We just went to the restaurant which is very spacious and has seating indoors and outdoors and by the pool. Food was tasty, they could increase the portions since price to portion ratio was pretty high.
An exceptional five-star experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, with an incredibly attentive and friendly staff who made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s outdoor spaces are beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The range of services is top-tier, with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. There are countless high-quality...
Great rooms and amenities including best restaurants in the area and bars
Really nice spot. Nice staff, very friendly. Room depends on the specific location in the resort. We had a very good suite with sea view. Very nice. World class breakfast!! You can even stuff your fresh croissant with various stuffings like apricot marmelade. Great egg preparation station. And much more that you can‘t find in other 5 star hotels!! Beach is fantastic, wonderful chiringuito close by...
My stay at the Puente Romano was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel was spotless throughout, and my room was large, modern, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a truly relaxing experience. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to help. Their warm professionalism made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived...
Everything about this property is outstanding- setting, services, food quality & choices. I highly recommend it. I have stayed at many high end luxurious properties around the euros. This one ranks among the 5 best.

Andalusia, Granada, Plaza de Gamboa, s/n esquina, C. Escudo del Carmen 🧭 Map
Very good hotel, good location, quiet, clean, good breakfast. Walking distance to the main attractions,
Fantastic location and great value for money. The hotel's interior design is beautiful, and the rooftop terrace is an absolute gem, offering amazing skyline views of Granada's main attractions. Highly recommended! I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. It's less than 100 meters from City Hall, making it super convenient for all the Holy Cross festivities!
Ambiance: Great Service: Good attitude
This hotel in Granada is truly charming and rustic. Tucked away in a narrow alley, walking on the cobblestone streets felt like stepping back into medieval Spain. The chandeliers in the lobby, the antique cabinets, and the paintings on the walls all whispered tales of times gone by. The hotel's ambiance gave us a taste of old-world European elegance. The room size was perfectly adequate; we could easily...
The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk everywhere. However, the drive in involves a very narrow road. Parking is available at the hotel, but the soundproofing is terrible – you can clearly hear both the street and the next room.
We loved our stay at the Sercotel Palacio de los Gamboa in Granada and would highly recommend it to other travelers. We had 2 single beds (NOT pushed together, as we often get in Europe). They were very comfortable and we slept well. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard. Breakfast was a nice buffet-style breakfast, served in the restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff members were very kind and...

If you're going to Granada then you must stay here. Great central location, spa, rooftob bar with views of the Ahlambra and Sierra nevada , lovely rooms and great value! There's more, the eurostar hotels chain, so im going to book them wherever I visit from now on.. 10/10.
We had a fantastic stay at Eurostars Gran Vía in Granada. The service was outstanding — genuinely warm, super friendly, and always helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great bathroom and a lovely powerful shower. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of Granada, making it easy to walk to the main sights...
Great hotel in superb location. Located within walking distance of Granada’s Cathedral and vibrant downtown. The hotel is clean, well organised and has very good and professional staff. The room was very clean, spacious, and offered excellent views as well as relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely return to this hotel on any future visits.
GOOD LOCATION, GOOD SERVICE, FREE UPGRADE, CLEAN AND CLOSE TO THE MAIN STREET
The location is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also conveniently close to the bus stop. I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.
They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

I went with my husband & another couple. What a lovely hotel . It was clean wonderful rooms & amazing staff. I had read some bad reviews and l wasn’t expecting much. These people must have stayed in a different hotel to me. The hotel is in a good location. Some restaurants were closed because out of season but plenty within walking distance. We found good fish restaurants & an excellent Indian restaurant...
Not only is the hotel and the location amazing but the staff is also the best ever! Susana, Adelaida, Miranda, Franz, Guillermo, Daniel and many more made our experience incredible. We were treated like friends and we would totally recommend this place any time! Big hug from “ The Brasileño “ …
We are all inclusive here, but you do not get any free bottles of water, you have pay, got them free in all our previous hotels. You pay €2 for a plastic beaker which you keep for your drinks at the bar. There is a bar across from the reception, it’s never been open once in all the time of our stay. One person at reception on check in. One person at the bar serving during day, 2 on nights. Pool bar...
We are currently staying in the hotel Parasol Garden and have stayed several times before. This is our first trip since the building updates have been made, the room decor, the bar area and dining balcony are a great improvement. We also think that the quality and choice of food is 100% better and each meal has been delicious. A very very minor moan is that the pool and background music is on a loop...

