The hotel has a great location. Food was ok nothing special. The rooms are dated and need some maintenance. The staff try their best except it is amazing to me there was no free bottle water in the room or robe since it a spa hotel. My massage with Laura was great!
The housekeeping was excellent. There was a few problems with plumbing, firstly the sink leaked, then as the week went on the toilet wouldn’t flush, these problems were sorted very quickly, on the day of leaving the tap in the sink came off, we obviously reported it. The ongoing disappointment was the wardrobe didn’t have a hanging space for dresses or long coats,we ended up buying coat hangers and...
Beautiful hotel!! Loved it and would definitely stay again. It has everything and more!
The hotel is excellent. The staff was very helpful.
Loved everything but breakfast
Great hotel with comfortable rooms and good facilities. Fantastic position right on the beach with direct access. Walking distance to Estepona port.
Evening entertainment was a little weak.
Main breakfast buffet by 9.30 was total chaos. No crockery, no cleared tables, food not replenished. When brought to the attention of the staff they were completely unresponsive.

Property not to large, rooms good size and with lifts . Variety of eating places. Food good quality. Soft drinks available pool side but coffee only in cafe. 25 minutes walk to Marina and other eateries.
Reception very helpful in booking taxi’s and any needs . All staff hard working and friendly.

Met my requirements perfectly. Clean and near to where I needed to be.
The staff were average, not amazing, not unfriendly. The hotel is dated. The gates don't open when you approach the hotel with an uber, so you have to walk to the hotel from the gate. Otherwise the view is good and the town it's located in is lovely. The beach is very beautiful
Rooms very clean. Restaurant good (only had breakfast). Bar open til midnight (could have been later for residents).
Great location and hotel very good and food is good ,loved the direct access to beach
Our second visit to this hotel only because the location is ideal on the beach front and especially for local walking access in La Cala.
Reception staff are abrupt and not at all welcoming.
The corridor carpets are dirty and well worn, but the rooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and housekeeping staff are good. Infuriating that there is no iron & board available - why?

Good, clean rooms and good facilities. Staff is very polite.
PERFECTO! We loved every minute of our stay at La Zambra Resort, a wonderful Hyatt hotel.
From stunning views across the mountains and golf courses to grazing over delicious snacks from the bar.
Nothing too much trouble and we were looked after by the staff from the moment we arrived.
Special shout out to Adrian, Mirella and the breakfast team for superb service and delicious hot and cold food selections...
The warmth of hospitality was remarkable. From the minute we stepped on the ground, it felt like home.
Valet was especially welcoming and kind. Thank you Antonio and your team.
Will definitely be back!
Great staff and immaculate property. Excellent service. The breakfast was delicious too. The spa was wonderful. The only thing that should be improved is the gym. It has limited strength equipment. Overall it was wonderful stay and I would return.
We spent five wonderful days at La Zambra with our one-year-old baby, and honestly, we can only say the nicest things about our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely outstanding, genuinely kind, professional, and attentive to every detail.
Check-in was smooth, and throughout our stay, we felt completely looked after. They even surprised us with a cute stuffed animal waiting in...

Family holiday
The Diverhotel Roquetas de Mar is a great place for families with kids , they have a great service and a good food. The beach is in short distance 5min to walk. I would recommend this place.
We had the thematic room 454, which is perfect. Comfy double queen beds next to each other- that makes it a great family bed, large enough for all! Across from the submarine bunk beds! Two bathrooms- with all amenities. Walk-in closet. The pool is too small if the hotel is at capacity but the ocean is 5min away. Location is good. Many shops and restaurants and of course next to the ocean.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. No time to get bored, especially children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are not too many people from England. Most of Spain and For this it is so nice. No need to run in the morning To book sun loungers
Very kind staff the bedroom was lovely interactive room for kids 2 bathrooms and a walk in wardrobe. Amazing pools. I was sick and they gave me my own personal meals, how kind is that? Overall really good.
The Diverhotel is an older hotel, which is spotlessly clean, well run with friendly staff. A lovely spot for those with young families, too quiet for teenagers. The resort has a beautiful beach and a long promenade, beautifully maintained. We love it here, would definitely come back.
The food was good, I guess you can call it traditional Spanish food with some splashes from England (read bacon, eggs, beans and sausages).
The guests was mostly Spanish family's with children.
Poolbar had some food and some snacks. Few drinks and some alcoholic beverages.

