The hotel is perfect for families with children. We had no complaints about the food, including breakfast and dinner, and it was very varied. Water war free for diner. Great for young families. Lots of options of pools and things to do. We went half board and found drinks and snacks reasonable. Only negative comment is some of its photos give the impression it has tennis and gym facilities but it doesnt.

Lovely clean hotel. Never felt so busy you could not find a sunbed. The dining room was always busy but the staff did an excellent job at restocking items. The hotel was ideally located in sa coma so that local shops and restaurants were within easy reach. The kids loved the pool with the inflatable cushion.

It’s simply not acceptable for guests to monopolize loungers by tossing a towel at sunrise and disappearing for hours. A fair system should allow a short grace period—30 to 45 minutes—after which staff clear unattended chairs and neatly place belongings in a designated area. This ensures everyone has an equal chance to enjoy the pool without playing a daily game of “towel wars.

The hotel has an excellent location and great amenities. The staff are quite pleasant and helpful. Breakfast always seemed like a chaotic event and the coffee and juice machines were out of service on most days. The hotel wifi doesn’t work very well and the room wasn’t cleaned very well. Overall, I had a lovely stay. I would expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel though.

Staff were lovely. When we got to the room the sink was leaking, staff fixed it within 20 mins. Also ordered a taxi for us early in the morning. The room wasn't spotless but ok. Very afforable at the time of our booking. 

The ceiling fan was very loud, but it wasn't really necessary because of the air conditioning. Delicious breakfast.

I would however have wished that I had known that the hotel were more for young people than families and that the area was a party area. But I could have done more research. The "adults only" experience was quite nice during the day when there was a DJ playing at the swimming pool and no kids running around, but it's gets worse by night. Young people coming back front the parties on the middle of the night and waking you up isn't something desirable. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of savory and sweet choices. The big plus of this hotel is that it is located with a very beautiful view. The big minus is that the air conditioners do not work correctly, the 24-hour temperature that is automatically maintained is 25-26 degrees, it is very warm, you can't do less, apparently the hotel saves on electricity this way, at night I woke up in a sweat. Stayed 5 days, this is a great hotel! Breakfast had a good selection including made to order omelettes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable. It is a 3 stars hotel, but it is has an outside pool, and an indoor pool and a jacuzzi to. the are a lot of sunbeds. The all-inclusive is not expensive. The room was large but simple. It’s great I have been here twice. Nice bars you get free cocktails tickets when arriving the rooms are great, clean and quite large. The food is good better than other places I’ve been and it’s right at the shore and maybe a 5 minute walk to the town of peguara! With also some of the best views on the top floor and sea view. The family room on the 7th floor has amazing views of almost everything.
