Located on the shores of Lake Saroma, facing west, this hotel offers excellent sunset views. The onsen (hot spring) is quite nice, with facilities on both floors, and the dinner buffet is well worth the price

The hotel has been open for a while, and there's a persistent issue with the ventilation units or air conditioning units experiencing low-frequency resonance

The location of the hotel is very remote and we arrived around 7:00. The service attitude is generally good and the breakfast food quality is good. The environment is good and there is 🦐 sashimi

The second-floor Japanese-style villas have traditional decor, outdated facilities, and small bathrooms, but the bedrooms are spacious and include a small terrace

Right next to Nakajima-Kōen subway station, it's a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The breakfast is quite good, and the price is very affordable. Much better value for money than hotels in Susukino.

Good hotel with good facilities. Love the evening snacks provided. Amenities are various and plenty. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is also good. Overall a solid good hotel.

The best part is the afternoon tea 🍵 – it's perfect for sipping coffee ☕ and relaxing. Definitely avoid the smoking rooms; they smell terrible and haven't been renovated

Very good specially Onsen, the water is number one, make skin very smooth and comfortable. Have small church for wedding parties. Very sweet. Will return again and recommend to go there.

For Japan, the room wasn't small; it was actually pretty good. You could easily open two or three suitcases without any issues. For a 'pigeon-coop' hotel in Japan, you can't ask for much more

The lady at the front desk and a slightly plump guy were both very enthusiastic and had excellent attitudes. I went during a very sensitive time, and there were absolutely no problems

Breakfast is served at the izakaya next door, which was decent and filling, and they even offer airport transfers. If you need to go to the airport, this is definitely the place to book

Pretty good. It's a nice place for a stopover. It has a bathtub, a fridge, and it's clean and tidy. Everything was good. It's also close to the airport.

I used it for work. It was spacious and the atmosphere was good. If there is a lounge-like place that you can use for your private time, it's five stars.

Just a few minutes' walk from Abashiri Bus Station, and about a 15-minute walk to the icebreaker terminal. Across the bridge behind the hotel, there's a local supermarket with lots of great deals, and also a pharmacy

The view from the hotel window is beautiful; you can see many geese on the other side of the river. The hotel has a hot spring, free popsicles on the 9th floor, and you can borrow manga to read

Best hotel to stay when visiting Abashiri. The best part is it’s located near the supermarket, when we were stuck in snow storm, it provided us our meals. Hotel’s hot spring is the best part to end our daily travel.

First time trying Dormy Inn after seeing several Instagram reviews. Indeed the experience was nice - free yakult in morning and ice cream from noon to evening. Also the free ramen from 930pm

The facilities, the food, it was amazing. I just wished that the snow would have came earlier this year. I did not get to snowboard as planned infront of the hotel. Hotel itself is 10/10. Overall due to no snow, a 8/10.

Abalone sashimi, Kuroge Wagyu steak, eel, and crab rice pot. Breakfast was also amazing, with a seafood bowl and more. There was even a macaron tower. The bath was spacious and had great water

You can book a pick-up and drop-off service. The price of one night's accommodation with two meals is quite reasonable. You can enjoy hot springs and snow activities

This is probably the cheapest ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko, and ski-in/ski-out is truly essential! Carrying ski boards uphill is just too tiring

All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. They saw that we were with our son and took us to a closet behind the front desk and let him choose a sled and a snowball maker to borrow during our stay

There’s also ski shop and rental conveniently located in the hotel, right next to the restaurant, in case you want to rent gear or pick up anything you might have forgotten (we picked up a pair of kid’s gloves)

The room had a very spacious living area with floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the mountain. The hotel team also thoughtfully provided a crib and high chair, making our stay even more comfortable

I also loved how spacious the living area was- plenty of space for kids to play, to lay out your ski gear and to relax. One thing definitely worth noting is that there is a private onsen tucked away off the balcony

Our living room had floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the slope and my son loved waking up and going to the window- watching people skiing and also how they prepared the lifts for each day

They helped us store our bags after the 10AM checkout while we went out for another round on the slopes, and we could use the onsen on the property to shower/get ready before our journey ahead

This was the best hotel experience during my Hokkaido trip. I stayed for two nights and it was definitely worth it. The hotel is right by the sea, with ocean views from the room

Conversely, you can catch a bus from the hotel entrance directly to JR Hakodate Station. This is incredibly handy, especially given how expensive taxis are in Japan. The hotel rooms are very spacious

After getting off at Hakodate Station, you can take buses 95, 95A, or 96 right outside the station (get off at Yunokawa Onsen Station), and the hotel is directly across the street

The room and the bathroom is quite small for 2 people, but it’s okay if you are only using it to sleep and go out during the day. Not far from Asahikawa JR station and there are few konbinis nearby

The location is excellent! Everything I wanted to visit was nearby, plus there are tons of great restaurants and shops in the area. It's also not far from Asahikawa JR station

We had such a good experience we even came back. I can also recommend you to pay a visit to "Zeppelin" a food and drinks place just by the hotel. The owner is very nice and hospitable

I won't even mention the insufficient floor heating; walk around in socks for a bit, and white socks turn grey. Luggage can be wheeled through freely, so just imagine how dirty it must be. The dinner buffet was mediocre

I ordered a glass of red wine and had a headache all day afterward. The breakfast buffet the next day, however, was decent. I probably won't go back and hope they seriously improve their management

And the funniest thing is, you have to take off your shoes when entering this hotel, and you're not allowed to wear slippers inside the entire hotel

At 9 AM, staff members were walking around the hot spring area in outdoor snow boots, which was absolutely disgusting

The best part of the stay is the shuttle bus to the airport!!! The hotel itself is dated but clean enough. We book two beds room so the spacious space for the luggages.

The hotel is just a little bit old, the lift was noisy since I stayed in the room where opposite to the lift. I love that they provided me a free shuttle but to the airport, very convenient
