I’ve been going to this specialist for a long time, even back when she worked at another place, and I was so happy to follow her to her own studio. I truly wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else. She is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and you can really feel how much she cares about her clients and the results. Every visit feels personal, calm, and relaxing. I’m beyond happy with the results...
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall for a little business trip. I had the all inclusive package and was happy to see there was consistent food and drink options throughout the day. The staff and bartenders were all very lovely and accommodating to any questions. The room was spacious with a decent sized balcony if needed. I would say entertainment could have been slightly better/longer as most...
I was given a nice room which is recently been renovated. I noted the shower was fabulous and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was nice the staff was super efficient however I couldn't hear myself think for the noise in the dinning room. People were shouting to each other because the dinning room was packed. Note It's a bit of a walk from the beach however if you're looking for a cheap all...
We arrived last Friday for 7 days, the hotel is good but could be loads better. Firstly when we arrived it was clear that the hotel was tired and was what seems like two hotels attached together so the layout was all weird. Our cleaner in our room would always leave only two towels for 3 people and the bath didn’t have a plug, we had to go down to reception to get a clean towel and when asking for...
Value for money hotel A good value for money hotel, always clean with a good standard of food and drink with excellent service. Like all hotels of this age it is in need of some improvements and updating but overall the experience was positive
Amazing staff very friendly. Great space around the pool and lots of space for loungers. The food was nice too in the hotel.

This is our 3rd time coming to this hotel and the 1st time since all Covid restrictions have been lifted. As a British person who lives in Spain I really like this hotel compared to hotels that specialize more to British clients. Because the buffet opens late but for the Spanish customers they eat even later so I can walk straight in without having to wait. I have lunch at 13 and there is not line...
Great hotel 1 hour from the airport Beautiful hotel, big rooms with big beds Lovely powerful shower, great views from our balcony. Beautiful massive beach next to the hotel. Beautiful big swimming pools with slides for smaller and bigger kids also adults and a foam party was lot of fun. Food is lovely and drinks are name branded from a glass bottles which was included in the all inclusive. Staff are...
Solid 4-star Spanish hotel with great pools and beachfront location. Pools and slides are a big plus, especially for families. However, the hotel gets very crowded – long queues in the restaurant mean you need to go early to avoid waiting. Food is repetitive, with a few basic gluten-free options. Branded ice cream and bottled drinks are a nice touch. Unfortunately, bar staff were often unfriendly,...
Great location beach front BUT hotel does not have a private beach, need to pay €10 to use beach chairs and parasols. Beach is small pebble not sand. The hotel is nice, spacious rooms and good size bathrooms, rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels offered. Working AC which is a must. Cleaning staff very friendly. Pool has a lot of loungers very close together and people smoke so be ready to be...
Having read back on British reviews I was concerned that we may be treated differently by the staff. However, I noticed that the owner was responding to the negative reviews in question and clearly is passionate about the customer experience, and let me tell you: the staff were all fantastic and we didn’t experience any negativity from them. My advice to any brits going would be at least learn some...
We were a little apprehensive about the hotel due to negative reviews on Trip Advisor but on arrival at the hotel any apprehension disappeared the hotel was very clean as was our room (which was cleaned daily ) the reception staff were polite ,helpful and friendly as were the restaurant ,bar and cleaning staff. Reception staff welcoming and also fantastic at check out. Bar and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, would benefit from having a washing up sponge and washing up liquid to wash coffee cups, just an idea :-) Every area clean. Loved the waterfall feature in the central lobbies. Food was lovely, everyone is so hard working, well done to all. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Really enjoyed
Everything was really good — clean rooms, a beautiful hotel environment, and delicious food.
Very clean hotel, staff went the extra mile, we had a couple of rainy days and the entertainment team made sure the guests were still entertained. Good selection for eating, very fresh and varied each day. Only negative if it even is one, there’s only one table tennis table and you have to go to reception to get bats and ball with an hour slot, tried on a few occasions but was always just missing out...
The restaurant staff, especially Alberto, were very good. They used to make veggie food twice a day for us. The only problem was that there was a very limited choice. T The restaurant opening times are late. You are not allowed free drinks in the sister hotels even though you have gone all inclusive. The reception staff were also very helpful. Evening entertainment also starts very late at...
The staff were superb from reception to, the cleaning staff, to the activity team at pool side. Cannot fault them, fantastic all round. Hotel itself seemed I little run down. Quite a lot of things in disrepair or damaged. For example, the mini golf course is in desperate need of repair. There were cracked windows and boarded up windows. The kids play area outside the kids club was in bad repair. ...
Just spent a week here, and I have to say its a beautiful place. The food is really good lots of choice. The views are absolutely amazing. The animation team work there socks off, never stop entertaining. The bar staff, hotel staff and restaurant staff are so good and work so hard. So friendly too.

