Great room, spacious and modern and nice bathroom. View overlooking a street and sea in distance but was ok. Hotel was good, nice buffet breakfast, comfortable sunbeds around pool and great service. Photo is view. Road was a bit noisy from balcony but couldn’t hear it with patio doors closed.

The hotel has a fantastic historic musical style with the decor, rooms and hotel were spotless . Bar staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. Food was well presented and very tasty . We had 4 days of rain while there so we expected the pools to be closed as they were , not the hotels fault. The only complaint I have is I am still waiting for my €200 deposit 4 weeks after my stay...

I had the most incredible treatment at the Rock Spa. It was called Wrap Remix and was a combination of body scrub, massage and facial and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life! Lisa is an excellent therapist, in fact one of the best I have ever experienced and her vibe and energy just really made for such a relaxing and fully nourishing experience. Great location and all in all great time in the hotel

Best hotel in Marbella! The overall quality ensures you’ll have a wonderful stay. From perfect rooms with sea view, to wonderful food across the different restaurants and buffés. Perfect location next to Puerto Banus and minute walk to the beach. Different pools and bars on the premises. The 10/10 service from the staff really is the cherry on top. We’ll be back!

Property is in great location, and i would stay again. However although I dont mind entertainment and music at the pool and bar area through out the day, i found this to be far too loud. Especially in the bar/dining area.

The highlight of my stay at the hotel was having night drinks at the hotel bar, where I was served by Carlos. I tremendously enjoyed our conversations and the drinks he prepared. When I asked about the origin of some of the gin, he immediately brought out a beautiful book on the subject, showed it to me, and answered my questions as I flipped through it. This hotel is very nice. It has a big swimming pool which is indoors and outdoors ,and since we were travelling with kids it was a favourite for them. The buffet is worth it because of the great food and chef making food like eggs right in front of you. Great comfy rooms with large king bed. Plus one for amenities generally. Minus point for shower button which was broken and service staff which we found to be not too hospitable when we inquired about why the rooms were 19 degrees C and were freezing. Little far from centre but there’s a nearby bus stop for convenience.

We had a very pleasant stay at Porcel Alixares Hotel in Granada. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Alhambra, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is set in a quiet area with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

Just locates nearby the La Alhambra but it takes some time to reach by riding the city bus. The room was spacious unexpectedly as it seemed small from the photo. Yet some of the small ants were found near the sink. Bleaches were used instantly from the housekeeper to solve the problems which reflect good service from the hotel staff. Staying at Hotel Alixares and visiting the Alhambra was absolutely perfect! The main entrance to the attraction is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We have just spent 3 days at the Hotel , which is located next to Alhambra and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and quick to respond to requests or queries. The food was very good with lots of choice and replenished quickly. Bedding and towels were changed frequently. Would stay again.

The people working in the hotel are 10/10. So friendly and helpful with attending guests at late hours. I just wished there is an indoor pool that is open for use and a free parking and coffee makers in the bedroom.

If you are a football fan just live at this hotel! As it locates nearby the home stadium of the Spanish football club Real Betis and fortunately I met some of the players as they lived at there before their home night game!! Too many people. Crowded & we were initially given a room with a terrible view right next to the A/C ventilators & over a parking lot. I paid for a superior room so I was so disappointed. Luckily I asked for another room on the second day & the kind Manager moved us to a much better room. But still at about 4am there were drunk men yelling in the hallways.

I was worried by all the negative reviews so was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is perfectly situated, I had a sea view and could hear the waves from my balcony on the 11th floor. Left 2 weeks ago, Steer clear from this hotel if your English, none of the staff with be polite to you, especially the lifeguard round the pool, Spanish guests can do what they want, English guests just get glared at. Another great stay at the Portomagno. It has been taken over (yet again) by a different brand but almost the same quality. The facilities were average, the room was hot, the dining room was dirty, etc. The food was not very varied, the pasta was bland and the tomato sauce was watery and tasteless. They gave you leftover food from the day before. There were also quite a few mosquitoes, my whole body was covered in mosquito bites. I do not recommend the hotel.

Hotel Playasol is one of the nicest in the locality. It has a beautiful garden with swimming pools, an aqua park and a bar. Not enough socket outlets, a 1970's design thing that needs upgrading to cover our proliferating electronic devices. Same with lack of USB 3 OR C, sockets. Close to a lot of things, restaurants/shopping/beach. Only comment would be the gym. Bicycle and elliptical (1 of each) was it for aerobic equipment. Bike had a faulty pedal and wasn’t working properly.

September after kids are back in school. Rooms are spacious, newly refurbished with all amenities that are required. Pool is a good temperature ( probably 28°), lots of choice of food, of a good quality. The pizza restaurant is great. Pasta, bruchetta, pizza etc and the wine is excellent. Special mention to Joao Ferriasao. Great personal service. Much appreciated.

Nice Hotel, most of the staff are great, the majority of customers late August 2025 are Portuguese on holiday. They are all nice/ pleasant, not loud, thugish or entitled crowd. Great place for a quick getaway. No transport easily available to the site. Close to a clean beach. Great pools! Away from habitat it is quite peaceful. The service was friendly. There are a couple of restaurants from the hotel about a mile away. Half board customers get great breakfast & buffet dinner.

I told the waitresses that there was not a lot of vegetarian or vegan foods available and the labelling was poor. The head waitress spoke to the chef and he has been preparing me vegan meals and has even given me soy yoghurt for dessert. Thank you so much to the chef for catering to all dietary needs and for preparing very yummy vegan foods. Excellent service!!!!!
