The hotel is close to the airport and places to visit on the island. It has a high cost-effectiveness. It is also convenient to eat and drink outside the hotel. There are also Burger King snacks. The third picture was taken during an event and a restaurant was reserved instead of the hotel.

Ms. Mercedez at the front desk (you read that right, it's the last name, a local) was very enthusiastic and professional. The hotel service is very thoughtful. There are welcome drinks and snacks when you check in. The staff always greets you with a smile, making you feel at home. The room service is also very considerate. It is a very pleasant accommodation experience.

Very close to the beach, the room is large and clean, and parking is convenient nearby. Most of the surrounding shops are closed during the off-season. It is about a 15-minute drive to the town of Palma.

I don’t understand how this hotel is 4 stars? The rooms are dated and the beds are squeaky. The curtains are thin and let daylight shine into room making it difficult to sleep longer. It definitely does not feel like the stars are real. It is located quite far from Palma centro and buses only run till midnight. I wanted to check out late but was told there is a 50€ surcharge for this even in low season...

We just came back from 5 days in Mallorca and we really loved our hotel. Difficult to park, no one answer the phone call after I found something missed to check with hotel, I have to spend one hour to go back the hotel to check with them. The location is far from sea , the description of sea view is nonsense.

This hotel is three star rather than fours star hotel. The staffs were very kind and helpful. Amazing hotel close to the best beach in Sa Coma. Nice staff, good food, a lovely swimming pool, and 5 mins walking from everything in town. For more interesting culinary experience I suggest you walk along the coast towards S’illot until you reach the narrow walkway area.

This is the third year my daughter and I have been to Hotel Coronado - planning a fourth!! - we cannot fault this deservedly 5 star hotel. Nice spot close to the beach. Rooms were nice but little things made it feel less polished. Things like soap dispensers that had fallen off the walls or big marks on the wall; easy fixes that help a space feel nicer. The restaurant had good variety but all the food was usually cool/cold; some good food warmers would go a long way. We parked down the toad in the parking garage and that worked well.

We have been staying at this hotel for years always a good choice, we always book a superior sea view room half board. Breakfast was good as always, dining may not have been quite has good as we have been used to, some of the freshly grilled food was undercooked and choices didn't seem as good. Perhaps we have used the same hotel too much, we will probably try some where different next time.

We loved our stay at hipotels Hipocampo playa. It was very clean, great facilities and friendly staff. We arrived around half 1 and they were happy to check us in early as our room was ready. We loved our stay at the Rocamarina, the adults only helped, but being just turned 60 we were on the younger side of most guests... lol. The hotel was clean and tidy, ample space in the room, excellent buffet breakfast and we opted for half board evening meal. We had a pleasant week in Cala d’Or. However, the hotel itself is quite outdated and in need of renovation. The interior felt very old-fashioned, the bed was hard as a rock, and we would not classify this as a four-star hotel. Hotel was nice. Quiet location, near restaurants and the beach. A little outdated but comfortable. Staff was super friendly and nice.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location near the beach and some local shops. Breakfast was lovely every day and enjoyed the odd cocktail which was reasonably priced. The reception desk staff were very helpful. If I had to mention downsides I’d say the beds were a little hard and the communal areas a little dated - neither of which would stop me from starting again. Would happily stay here again if I’m back...

Hotel is at the top of the Island so transfer took 2 hours as we had several drop-offs which we knew about. The location is 10 min walk from the town, the buses are easy to use, we went to Alcudia (35 mins) and Playa De Muro (10 mins) which has a stunning beach, much better than Can Picafort so worth the short bus ride. Hotel food was amazing and so much choice, we used the buffet and restaurants....

Beautiful clean accomodation, unreal choice of food at the buffet and a very friendly and helpful set of Staff throughout the hotel. Unbeatable.

We had such a lovely family holiday here. The staff made the stay so memorable. They are very friendly and go out if their way to make your stay enjoyable. Our children didn’t want to leave and were so sad to come home! The kids club was very entertaining and it was nice that there were activities on almost all day for them. It was a nice idea to incentivise 6 or more kids club visits with a certificate...

Had a lovely time, staff friendly and helpful, towels changed daily, room cleaned daily. Good variety of food. My daughter was poorly late at night and within minutes staff were out with fresh bedding. Very helpful. Wish the pools were heated as we couldnt stay in them very long. Lovely stay.

Just back from a weeks stay here and had a wonderful time. The newly refurbished rooms are lovely, the food was great (always with plenty of choice and different every day) and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