All good from staff to hotel amenities, had a garden room and loved our patio for sitting out, excellent breakfast also
Nice staff, good room but to use spa facilities you have to pay extra fee.
Cleaning staff were amazing and always had the place spotless, and cleaned room to a really high standard. The staff in general were all fantastic. Poole areas were great and the bar staff were very friendly and approachable. We got the all inclusive which was great for the drinks, the food was the only let down for me. It was fine but I wouldn’t be relying on for all meals, it was a bit bland and...
The room was immaculate and this was kept up throughout the stay . It was so close to the beach I could go for a swim and be back in my hot shower in 2 minutes . Perfect for morning runs & walks too . Breakfast was excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful and the classes had fabulous leaders . It was an excellent place to stay
Lovely hotel. It's 3 connecting hotels. Entertainment everyday. Staff were always at reception and polite. Reason I gave it 4 stars - the room for 3 adults was not great. Fairly small room and the bathroom is even smaller - which is a shame because from the outside, the building is really nice. Lots of food choices to pick from, but it does not massively change day-by-day
I ate in the adjoining sister hotel where I had been advised by other guests that the food was of a higher standard. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of meals. It was however disappointing to see many guests wearing pool-side clothes to dinner.

Everything was very good. Pleasant service, a clean room (cleaned every day), and tasty food. One thing wasn’t great — drinks for lunch and dinner had to be paid for separately (including water, coffee, tea, etc.) and there was no kettle in the room. Very nice sea view, and I don’t know why people say the hotel needs renovation — in my opinion everything is fine.
This hotel was clean, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets. Unfortunately the shower had didn't work but there was a bathtub which was enough. The area around the hotel is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the seating arrangement in the buffet is ridiculous. The food is good and lots of variety. But they have you do this weird yellow sheet system and a ridiculous long waiting line waiting to be seated. The waiters...
A very pleasant experience, a hotel with a beautifully landscaped exotic garden, with an added charm and funny decorations inspired by Halloween (I was accommodated at the end of October). Every evening they organized live music shows, magic, flamenco dancing and others. Spent 4 nights here in October with my wife. No major complaints, found it to be a great Hotel. Standing out foremost were the staff. Well turned out, friendly (99%), helpful, and in our opinion hardworking. First time in Benalmadena and the hotel is a perfect location to be able to visit all the different areas. Good variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to check in and great breakfast
I liked the budget hotel especially the lobby, breakfast, staff and atmosphere. 🤗 Just expecting at least a kettle in the room or hot water for flask's or something similar. Appreciate the complimentary bathroom extras but couldn't identify what was within the bottles? Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion? Overall great 👍 economy hotel, comfortable bed and large room.
Great hotel, good staff, good facilities, very comfortable bed, powerful shower, clean, amazing breakfast/brunch 10/10
Great hotel but wish we had a balcony. Buffet breakfast / brunch excellent choice. Clean and comfortable. Prices in hotel bar reasonable. Central to square, bus stop and train station. About a 15-20 min walk to beach.
It’s ok. Location is great for the party life but the view from the room was not exactly holiday dream.
Simple and elegant hotel with great service. The staff very helpful and happy. The quality of breakfast/brunch is great. Lots of shops around.

We’ve just returned from a truly wonderful week at Ikos Andalusia—our second visit to this resort and our eighth Ikos experience overall—and somehow it just keeps getting better. Another great stay at the Portomagno. It has been taken over (yet again) by a different brand but almost the same quality. We booked the hotel primarily because of our 8-year-old daughter. The decisive factors were the all-inclusive option, the pool area, the indoor playground, the proximity to the beach, the German-speaking staff, and the children's entertainment. All expectations were met; the indoor playground and the gym were both recently renovated. The staff was friendly, and everything was child-friendly. ...
Very nice hotel with a nice pool and next to a beautiful and long beach. There is a bar restaurant at the beach with very good food. The service was great. The hotel's location is great, and the room is spacious! However, there's no charging port by the bed, which is a bit inconvenient ☹️

