We just went to the restaurant which is very spacious and has seating indoors and outdoors and by the pool. Food was tasty, they could increase the portions since price to portion ratio was pretty high.

The location is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also conveniently close to the bus stop. I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.

They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

We are all inclusive here, but you do not get any free bottles of water, you have pay, got them free in all our previous hotels. You pay €2 for a plastic beaker which you keep for your drinks at the bar. There is a bar across from the reception, it’s never been open once in all the time of our stay. We are currently staying in the hotel Parasol Garden and have stayed several times before. This is our first trip since the building updates have been made, the room decor, the bar area and dining balcony are a great improvement. Quite a distance from the city centre but a taxi costs less than parking in the centre and there are buses. The locations was perfect for exploring Granada (10 min walk to the bus, which takes you straight into the city and the main attractions). It was easy to find parking on the street as well, although the hotel offers parking for 7 euros per day in their own parking. The hotel presents an average experience overall. While the service is acceptable, the room lacks some essential amenities, such as a mini-fridge and complimentary water or coffee. Furthermore, the restroom is missing basic toiletries. Therefore, I would rate the hotel as average, and I do not anticipate returning.

Great Location! Nice but small rooms with modern showers. Don’t expect to be greeted with open arms. At dinner, they ignored me and fed everyone but me. The room needed a really good clean.

All the staff is amazing me and my family are very happy probably we coming back next year. My kids have a lot of fun at the Kids Club and Minidisco with Stefy, Eva,Vero and Fabi. Came here for 5 nights and we had a great stay! The room was very clean and today with all the things you needed. The beds where comfy. The staff where helpful, only thing I could complain about was there was no free access to drinking water anyway. The restaurant was good with a wide selection of choices. We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella. Nice clean and pleasant hotel. Ruined by the atrocious service at the bar. Possibly the worst ever experienced. No management. Staff disinterested. Table buzzer service on each table that doesn't work so you are left waiting for nothing for twenty minutes. When mentioned at bar two nights in a row they don't even apologise or care. You have to order at the bar..and wait there to collect your own drinks...

I saw staff guiding foreigners to their rooms, even giving them flower rings upon check-in. Yet, for us Chinese guests, there was no guidance, no explanation of breakfast or Wi-Fi, and certainly no flower rings. Beautiful property in a great location. Be aware the hotel is rebranding from Kempinski to Melia and will be closed from Oct 1, 2025 until April1 , 2026 when it reopens under the Melia banner. Stayed for 1 week in September. The hotel is located at the side of a busy road which isn’t really an issue as all the rooms are located at the rear. The room was so spacious and clean. All the staff were kind. This hotel located downtown , so we could walk to shops and restaurants . There is no lights around a table.
