

This was the best hotel experience during my Hokkaido trip. I stayed for two nights and it was definitely worth it. The hotel is right by the sea, with ocean views from the room

Conversely, you can catch a bus from the hotel entrance directly to JR Hakodate Station. This is incredibly handy, especially given how expensive taxis are in Japan. The hotel rooms are very spacious

After getting off at Hakodate Station, you can take buses 95, 95A, or 96 right outside the station (get off at Yunokawa Onsen Station), and the hotel is directly across the street

There is a free drink and bartending bar on the first floor from 18:00 to 21:00 at night; if the parking lot is full, you can go to the Times parking lot diagonally opposite the hotel and give your parking ticket to the hotel to pass it first

This was my second stay at Edel Warme, my previous one being in 2024. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable (my husband and I each had a bed, leaving the other two beds for clothes and luggage)

If I wanted to use the onsen, I needed to bring towels from my room, and fresh towels for the second day would be left outside the door. However, after skiing on the second day, I found no towels outside my door

This hotel is great for family and couples. Its a bit in the wilderness and driving to the town take about 20 minutes. Parking is free abd plenty of space. Food is great in portion and plenty of choice
