Nice hotel with good amenities Solid hotel with 3 pools and good amenities (gym, sauna, mini golf) but rooms are a bit tired and cleanliness could be improved.

We were there mid-May, as part of a walking group. Both the hotel and the resort were fairly quiet, which wasn't a bad thing. I chose the Bella Playa because it was a reasonable price for our family of 5 on half board basis and it boasted an indoor heated pool, games room, tennis court and mini golf. Well above our expectations. We were most surprised how quiet it was, especially the windows actually kept out noise. We had a room next to the elevator and could hear the dings, but it was much quieter than we initially feared on arrival. It was also fun to come back from eating on around 21 and enjoy the night shows. We saw great artists perform at this hotel. Wifi could be improved!

Our family had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very nice, breakfast and dinner were delicious and location was also great, 15min to the beach, supermarket across the street and parking available on the street in front of the hotel. We will definitely come back once we visit Mallorca

Room was spotless and well looked after daily. Breakfast good but expensive. Sadly bar in reception was closed and swimming pool was freezing. The staff were all outstanding. Very helpful. Stayed here many times over the years with various family members. Stayed in a deluxe room this time. Always appreciate the balcony time.I didn't have breakfast this time as met with friends. Staff are always pleasant. Prices have risen for stays. I think they could implement a loyalty programme or offer discounts. I have found better deals with similar hotels in Palma for my next trip in November...

The room was a bit on the small side and the pool definitely needed a bit of music and table service and more staff but apart from that, it was a great stay. Reception staff were great and all the guests we met were super friendly too

We had a 4 night stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms and facilities were clean. The roof top bar was lovely and we enjoyed the food very much.

Lovely hotel and quiet, especially being in a very touristy part of Majorca. Room was nice and clean. We enjoyed our balcony view very much. The room was lovely and clean. The cleaners come every day. Fantastic choice of tasty and abundant amount of food . I am in serious need of diet now as a result. A lovely quiet hotel, perfect for young kids

Hotel was easy walking distance to the beach & shops. This was lucky because the hotel pool wasn't really big enough for all the guests & had limited sun beds. Had half-board with our stay, food was lovely, enough choice for a 7 nights. Good base for exploring Majorca, shame parts of the hotel were a bit tired & basic.

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh. Hotel facilities are good, food good, was clean and in good location to bars, shops and beach. We hadn't realised when we booked this hotel that this area was predominantly German.

Convenient for airport This hotel mainly caters for the German tourists which in itself is not a problem. Room was comfortable. Breakfast didn't start until 08:00. Not too far from the airport.

This hotel deserves another star.. 5 stars !! Only problem there is all the germans arround this wonderful place 😅 All the staff was very friendly with us and our baby .. The property overall was okay. Most staff were nice but a few very closed off. There was mold in the bathroom, mostly because it would steam up when you had a shower. Floor in the room was dusty, bed was constantly squeaking, and menu in the room had stains all over it. The area the hotel was in was convenient. The breakfast was nice but became very repetitive with the same items everyday.

Had the most amazing 30 minute deep tissue massage, wish id booked longer! So relaxing and came out feeling amazing! Highly recommend to anyone staying at this hotel, I would definitely recommend book if I ever return to Mallorca! Probably the best massage I've ever had!

Good but not great. AI package. Married couple.Junior suite room. Huge balcony. Hotel was OK 'ish. Food was ok but not great. Bed and pillow comfort was good. Some Bartenders were kind of cold. The drinks from AI package were not that good. Cocktails costs 2.50-3.50 euro extra, but the quality is not that good. F example Piña colada cocktail was not drinkable. Overall was a nice stay. Food options were limited but good quality. Beds were comfortable however room layout including bathroom layout where you brush your teeth in the bedroom a bit different.

Highly recommended Superb hotel. We stayed for 8 nights all inclusive and are extremely happy with the total experience. Friendly staff, super clean room, perfect location and food and drinks were very good.

I brought my beautiful girlfriend Emma here as a treat for a special weekend and it didn't disappoint. The Location was amazing and the staff and pool and facilities were superb. It was so hot so the Pool was well used and we even checked out the Indoor facilities too. It´s a great Hotel and I would come back again in 2026 for sure. Well done !!

The hotel is nicely located a short walk from beach and bars/restaurants and also shops. Fhe hotel overall is immaculately clean with the clsaneds doing an amazing job. There is a very nice pool and pool area with plenty of sunbeds available when we stayed in October. Reception staff are all very pleasant and helpful when required. Hotel is clean and in a good position and buffet breakfast is of a high standard, my only critisam is there is no allergic information my partner is wheat intolerant but is restricted to cold meats and fruit due to no allergic information on anything, as it is self service there is rarely anyone to ask apart from waiting staff who I would not expect to know. Also for a four star hotel there is no tea...

Very clean with good breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms nice with daily clean bedding and good ensuite and good balcony.

Great hotel with a very good breakfast buffet. There was a Flamenco show that night. Very fun and entertaining. Great views from our room. Parking can be tricky in the street.
