Second time staying here and room is spacious and well designed. Facilities are a bit aged but well maintained. Swimming pools are clean and not crowded in February. Plenty of restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Friendly staff and decent services.

The place is good. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities a good for kids and families. It is a distance away from central Marbella which is both good and not-so-good if you don’t have your transport. Taxis could be good option if you’re not renting a car (which we did). Parking is free for guest which is a big bonus.

Excellent Customer service, great atmosphere. This is one of the best hotels that i have ever stayed in.

The room was amazing. The food buffé was really good, many options were available. Overall very clean hotel and rooms. My toddler loved the kids club and had wonderful time there. We must have been palmed off with the worst room in the hotel, room 338. We would have had it changed but as we were staying 1 night and arrived at 6pm it wasn’t worth the hassle. Food was pretty good at breakfast and dinner.

Alex in reception has given exceptional service. We arrived as my husband had just left hospital and Alex was so helpful and understanding of the issues we were having. Every time we dealt with him, he was professional and very competent. We have stayed in several NH hotels and never received such good service and he is always smiling and reassuring. We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there. Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. Stayed for New Year 2025. The hotel is located right next to the harbour-lots of restaurants and bars. It is spacious, clean and reasonably priced. The location is fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants, and it's only a 2-minute walk to the Picasso Museum. Although the hotel was renovated in 2019, it's very well-maintained and the interior is beautiful. The toiletries and bedding are super comfortable. The family room we booked was wrong but Ctrip solved the problem quickly, everything else was ok. I booked it because it was through SLH. I found the cleanliness a bit lacking, and the air conditioning maintenance wasn't great either. For example, even when set to heat at 30 degrees, the air was still cold. Overall, it seems like a very old hotel, despite a recent cosmetic refresh.

The rooftop bar was gorgeous and Breakfast was good value for money. But the room next door to me had their TV on till Midnight most nights. I wear hearing aids and could hear everything The walks may be very thin but it was not good. So with this is mind I wouldn’t stay there again. I know you can’t choose your hotel neighbours but please have some consideration.

This modern hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main attractions. The lobby is spacious, bright, and comfortable, and the staff are very polite. The rooms are also large with modern facilities.
