Lovely hotel with great staff. Had a studio room on ground floor which opened up to the beach, big room with lovely views. Mandatory nude at the pool and optional throughout the hotel. The best place for a naturist holiday. Food is average but you can get great meals in the local restaurants. Entertainment team are very enthusiastic. Great team games during the day. Special mention to Diego who is brilliant! Pool area is lovely and always kept clean. Only negative comment is that the ladies loos by reception absolutely stink!

The service was very good, particularly at reception, where Francisco provided a warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean and comfortable, though somewhat limited in amenities for a four-star hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station, offering easy access to the city centre by bus or metro, as well as a pleasant 15–20 minute walk.

Wifi was bad in the last room down the hall. Had no connection at all, only if I moved into and down the hall. I was able to get relocated to a different room with better connection. The gym was ok, but kind of dirty. Especially the exercise mat has seen better days

The Bali is a very friendly hotel in a good location. It isn't the Ritz and doesn't pretend to be but everyone seems to be having fun. My 10 year old son really enjoyed the children's activities and had the best time. We've stayed here several times before and would not hesitate to return.

The room was amazing. The food buffé was really good, many options were available. Overall very clean hotel and rooms. My toddler loved the kids club and had wonderful time there. We must have been palmed off with the worst room in the hotel, room 338. We would have had it changed but as we were staying 1 night and arrived at 6pm it wasn’t worth the hassle. Food was pretty good at breakfast and dinner.

Too many people. Crowded & we were initially given a room with a terrible view right next to the A/C ventilators & over a parking lot. I paid for a superior room so I was so disappointed. Everything was very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the dinner was too exotic and we didn't like it, they tried to charge us for parking when it was included in the price and we had to leave a €100 deposit to pay for the drinks and when we left they told us it would take 48 hours to return the remaining amount.

The front desk failed to arrange the reserved room. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the room type was changed back to the booked room type.

A really nice hotel with some nice family atmosphere and good amenities Great buffet breakfast and a nice in dinning restaurant with nice staff. Also very near downtown (10min walk) that allows you to go for a drink or meal outside the hotel. The ration price/quality is well worth it! Very good for a family vacation with hardly non-spanish tourists.

We decided to try the Best Indalo hotel Mojácar as it was my husband’s birthday. We stayed for three nights. The accommodation was acceptable, However as time went on it was evident that it was Schools Easter Holiday on the week we picked, not starting the next week as we thought. Fantastic hotel with marvellous new lagoon style pool. Rooms impeccably clean. Right on the beach with great views from rooms.

Nice hotel, if the halls & rooms areca little tired & in need of an upgrade. Pool is beautiful with plenty of room & pool activities are fun. Staff could be more helpful with directions as the lifts can be difficult to locate. Breakfast room is vast but has multiple food stations with freshly cooked hot meals available.

We really enjoy the stay with my girlfriend. Staff was so nice overthere. Great barmen and especially nice receptionist Elena which was so helpful during our arrival. Familiar and clean place with nice pool and great program during day. There is a gym and another smaller pool for kids as well.
