Expensive hotels in Majorca island

Always wanted to go there one but every time I refrained from booking by seeing the old-fashioned pictures. Finally booked a night and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality offered: staff, bed quality (Frette!) and excellent breakfast (despite rather limited choice). I’ve given only 4 stars due to the indeed old-fashioned decoration and interior architecture. An update would certainly be welcomed

Nice and clean facilities, spacious rooms with large terrace and plunge pool. Main restaurant breakfast buffet is extraordinarily good with incredible selection. Food is the other restaurants is poor quality and feels like something you would get at an all inclusive resort.

Decent location and hotel but can be a little on the noisy side come 5am when the clubs start kicking out due to it being practically right on the magaluf strip.

If you book here you must have a room with a sea view, it's a terrific view with sun on the balcony from around 10.00am till 18.30 depending on the time of year. I have been here for the second time. It is very good service here and the food is very good. Very clean hotel and good entertainment for the kids, good location only 5 minutes walk to the beach and resteraunts/shops. Our only issue was our 3year old son slipped on the bathroom floor whilst supervised and banged his head on a small tile step when coming out of the shower and resulted in needing 3staples at the hospital. We came to the viva sunrise with our almost 3 and 5 year old and had a brilliant time. I’ve never see such diligent room service. Every time we leave the room for more than an hour, we come back with a freshly made room - multiple times a day. Incredible service! The lounge room was very convenient and so was the courtesy room. Needless to see the sea / beach is incredible too. 10/10 experience.

During our stay, we experienced some noise from neighbouring guests and requested a room change, which the staff accommodated promptly and without any hassle. The staff's English was also commendably good, making communication easy throughout our stay.

The hotel is well organised, staff is very attentative. Decent breakfast, beds ok. We arrived very early, but were able to enter a room before actual checkin time. That was not the type of room we booked and at the end of the day we were transfered to the type of room we did book. The sea view room was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend staying here. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was under maintenance for both days of my stay, and the air it blew out had an unpleasant odor. However, everything else was superb! There's also a rooftop pool offering incredible panoramic sea views.

What a lovely hotel! We had a huge room by the swimming pool! This is a very clean place and the staff are amazing! Please note: if you have disability issues it can be quite hard to get in the swimming pool as the steps are very low down! Oh and the breakfasts were varied and yummy! I loved my spacious well appointed room. I wish there were more food options. If I wanted a large breakfast or dinner the food was great but non existent for a small meal. There is a nice option for lunch. There are other places within walking distance. If I went back to the area I would definitely stay in this hotel, They couldn't have been more helpful! The room was wonderful!

For a 4 star hotel, this was so disappointing. The halls and overall impression is that the hotel is really worn down, but used to be nice. It’s really annoying that it is allowed to smoke at the pool area, and at the roof terrace the music was like a disco… for an adult cous vacation this is not the place to stay. I liked the hotel, good location, though sometimes it is noisy from drunk German guys. Breakfasts, dinners are good, no frills, but everything is tasty.