Great location, breakfast isn't bad. Overall, good value for money.
friendly staff, 10-20 minutes walk to all spots
I really liked this hotel. The location is excellent as it is about a five minute walk to the historic town centre so it is very close to restaurants, shops and attractions. The room was a typical Ibis room - basic but clean and well thought out. There is a nice bar restaurant downstairs. The staff were all friendly, particularly the women cleaning the rooms. The elevator was a bit scary with lots...
This is a large hotel that offers good value for money. My stay was alright, nothing particularly stood out. The room was quite spacious, and I didn't experience any major inconveniences. The location is also decent.
An absolutely fantastic hotel! It's also super convenient for transportation. What really surprised and delighted me was that it even had air conditioning! Haha, I totally wasn't expecting that, so it was a pleasant surprise!

Great place to stay in Granada if visiting by car. Close to the ring road with cheap parking (& often free street parking available). Quite a distance from the city centre but a taxi costs less than parking in the centre and there are buses. The room is bright and has the essentials (but neither a safe nor a fridge) and the heating (for a winter visit) is outstanding. Early check-in is good value...
The locations was perfect for exploring Granada (10 min walk to the bus, which takes you straight into the city and the main attractions). It was easy to find parking on the street as well, although the hotel offers parking for 7 euros per day in their own parking. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the room service food: very tasty and healthy. The breakfast could use a few improvements...
Clean room, nice personnel, good location.
The hotel presents an average experience overall. While the service is acceptable, the room lacks some essential amenities, such as a mini-fridge and complimentary water or coffee. Furthermore, the restroom is missing basic toiletries. Therefore, I would rate the hotel as average, and I do not anticipate returning.
Great for what we needed and exactly what you would expect. Good price and clean. Restaurant food at night wasn't the best. The fish was littered with bones and the pasta portion was small for the money. Staff are nice. Maybe the TV could incorporate a few more English language channels as you are a,tourist international hotel.
As the saying goes, it's an Ibis, so you get exactly what you pay for. The room was perfectly fine for a short stay—it was clean, though a bit on the small side. My main issue was the strong cigarette smell coming from the bathroom, which was really annoying. The staff experience was a bit weird; some were lovely and super welcoming, but others seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. I skipped...

Brilliant location, close to all interesting sites.  Only disappointment was the cooked breakfast I.e scrambled eggs/bacon etc were not very warm, which was a shame because there was plenty of it.  Everything else was great.
This hotel is a converted monastery, so it might be a bit old, but it has a really great atmosphere! The staff at the front desk were also very friendly! The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far; you have to walk for about 10 minutes with your luggage 😅 If you're staying here, I suggest getting out of your car on the main road in front of the entrance to drop off your luggage first, because...
Rooms are nice but a bit on the small side. Located next to elementary school, so noise can be an issue. Overall good, not great.
The hotel is housed in a former monastery; the complex includes a church with an active congregation, and next to it, on the same grounds, is a school with various sports facilities used daily by the school and presumably also by clubs – yet there was no significant noise disturbance, neither in the mornings nor in the evenings. The hotel building's interior has been rather blandly renovated, and the...
I highly recommend this place for its friendly service and excellent value. However, please note one essential point and one drawback. The essential point is that you must book a room with a terrace to fully appreciate its charm. The drawback, of course, only applies to those traveling by car: there's no parking. There's a good parking spot within five minutes, but as of November 2025, it costs 24...
Great Location! Nice but small rooms with modern showers. Don’t expect to be greeted with open arms. At dinner, they ignored me and fed everyone but me. I waited for 40 minutes then became furious when I had to flag down a waiter who had like 100 people to tend too. I stormed out. Eat elsewhere. Many bars and restaurants on the main road with great food.

