Facilities: Decent, acceptable. Hygiene: Alright, no issues. Environment: Pretty good, has a nice vibe. Service: Average, room for improvement, but overall fine, no major problems.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Is in a good location. Away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to places of interest. The room was spacious and they stock the minibar very well. Love their Rituals amenities!
Facilities: The lobby and restaurant are spacious, but the rooms are a bit small. Cleanliness: The rooms are old but very clean. Location: Very close to the Spanish Steps, just a five-minute walk away. Service: The front desk staff are very friendly.
approximately 5mins walk to Spain Square, easy find! Breakfast was really good, 5 minutes walk have groceries! But the parking quite expensive, around €25 a night.
The hotel is too eco-friendly; besides towels, there's nothing else. The duvet is a single layer, not a full insert, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep under. For a two-night stay, they only provided one bottle of water by default; I had to ask the front desk for the other two. The hotel's location is also quite average; it's a twenty-minute walk to the scenic spots, but very close to the Spanish...
The hotel's location is great, and the room is spacious! However, there's no charging port by the bed, which is a bit inconvenient ☹️

Apartment was functional, our stay was only one night
It is recommended to book golf in advance; it is suitable for tourism.
Great staff. So nice and giving advice about the many services that are included in the stay.
Great resort ideal for golfer and small family. The staff was very welcoming. The buffet is expensive for what it is, i recommand you go eat outside the site if you want a nice supper.
Brilliant place for small groups. Fantastic place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the kitchen and lounge make it really comfortable. The spa is basic but ok for 12 euros. The gym lacks big weights but has enough to keep active.
Apartment at Precise. Apartment was run down. Bathrooms were very old and dated. The hotel portion was lovely!!

We booked 2 rooms in May half term. Be advised that if your holiday package entails you landing at Seville airport, it is hour and a half transfer minimum and will be cheaper to hire a car for the week than to pay for a transfer. We arrived around midnight and had to park in the hotel's car park. This is 10 euros per day which is very reasonable but if you can get a space on the road, you can park...
A superb hotel. Often underrated. It is relatively isolated so a car is probably a necessity. The people, the location, the beaches, the hotel, the walks are all excellent. We have stayed there several times in the past 3 years and will continue to go back. While there is a midday buffet, there is no snack menu though. Sunsets to die for

3 night stay, the suite was gorgeous and all the facilities excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Great place to stay. The rooms are big and cozy. It seems like a hotel where lots of elderly people stay so if you're looking for younger folk activities this might not be the place. Nonetheless, the beaches close by are beautiful and the area is peaceful. The hotel is modern and has a gym, food buffet and outside pool. The staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended.
Staff at restaurant speaks no English, they are ruth. Elevator was broken for 3 days, bad food, long lines to wait for your eggs to be be done by the sibngle cook. Noise of the night shows which are loud and childrens can not sleep. You should train your staff to speak English if you want the money of the English speaking cutomers.

Good basic hotel, beautiful swimming pool, staff very pleasant and helpful. No facilities for making a hot drink in the room but everything else good. Just across the road from the beach.
A great hotel - rooms a little tired but undergoing refurbishment later in 2025. The swimming pool is great and you can use the water park over the road as well. The food was plentiful and well cooked - lots to please everyone. Staff - great and helpful. We had three generations and ten people and everyone had a great time and felt welcome - we all want to come back again
Great hotel for the golfing community, or if you want somewhere quiet. A fantastic pool area, or if you prefer sea and sand, it's a stones throw from the sea and some great beaches. Within easy walking distance of fantastic restraunts, though car parking can be a pain. Modern comfortable rooms, excellent dining facilities and friendly helpful staff.
Rooms were dated and not very clean. Previous occupants nail clippings and eyelashes were on the bedroom floor! Lobby and restaurant are much better, food was tasty but usually only lukewarm. Staff were very helpful and mostly English speaking, but bear in mind if hotel entertainment is important and you're English, it's all Spanish. This didn't bother us too much because we went out.
Clean with big comfortable beds. Good sea view. Plentiful breakfast.
One of the best family holidays we have ever had. The hotel goes to a monumental effort to ensure your holiday is truly relaxing. The hotel is maintained to an exceptional standard at all times. Pool area cleaned daily, dining room set beautifully for every single meal and rooms cleaned even if you are occupying them until lunch - they find the time to make your space beautiful again. Overall we had a nice time. The staff were fabulous (very attentive), the food was good and varied. The hotel was clean, although there was a slight eggy smell from time to time. Stayed at IPV and overall had a really pleasant experience. The place is spotless, and the sea view is genuinely lovely, the kind you don’t get tired of. The whole hotel has a classic, slightly old-world charm. The only downside is that some of the furniture, like the sofas and beds, feels a bit dated. Maybe they’re keeping it that way to match the classic style, but a bit of updating wouldn’t hurt...
Lovely hotel, well maintained and clean. The rooms are very spacious including the bathroom. Plenty of choice for your breakfast. The location I did give 5 stars, only because it's quiet and right on the beach. It can be a walk into the centre, probably 10-15mins but it is a lovely walk across the bridge. Wonderful hotel and wonderful grounds too. I would highly recommend. We had a deluxe room which was great, with a small garden almost to ourselves. Make sure you take a walk out of the hotel and go into the ‘old’ town to experience the locality. However, this is a great place to stay.

We travelled with Jet2 to this hotel as a family of four. Our room type was incredibly comfortable and spacious, a one-bedroom apartment with a very large living area. The king-size bed was also super comfortable. We were lucky to be on a high floor, offering stunning panoramic views of Seville. This hotel is excellent, and the breakfast was decent too. The staff were warm and attentive. It's definitely worth experiencing!
The hotel is large, the room is well laid out with a fairly comfortable bed. The reception staff are quite friendly and helpful.
The city view suite has a very good view, the room size is satisfactory, the overall facilities are very new, and the service is satisfactory
Very satisfactory hotel, hardware facilities and view are all 100 points, you can walk everywhere, turn left from the hotel and cross the bridge to a long-distance bus station. So, I extended it for another 2 days, and I will definitely choose it next time I come to Seville!
The location is just OK. However, prices in Spain are low and taxis are available anytime. Prices are cheap. You can take a taxi to every attraction. The top spa and bar have great views. It overlooks the whole city. The price-performance ratio is relatively high.
It's quite average. We booked a suite, not a five-star hotel. The worst hotel on this trip.

Nice hotel, nice location and view. All inclusive drinks very good Good selection of food in buffet Stayed here twice now but guests in our party have fallen ill with V&D both times. Not sure of the cause as the hotel are sanitising and cleaning all the time
Perfect holiday in a brilliant hotel We arrived 4 hours before check-in. The guy on the desk sorted out a room for us. The room was a good size with a decent size bathroom. Unbelievable views. Breakfast was quality with a brilliant choice. Great bus service outside the hotel.
The hotel offered the full set of setvices and facilities you would expect - no complaints and nothing was too much trouble. The room we were in had water damaged laminate flooring, though that didn’t effect our holiday.

Beautiful location, view and wonderful professional staff
Everything was perfect, just had to cut holiday short because of emergency at home.
Room was clean, comfortable, spacious the only problem we had is the live music. You can hear the music and its quite loud, so it wasn't easy to sleep. Everything else from food, staff ....amazing
