Fantastic holiday in Ciudad Blanca!! The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety. The entertainment for children throughout the day was ideal; my children didn't miss a single mini disco! The room was spacious and very clean every day! We had a wonderful time at this hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the very beginning, the staff were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help, which made our stay so much more pleasant. The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly.

Andrei, Mario and Nikolai good perfect animation for our kids. It was amazing time. The food was good and everything worked for us like pools room etc.

Lovely hotel, great for kids. About a 20 min walk to main bit with shops/restaurants and main beach.

Overall good, there's parking outside, four swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers, and they don't take reservations. The food was good, just a minor complaint about the live cooking...otherwise, it was like any other hotel. The all-inclusive package was very good, with no queues and generous portions. The staff were very professional and friendly. (10) Overall, very good.

disappointed not impressed with the food, often cold not a great selection or variation, we went out to eat alot. room ok but not very big, not enough pillows, coat hangers or storage for a family reception /staff lovely as were room cleaners . i believe entertainment went on a bit too late. wouldn’t go back sorry

In general I must say, that the hotel meets more or less the expectations. The property is old, so there are multiple things people might notice, it is missing a fridge in the rooms and good internet connection. But on the positive side: the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, they give you a gratis crib for the baby, the area is made family friendly, has ramps, aqua park, umbrellas, baby food chairs...

I like that the breakfast was served until 12:00 and they had a snack from 21:30 till 23:00 which was brilliant. Cleaning was done everyday which you dont find in some 5* hotels. I did not like some of the staff being rude and the area you are a bit isolate, and they can improve the transfer to the beach with a bigger car.

The "adults only" experience was quite nice during the day when there was a DJ playing at the swimming pool and no kids running around, but it's gets worse by night. Young people coming back front the parties on the middle of the night and waking you up isn't something desirable. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of savory and sweet choices. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.

We stayed mid-week only in August and found that the start of the week is more relaxed and quiet. There was some fun party events towards the end of the week and a saxophone player (who was great!) on the Thursday/Friday which brought a great vibe to the place. The rooms were clean and well looked after by the cleaning staff. They could do some with some updates due to the age of the building but...

The hotel it self is great and the breakfast is amazing, rooms are great. I just wasn’t a fan of the pillows, or the thin bed sheet and I didn’t really have a good sleep during my stay. Also not enough lighting in the room. Make sure you’re okay with the location of the hotel, very German touristy area

I went with a group of girls all aged around 24. It was in a perfect location, rooms were clean, food was 10/10. The area is very German but that didn’t bother us. The staff were lovely. It was also a great concept having money on your wristband.

Just back from a week at this hotel, and have to say it was brilliant, hotel very clean, staff great, kids loved the kids club and couldn't get them out of the pool. Drinks expensive at dinner and in bar and bar service was poor, not once were we approached by a member of staff to order a drink we had to flag people down. We arrived Friday 10th October and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was spotless and room large and clean. We went half board and the food choice was amazing! So many different salads and meats! What can I say about the exagon park....loved every minute of it from check in to check out. Check in explained everything youd need to know. Two sittings for buffet dinner however it didn't matter when you turned up. Waiting staff helped you find a table or cleared one quickly . Its busy but its for 500 so it will be. It’s great I have been here twice. Nice bars you get free cocktails tickets when arriving the rooms are great, clean and quite large. The food is good better than other places I’ve been and it’s right at the shore and maybe a 5 minute walk to the town of peguara! With also some of the best views on the top floor and sea view. The family room on the 7th floor has amazing views of almost everything.

Clean , organized hotel and near to bus station and beach

Quiet rooms, great breakfast buffet but our air condition wasn’t working. This is innacceptable in a place where you have 33 degrees every day.

We had an amaizing experience. All the services were the best. The food was very good, the cleaning services were the best (the towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned daily). We came late in the evening and we found the dinner in the room. We made the check out at almost 11 AM, but we left at 7 PM. We had the possibility to make a shower before leaving. Not what I booked! I went 3 weeks ago with my son and his family. They booked a 2 bed apartment and I booked a pool view in the hotel. I did not get a room in the hotel but was told my hotel room was in the building next door. My hotel room turned out to be an apartment…the most basic ‘hotel room’ I have ever stayed in…the floor was lifting around fridge, which had obviously been caused by a leak...

We had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel in April. The facilities are excellent and food is good. We went B&B but chose to eat the restaurant a couple of nights and really enjoyed the food then too. Very nice resort for family vacation..beach is short distance..food is nice..pools are made for children…maybe rooms are not good sound isolated..we heard a lot of noise from other rooms…parking was under renovation when we were there (it is quite small) so you have to find place on street

We booked a room for 3 people. There was a king bed and a queen pull out sofa but there was no bedside lighting in the room with the sofa bed and absolutely no where to hang towels or bathrobes. Pool services were also suspended because it was October!

Our experience at Innside by Melia - Palma Bosque Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond every time. We had breakfast included and we couldn’t have been happier. The only thing we were unhappy about was the balcony. We paid for a balcony view, however we only had a brick wall as opposed to a glass pane.

This property is nicely located in Palma and close to shops. The breakfast was convenient and good. I like that they had parking (cause the other hotel we stayed at in Mallorca did not) but it is off site at their other property.

Clean room, housekeeping cleans and restocks room daily which was so nice to come back to! Beautiful resort, beach is very close and staff was extremely helpful! Parking can be tedious but it’s the way all over the island! They provided crib for us and the store right across the street has everything you need including some baby supplies!

Rooms were refurbished in May this year but already many scratches, doors not closing properly - it’s clear it was not the most high quality refurbishment. However sound proofing was great. Booked the hotel for a night, not much I could do due to time constraints: Very nice location, a lot around, very good price to value deal, 10 min from airport and super easy to get taxi. Lovely clean hotel. Never felt so busy you could not find a sunbed. The dining room was always busy but the staff did an excellent job at restocking items. The hotel was ideally located in sa coma so that local shops and restaurants were within easy reach. The kids loved the pool with the inflatable cushion.

A fantastic all-inclusive holiday hotel and a great choice for families. The food and drinks were plentiful and of a really good standard, and the all-inclusive offering made the whole stay feel relaxed and easy. The kids’ pool was a real highlight, well designed, safe, and kept the children happily entertained for hours. The only slight downside was the spa, which could benefit from a bit of modernisation...

Amazing Hotel right at the beachside; from the roof top you can enjoy the panoramic view on at the sea, while having a cocktail from the bar at the ground floor - recommend that bar as a Top one! Baristas proved to make top cocktails, and to a huge surprise the taste is not waterish as you can experience in other hotels ;)