Whilst overall we had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday, there are definitely some areas for improvement, particularly regarding first impressions. Check in was diabolical. We waited for around 1 hour 30 minutes just to get to the reception desk. During this time, there were no refreshments offered, no other member of staff to speak to and we had 2 extremely tired, hungry and grumpy children with us...
Our stay at the Mediterráneo Hotel & Spa was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The food was a real highlight — there was a great variety every day, and everything we tried was fresh, tasty, and well presented. The children had an amazing time, especially with the slides, which were open daily and kept very clean. It made such a difference knowing they could play safely while we relaxed. The...
Thoroughly enjoyable experience , friendly and welcoming staff, good choice and quality of food, clean and comfortable rooms, clean and relaxing pool area. Right on the beach with cycle and walk paths.
What a fantastic hotel, food, location, facilities, staff all amazing We have just come home from an amazing week in this hotel, a short flight from the UK and a 45 minute transfer via coach. All really smooth travelling as a family of four with two young children. The location Outstanding, right on the beach (very small pebbles not sandy) a short walk to some nice shops and redone way and the...
Loved this hotel! My little boy had the best time, due to him been autistic it took a while for them to get use to him and we did feel a little ignored at first and had to mention it to the rep because at one point the staff was talking about us and it even made other guests uncomfortable. It is a lovely hotel, nice and clean, I went the middle of October and just a pre warn they start to pack up the...
What a fantastic hotel the staff, rooms and food all amazing. Great choice of food and drinks. Sunbeds are always available throughout the day not one of those places where people are putting towels out at 5am. The beach is 2 mins away accessible via the pool area. Definitely recommend and will be going back again soon 👍

Just perfect. Everything was top notch from the rooms, the fixtures and fittings, and the beds with a choice of pillows and the best week of sleep ever! The staff were attentive and efficient. All the interior of the hotel was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and just felt great to be there. The food was amazing every day. Quality entertainment if you wanted it but plenty of other spaces...
Whilst this hotel is in a beautiful location. Stunning scenery, find hotel food lacking especially in the evening can be crowded and bit of a bun fight. Difficult to catch attention to get a drink with meal. Lunch time meal excellent fresh salads etc. Room has a wonderful view. Staff I've encountered are all friendly and attentive. Only been here a day and they started closing pool bar at 08:00pm...
This hotel and staff were excellent from arrival to departure. The room we had was very nice and overlooked the estuary and sea. The only downside was no light on the balcony, but this is a minor moan Food was presented very well and always plenty of variety, I love seafood, so i was in my element , breakfast also had plenty of choice. The facilities for guests include a gym ️‍♂️ with updated equipment...
Peaceful, relaxed, the hotel gives spa vibes! Very much an older audience and a higher end experience. Comfortable beds, large stylish rooms. If you want hustle bustle, this place isn’t for you. I’m baffled by some of the reviews about the food - there are different meats, fish, seafood every night. Beautiful salads and potatoes, different breads and cheeses. All the spirits at the bar are branded...
Third visit and still a fantastic hotel.Food is delicious, plenty of room to sit/lie outside round the pools and staff very friendly and helpful.Special mention to Carlos on reception who helped us upgrade even when hotel was almost full and to Julia in the dining room for her friendly and efficient service.
We have just packed to go home in the morning. This is our second time we have visited this hotel it is amazing from the staff that greet you to the cleaners waiters and top marks for all the chefs in the kitchens the food here is amazing so much chose all well cooked and displayed lovely. Good basic hotel, beautiful swimming pool, staff very pleasant and helpful. No facilities for making a hot drink in the room but everything else good. Just across the road from the beach.
A great hotel - rooms a little tired but undergoing refurbishment later in 2025. The swimming pool is great and you can use the water park over the road as well. The food was plentiful and well cooked - lots to please everyone. Staff - great and helpful. We had three generations and ten people and everyone had a great time and felt welcome - we all want to come back again
Great hotel for the golfing community, or if you want somewhere quiet. A fantastic pool area, or if you prefer sea and sand, it's a stones throw from the sea and some great beaches. Within easy walking distance of fantastic restraunts, though car parking can be a pain. Modern comfortable rooms, excellent dining facilities and friendly helpful staff.
Rooms were dated and not very clean. Previous occupants nail clippings and eyelashes were on the bedroom floor! Lobby and restaurant are much better, food was tasty but usually only lukewarm. Staff were very helpful and mostly English speaking, but bear in mind if hotel entertainment is important and you're English, it's all Spanish. This didn't bother us too much because we went out.
Clean with big comfortable beds. Good sea view. Plentiful breakfast.
One of the best family holidays we have ever had. The hotel goes to a monumental effort to ensure your holiday is truly relaxing. The hotel is maintained to an exceptional standard at all times. Pool area cleaned daily, dining room set beautifully for every single meal and rooms cleaned even if you are occupying them until lunch - they find the time to make your space beautiful again. Fantastic hosts...
