The location itself was a bit far, but it was not a big problem to walk even when it snowed. In addition, the soba service and the large bathhouse with ice cream, yogurt, jelly, and water were great

The shortcut from Kitami Station on Google Maps was difficult even for a short distance due to the snowy roads, but it is convenient to use the roads with roofs on the shopping streets

There is no seafood for breakfast, but there are some local dishes. However, the small dishes did not change for three days, so it would be nice if the menu changed a little

However, it might be a bit difficult to move around with a carrier, so please note. There were also many Genghis Khan restaurants right next door

We stayed here on a trip to Abashiri and Kitami. Breakfast is included for about 8,000 yen per night from Abashiri

Very Nice Hotel, Clean and Good Station, Convenience store close to Hotel

It felt like the bedsheets weren't changed for five days, making the hygiene feel poor during a five-day stay. During winter, the sidewalks nearby aren't completely de-iced, making them very slippery and prone to falls

Not the greatest for the location. The use of washing machine and dryer inside the room is a plus together with a much bigger room heater, but the bed is not to our liking. So sleeps were not that comfortable

Far from the main tourist hub in the city center, which means fewer convenient amenities for travelers. No restaurants or fast food options nearby. Room cleaning only happens once every five days

Breakfast is just a slice of toast, not worth purchasing

Clean and big room, friendly staff, good location too. It’s just a few mins walk to the canal river. The only advice is that, you may find nearby parking lot to park your car (cheaper) 🚗 Overall all is good 😊

The room was a normal size and very close to the canal, within walking distance of all the attractions. The service was excellent; we arrived in the morning before check-in, and they stored our luggage for free

If there is a heavy snow fall it will be quite challenging to bring your luggage to the station. Overall, location of hotel is near to the Canal and restaurant

Very good only 8 minutes from Hirafu, with Shuttle Bus transfer. Overall good! But in the morning to take a shower to open the water earlier, maybe lately too cold, D water not so quickly hot

For this price, the location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to the village of Hirafu. The breakfast is very Western-style. A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes

The CP value is very high! The room is larger than expected, and the overall environment, cleanliness, and WiFi are all satisfactory! For self-driving tours, the hotel provides parking spaces (but parking spaces are limited) and it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the ski resort

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and modern, staff were very helpful, the restaurant was convenient, and they offered a free shuttle to the slopes every 20 minutes. Would recommend.

If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a shuttle bus! There is a ski equipment rental service in the hotel (but not used) Niseko skiing and sightseeing by car! Can be given priority

Very good holiday in an excellent location. It has free parking and also coin laundry service which is helpful. The only thing which could be a consideration was a very small room especially the bathroom.

The hotel is very close to the ski resort, about a 15-minute drive away. It offers free parking and self-check-in. Its location right next to the JR station is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance.

The location is just opposite the JR station which is convenient and hotel have its own free site parking. Overall good experience, only the breakfast not my fancy type.

What really made the stay special was the view: from the front we had a beautiful mountain view, and from the back we could see the ski resort, waking up to snow scenery every morning felt unreal

We stayed 4 nights and honestly loved it — this was one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. The room was clean, cosy, and super comfortable after being out in the cold all day

And the best thing was the quality of the free-flowing mall hot spring water in the basement. It was the best! It was also convenient that bath towels and towels were provided in the dressing room

Today I stayed at the Rebun Kanko Hotel Sakuryo, located near the ferry terminal on Rebun Island. It was also very well-maintained, which was great. There is a large public bath, a bath in the room, and an open-air bath

There is a restaurant, but the Seico Mart convenience store is about a 5-minute drive away. I think it would take about 15 minutes on foot. Unfortunately, the rooms are a little old and the sofas are uncomfortable

A very comfortable Japanese-style inn. The rooms are spacious, with sofas in addition to tatami mats. The restaurant faces Rishiri Island. We had breakfast there, enjoying the view of Mount Fuji over the sea

Located on the shores of Lake Saroma, facing west, this hotel offers excellent sunset views. The onsen (hot spring) is quite nice, with facilities on both floors, and the dinner buffet is well worth the price

Right next to Nakajima-Kōen subway station, it's a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The breakfast is quite good, and the price is very affordable. Much better value for money than hotels in Susukino.

The location is tranquil, and both the facilities and service were excellent. The two-meal Kaiseki dinner was incredibly delicious. Our entire family had a wonderful and memorable vacation there.

This was a serious mistake made by Trip. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers

The check-in process was handled entirely by a dedicated person in the lounge area while I sat comfortably on a sofa, enjoying welcome snacks. It was a really pleasant experience

I used it for work. It was spacious and the atmosphere was good. If there is a lounge-like place that you can use for your private time, it's five stars.

There was always parking space since most renters did not have a car. Walkable to the Hirafu lifts, although would be a bit long uphill if wearing ski boots. If you don’t have a car, inquire about the shuttle service

OK for breakfast or food truck meals, but a bit small for cooking dinner. I would not expect to entertain guests here :) That’s OK since many restaurant choices around, but don’t forget to make reservations