Thank you from Ecaterina and family
Very pretty hotel just right on the side of the sea! Perfect for relaxation! The bed was really comfortable in the room that we had booked. I travelled to a lot of places, this hotel has a very special green reception hall, so pretty.
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel Almuñécar, the hotel was very clean and my room was very comfortable. The staff on the reception were excellent and very helpful. The beach is across the road from the hotel with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel has a secure underground car park which meant parking was easy.
We had a great stay and would definitely come back.
Beach:
The beach was clean, spacious, and sunbeds were available.
Check-in & Reception:
Friendly, multilingual staff who explained everything well. We also got a helpful info sheet with buffet times and other offers.
Pool & Facilities:
Well-maintained pool area with a large pool, kids’ pools, sports courts, playgrounds, and a nice wellness area...
Two elevators are not enough for so many guests. Schedules for French nationals.
The facilities are quite good, the pool is not very big but acceptable, the food is not bad but could be better and a little more variety, the rooms are very good and have good views, the bad thing was that I forgot to put it as non-smoking and it smelled strongly of tobacco, I did not try to change it because we really liked the views, the entertainment is not bad but it is a little or maybe too much...

The room was comfortable and clean. We had a room overlooking the pool, which was lovely, but the downside to this was that we could hear the entertainment. However this did not spoil our stay as you need to expect these things when staying in a hotel. There are no English tv channels. We didn't have meals in the hotel so cannot comment on this, but we did buy a couple of drinks from the bar and I...
Overall considering what we paid it was good if I had paid more I would have been disappointed. We were half board meals were repetitive and not alot of choice and cold. The staff did what they could not enough 2 in restaurant not asked for drinks the hotel wasnt busy so in peak times I dread to think.Animation staff kept people occupied round the pool would I stay here again no.
Nice clean and in a great area for kids
The interior of the hotel and room is great, fresh and clean. Room was comfortable and peaceful. The pool area is always very busy and difficult to get a lounger, has quite a lot going on too so if you want peace and quiet is best to head out. We booked a Family room, clearly listed for 3 adults and 2 children. When we got there we were told to pay 50€ more per night per child.
So it's a well run hotel on a fantastic stretch of beach with mostly great staff and ok breakfast. But. It's a soulless chain hotel with no nuance to it's amazing surroundings. you can be part of a chain and localize at the same time. The most irritating thing was the piped music in every part of the hotel....the same 4 or 5 digitally created 'beach vibe' tracks being played on loop in every...

Superb location, smack between shopping , shops & supermarket. Rooms are clean quite spacious for a boutique hotel. Decor slightly dated. But overall quite comfortable. My room has a bathtub that's comes with buid in jacuzzi function, I'm impressed.

Fabulous hotel food was excellent room very nice great sea view
We went for a mini-break during which my husband celebrated a birthday, "the best ever", he declared (and he has had more than 80!) This was mostly due to the excellence of the Don Pepe Hotel (slightly enhanced by perfect weather). In every area the hotel was superb, the very comfortable room, the superb breakfast buffet which provided a wide choice of meats, cheeses, fruits plus individually cooked...
friendly hotel which is about to be renovated for 1,5 years. room certainly needs an upgrade. breakfast and service are very good.
We stayed three nights to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. The staff were all amazing and looked after us so well. We were upgraded to a Royal Suite and given champagne and strawberries. All lovely touches to make us feel special. The pool area was great and lovely views over the sea. Stewards look after you very well. Absolutely wonderful hotel and amazing service! They have a great selection of food and amenities, all with the most stunning backdrop of the sea.
We have been visiting this hotel for many years. The service is excellent and the attention to detail is first class. Whilst it has become a lot more expensive than in previous years, it still represents good value.

Since tourists are not allowed in many big cities in Spain, I belive this hotel offers the comford and easy access to all main attractions in Sevile. Very friendly staff. Including breakfast in your boking is recommended as they offer a perfect meal.
Amazing, generous size, roof pool.
Rooms are spacious and I was greeted with a small bottle of Cava wine. The lobby is big and the corridors and hotel are nicely scented. The breakfast (english) for 15 eur (in 2025) is convenient but probably not worth since there are plenty of restaurants with typical Spanish food less than 3 min walk from this hotel's location.

A fancy old european hotel located near a really old district in Granada. The room is spacious enough and the bathroom is fancy. Everything is clean though they are old but well-maintained. It is not very near to bus stop and need some walking.

Had a great weekend away everything you need is available at the hotel ,however if you want to go anywhere you need a car.
