My stay at this hotel was very good. It really has a great location. You're right next to the hotel, the beach, beach bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, etc. The facilities and services are all great. Parking is a bit tricky, but everything else is amazing. I recommend the buffet, as it has a lot of variety, and jazz in the mornings!

I was very disappointed that no lilos were aloud in pool which it didn’t state on the website, however they would allow the noodle floats, so made do with one of them. Had a really lovely stay here. Breakfast was amazing, the hot chocolate in particular was delicious even though it was from a machine! Just a few issues with miscellaneous hairs in the room that didn’t come from us. But overall had a good time. May even return!

The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! The property is amazing, the staff were super friendly, the food was amazing and all of the inside areas were great as well as the views around my room. It is on top of hill which is a pain to walk around but at least I got my exercise. The a/c thermostat looked really old, I had to keep turning it off and on to keep it cooling the room.

Breakfast was fresh with great variety. Clean room however massive issue with the shower door as it doesn’t close. Didn’t like the pool much as it was not heated. It ideal for the evenings or when the weather is less hot

Our experience at Innside by Melia - Palma Bosque Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond every time. We had breakfast included and we couldn’t have been happier. The only thing we were unhappy about was the balcony. We paid for a balcony view, however we only had a brick wall as opposed to a glass pane.

This property is nicely located in Palma and close to shops. The breakfast was convenient and good. I like that they had parking (cause the other hotel we stayed at in Mallorca did not) but it is off site at their other property.

Always good at the Innside Hotel is currently undergoing some maintenance work. But apart from that, it’s fantastic. The rooms are perfect and comfortable.

To get to the cathedral, you need to take a bus. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. The hairdryer and shower had sufficient water pressure. 🚿 We were allowed into our room even though it was before check-in time. The breakfast venue was so beautiful that it instantly made us feel like we were at a resort. 🥞🥣

I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved how convenient the location was easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The ocean view from my room was beautiful, and it made every morning feel special. Definitely a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’ll be coming back!

We loved the pool area and the family room we stayed in with thoughtful little touches like chocs on the bed pillows at turn down. The reception staff all been super helpful with recommendations

Very clean hotel and good entertainment for the kids, good location only 5 minutes walk to the beach and resteraunts/shops. Our only issue was our 3year old son slipped on the bathroom floor whilst supervised and banged his head on a small tile step when coming out of the shower and resulted in needing 3staples at the hospital. We came to the viva sunrise with our almost 3 and 5 year old and had a brilliant time. The hotel room had everything we needed, the hotel pools were great for the kids, the hotel communal areas were spotlessly clean and the food selection was good. Plenty to do in Alcudia outside the hotel also. Would definately go back again.

Clean room, housekeeping cleans and restocks room daily which was so nice to come back to! Beautiful resort, beach is very close and staff was extremely helpful! Parking can be tedious but it’s the way all over the island! They provided crib for us and the store right across the street has everything you need including some baby supplies!

Perfect location right next to a beautiful beach. Adults only pool in mid September was not that busy. Rooms were refurbished in May this year but already many scratches, doors not closing properly - it’s clear it was not the most high quality refurbishment. However sound proofing was great.
