Affordable hotel with amazing staff. For the price that we paid the food was tasty and everybody could choose what they like. Only two small points for improvement the breakfast could be more varied and the bedrooms need some maintenance. We spent really great time with my family in this hotel.

The hotel service is very thoughtful. There are welcome drinks and snacks when you check in. The staff always greets you with a smile, making you feel at home. The room service is also very considerate. It is a very pleasant accommodation experience.

Very close to the beach, the room is large and clean, and parking is convenient nearby. Most of the surrounding shops are closed during the off-season. It is about a 15-minute drive to the town of Palma.

Stayed for 4 days with family to celebrate our granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Smooth check in and found our rooms which were in the same corridor. Our room, 121 , was a superior one. Fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly...the all smile and say Hola! The rooms may need a little refurb, but the were clean and spacious. We even had our own little garden in front of the pool. This is the third year my daughter and I have been to Hotel Coronado - planning a fourth!! - we cannot fault this deservedly 5 star hotel. Had a fantastic stay here. Staff super lovely, Gold rooms were luxurious, and the pools/loungers/bali beds were amazing! Buffet breakfast was also good. Location is perfect. Average hotel in a nice place, good service, average breakfast and dinner (not too much variety), nice but small swimming pools, but there is a wonderful small beach very close. Dunno bout the spa, as it was closed. All in all, an average experience, but I was expecting something a bit better.

I stay at the GPRO Valparaíso Palace & Spa regularly for business and appreciate it every time. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. Sandra was most accommodating and truly an asset to the hotel.

The property is amazing, the staff were super friendly, the food was amazing and all of the inside areas were great as well as the views around my room. It is on top of hill which is a pain to walk around but at least I got my exercise. The a/c thermostat looked really old, I had to keep turning it off and on to keep it cooling the room.

From the very first day to the end, everything was perfect. The staffs were son kind and so funny, they did everything to make us satisfied. Room with the sea view was wonderful and it was well equipped and so clean. Booked through TUI for a family holiday incorporating golf for my partner's milestone birthday. Stayed in the Reverence Life building, but we were able to go to one of the other buildings, Sky, to use their roof terrace pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Lovely spacious, bright rooms. Me and my friend went here for a few days of last bit of sun and relaxing. Hotel was really nice. Love the fact you have multiple pools to choose from. Clean and friendly staff. Beautiful hotel plenty of sun loungers and plenty of pools to choose from. There was lifts available but to access some areas you still need to be able to climb stairs. Very clean and tidy Excellent food Only downside is that there is 4 blocks and we where across the road from main block which meant either climbing steps r up a hill to get to main block for evening meal, normally this wldnt annoy me...

Just back from here after spending a week in Santa Ponsa. The hotel was first class. It was immaculate from the reception to the rooms and all the public areas. The pools were great with plenty of sunbeds, the snacks at the pool side bar were really nice. There wasn't a great selection of food in the restaurant but what there was was really good. The rooms were cleaned everyday, with clean towels supplied...

We were most surprised by the breakfast buffet. The selection was great and the products were fresh and carefully prepared. Very friendly and helpful staff.

To get to the cathedral, you need to take a bus. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. The hairdryer and shower had sufficient water pressure. 🚿 We were allowed into our room even though it was before check-in time. The breakfast venue was so beautiful that it instantly made us feel like we were at a resort. 🥞🥣

I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved how convenient the location was easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The ocean view from my room was beautiful, and it made every morning feel special. We loved the pool area and the family room we stayed in with thoughtful little touches like chocs on the bed pillows at turn down. The reception staff all been super helpful with recommendations
