Great timing maybe as this lovely hotel received an annual refit over this winter. Absolutely spotless everywhere with super friendly staff, super outside pool area and fantastic breakfast food. The only one not satisfied part is that there's no free parking for the hotel, however maximum 19 eur for a day is affordable for 1-2days but if staying longer, it will be a burden for staying the hotel with a car. Pool is nice, breakfast a lot of choice, mini bar all free, view is amazing!

Clean , organized hotel and near to bus station and beach

Quiet rooms, great breakfast buffet but our air condition wasn’t working. This is innacceptable in a place where you have 33 degrees every day.

Hotel accommodations It was a short 2 day stay to just check out the area. We found it to be very pleasant. The hotel was running very smoothly and efficient. Breakfast was very good with a variety of offerings from fruit to eggs, pancakes, breads, meats and cereals. The only detriment was the skimpy toilet paper which was very poor quality.

Partner and I booked a few nights here without knowing it was a German hotspot. The staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive to Spanish natives and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star hotel is more accurate. An example of why this is is there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you have to rent them and the staff told me that they only have 6 for the whole hotel. There is no room service and only a vending machine if you want snacks etc. Breakfast is nice and varied options.

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh. The Spa was a welcome surprise which we used everyday! Would return next year for sure!!!

After a shaky start to our holiday which included late flights and a long day of travelling, we finally arrived at the hotel. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 6:30am we were given a double room, after specifically asking for a twin room. We were told by the receptionist that we would need to come back after 8:30am as there was nothing he could do. Exhausted and frustrated with this, he simply shrugged...

Fantastic hotel! Very chill! Beautiful food, clean, tidy, comfortable rooms, which were cleaned to an high standard each day. We left valuables and money out in our rooms and not once was anything taken. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The bar staff were amazing but a special shout out to Kenneth, who we had many laughs with along with his high standard of customer service. Could not fault...

Just returned from a week All inclusive at the Bordoy. The hotel didn’t disappoint. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the service continued throughout our stay. All the staff are fabulous, friendly, helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy working there. The food is great, lots of choice, can’t imagine why some people on other reviews are critical.
