We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella. The breakfast is outstanding and yes sometimes we had to queue but it was worth it. A couple of minor quibbles - the room needed more storage space having a small wardrobe area with 2 drawers and the lifts...

The location was great. The staff were absolutely outstanding! In every hotel aspect: front desk, breakfast room, dining room, beach site, cleaning staff ... in every interaction. The food was terrific: breakfasts were good and more than sufficient, and the dinners we had in the evening were awesome. Hotel was also very clean and well cared for. Parking is a little hectic? lol

We were impressed from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a glass of champagne, the food was delicious, the ocean view was amazing, and every member of the staff was incredibly pleasant.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The service is truly 5⭐ — the staff are incredible, everything spotless, and the location perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town. The beach club is fantastic, the pool area spacious, and the sunbeds super comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice clean and pleasant hotel. Ruined by the atrocious service at the bar. Possibly the worst ever experienced. No management. Staff disinterested. Table buzzer service on each table that doesn't work so you are left waiting for nothing for twenty minutes. When mentioned at bar two nights in a row they don't even apologise or care. You have to order at the bar..and wait there to collect your own drinks...

The suite was amazing, with great views of the pool and sea. Spacious and clean, and quiet. Staff were great. We had half board, and the buffet wasn’t great. Easy to park for free near the hotel

Was booked in her via EasyJet due to a flight cancellation. Hotel is very clean & rooms spacious with a lovely pool area. We paid €30 for the evening buffet given the limited options around the hotel. The hotel facilities are relatively new and well-equipped. There was a decent variety at breakfast, but the food wasn't particularly good, and at 21.5 euros per person, it wasn't great value for money. Beautiful location right by the beach – and the beach itself is lovely, clean, and not crowded. The pool area is nice too, although there were quite a few children. It was easy to find free parking just outside. Keep in mind that the area is quite small and there’s not a lot going on, but there are plenty of restaurants around. If the interior were updated, this could become a truly good hotel.

The hotel is located slightly outside of the city center, but that’s perfect for us because we had a car and didn’t want to drive in the Santa Cruz district (I highly recommend you don’t try drive there!!). The hotel changed our reservation before we arrived, I guess to a room with a city view. This was lovely looking at the cathedral. Good location, nice buffet breakfast, suoermarkets across the street. The thing needs to be improved is to put a shower curtain in between the two glass doors on the bath thub to refrain water splashing on to the floor. Maybe that is contemporary design these days

The room size was decent, and complimentary bottled water was provided. The bathroom facilities were complete. It's a 20-minute walk to the church, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There's also a tram stop to the old town. On the last day, I bought breakfast, which was €25 and quite expensive, especially since it was almost all cold food.

A newly renovated hotel, clean and beautiful. Room is great and service is great. The only downside is the location, 12 mins walk from the Santa Justa train station, but there's merely any tourist attractions nearby.

A splendid hotel in a splendid location. The gardens in which the pools sit are excellent and very well maintained. The food is uniformly good and the staff are happy and helpful. While difficult to pick out anyone special, mention of Laura in the sunset bar is a must, cheerful ,informative and efficient. You need a car if you stay in this hotel. It's located in a steep hill away shops and restaurants. From the map, the beach looks like a few minutes walk from the hotel, but because it's on a hill, the road is snaky and the walk back is a serious hike. Only there for a few days, but was clean, as were rooms, never ate in the hotel and never used the pool either, but liked the location n staff were helpful.

This hotel was superb for a three star I couldn’t really fault it . The only downside is it’s at the top of a very steep hill. So if mobility issues might not be the one for you unless you can afford taxis. Overall a very good three star and would recommend.

Hotel for family vacations crowded with excursions from the inserto.

Overall, the staff was superb (Restaurant and Housekeeping personnel). Only complaint we have arises from the lack of proper communication with the Front Desk/Reception and the inability to accommodate current guests for specific events.

I liked the hotel; it was clean, the breakfasts were delicious, and there was parking. The pool was cool, but it was nice to relax by.

The room was ok but the whole hotel remembers its better days. The pool is open since 14 Sept. Although we asked for the double bed we received two twin beds joined together. Too bad. Nice location to get to the city centre within 15-20 mins to the cathedral. Around the hotel there are parking spaces, some are white for free and some are blue for charge in the machines. Sundays are free of charge....

We liked the renovated room, cleanliness, the parking is a problem sometimes. Front desk very helpful. We had to pay for the parking because it was full!

This is our 5th visit. We just love this hotel. Situated within a 10 minute walk of the town. Flat, so suitable for wheelchair users. The hotel staffe was so friendly and helpful.