Disappointed. Didn't make a difference by paying extra for a port view.
Family traveling, booked two rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean, daily serviced. The indoor pool was cold (travelling in January). Breakfast was great value. In overall we were highly satisfied with the stay
The hotel itself is spotless clean, but there was no atmosphere, it’s really close to train station, but old town was about 25 minute walk which was not ideal, we stayed on NYE and the bar closed cause they had a ri ate function on upstairs so was not ideal for the rest of the guests,
Great size room. A bit aged bathroom - slippery bath math while showering  and definitely won’t have a bath here. Location wise good for metro to airport and another connections. Away from busy tourist old town.
This hotel is conveniently located between the bus/train station and the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit dated (especially the bathroom). The pool/spa section was nice and clean but there are not male/female locker-changing rooms so it’s a bit strange. We stayed for a week in November. This is a top class hotel with many things going for it despite the “towels”. It’s a large but well run hotel with a good staff in a great position in Marbella. A couple of minor quibbles - the room needed more storage space having a small wardrobe area with 2 drawers and the lifts...
The location was great. The staff were absolutely outstanding! In every hotel aspect: front desk, breakfast room, dining room, beach site, cleaning staff ... in every interaction. The food was terrific: breakfasts were good and more than sufficient, and the dinners we had in the evening were awesome. Hotel was also very clean and well cared for. Parking is a little hectic? lol
We were impressed from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a glass of champagne, the food was delicious, the ocean view was amazing, and every member of the staff was incredibly pleasant.
Beautiful property on the beach. Clean room, but a little small. Ocean front balcony. Sexy shower with glass walls adjoining the bed space.
We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The service is truly 5⭐ — the staff are incredible, everything spotless, and the location perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town. The beach club is fantastic, the pool area spacious, and the sunbeds super comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!
Nice clean and pleasant hotel. Ruined by the atrocious service at the bar. Possibly the worst ever experienced. No management. Staff disinterested. Table buzzer service on each table that doesn't work so you are left waiting for nothing for twenty minutes. When mentioned at bar two nights in a row they don't even apologise or care. And the biggest surprise: on my birthday I received a champagne gift at the door, a gesture that made...

Superb location, Spacious Room and Helpful Staff. I arrived the hotel earlier than check-in time on the day, thinking to drop the luggage and come back later during the day but the staff Clara was very kind and helpful let me check in early because the room is ready. It is very kind gesture. When I come into the room, the room is very spacious, bight and clean. Also, my room can see the Rock of Gibraltar...
A great stay! The lovely reception has upgrade our room. Good location, but quiet. Bedding are comfortable. Very big room.
Hotel with a good breakfast and ample parking. It is located directly in front of the marina, and we enjoyed a nice view of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to visit Gibraltar, as it is within walking distance. However, the room was quite dated, as is the hotel overall. It does not feel like a four-star property, and the price is high considering...
The room was so spacious and clean. All the staff were kind. This hotel located downtown , so we could walk to shops and restaurants . There is no lights around a table.
I would like to recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, whatever age. Food is great, very plentiful buffet with all dietary requirements considered. Drinks were a fair price too. The hotel is very popular with visitors, and there are people from all over the world staying there, especially sports teams that are seated at the back of the dinning hall. Lifts always worked, spacious rooms and very...

One of the best hotels especially for the money! Beautiful and big room with a nice view! Located near the center! Had a very worm welcome by the nice staff! The breakfast was top notch, with plenty of options! Worth every penny!
Our best staying in Granada! This hotel really care of the client professionally. They even gave us the last floor as ai requested because of my special vacation with my girlfriend. The details are visible, starting from the cleanliness and the perfume of the air of the whole main floor. The employees are professional, welcoming and helpful. The forniture and the structure is very elegant. I would...
Excellent hotel room, big in size, simple and modern design, thoroughly cleaned every day. Good location, near the university campus, walking distance to old town and main shopping street. There is a nice restaurant near the hotel called Antonio Perez serving great food with good price.

Great hotel! Very elegant atmosphere and warm decorations in the room. The service is professional and warm, amenities demands are met in no time without any problems. The room service pizza is great, so does the breakfast. Many choices of local pastry and cold cuts. The location is close to the railway station, served by trams, and at the boundary of the old town. It is in an acceptable walking distance...
The hotel is within walking distance of both the city center and the Alhambra. As soon as we arrived, staff were there to help with our luggage. Being a 4-star hotel, it also offered a good sense of security.
