Very clean and luxurious hotel room for affordable price and the staff very nice

No information in room or given at reception for wifi and operating the safe, tv did not work, but once reported a service man came and repaired it next day

The room was spotless, great facilities, amenities, location, breakfast, view and personnel. We will be back.

From the very first day to the end, everything was perfect. The staffs were son kind and so funny, they did everything to make us satisfied. Room with the sea view was wonderful and it was well equipped and so clean. Location at the start was a bit rubbish but as our holiday went on it got better the location wasn’t too bad beach close by. Food wasn’t great, all the same and not much variety. This is a classic AC hotel for mariott, centrally located in Palma and really very walkable to many areas of the city. To get to the beach is a bit of a haul though. I’ve never see such diligent room service. Every time we leave the room for more than an hour, we come back with a freshly made room - multiple times a day. Incredible service! The hotel is in a great location right on the beach, plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It's a bit old and could use some renovation, but the location and the view are great (just make sure you book a room with a sea view:)

Great location of the hotel. The rooms are all very different. I was in the annex near the indoor pool and was very satisfied. Wonderful beachfront hotel in central Playa De Palma. Super friendly welcome on arrival and all staff appear happy in their work and are exceptionally well presented. Lovely hotel and quiet, especially being in a very touristy part of Majorca. Room was nice and clean. We enjoyed our balcony view very much. Really nice 3 night stay , the staff were amazing especially the breakfast staff . Lovely room , and spa facilities were great. Good location for walking into the old town . Would highly recommend
