Expensive hotels in Majorca island

The location of the hotel is good. But the noise of the air conditioner is quite annoying. And the sound insulation effect is not very good. You can clearly hear the sound of the next room and the sound of the corridor. Overall, except for the above, everything else is very good. The staff is very friendly.

The location was okay. A 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The cleanliness wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. There were shaved beard hairs by the sink that definitely weren't ours. Considering the starts and reviews I had my doubts but this place is excellent value for money from the quality of the room to the location to the rest of the city I really can’t fault my stay and would happily stay again and is a perfect stay for a weekend!

Stayed in a lot worse, check in easy, 24 hour reception, electric key card,works in the room for the power as well,lift worked fine,room was ample spacious, fridge, phone, air con and heating, hairdryer, 40 inch tv on the wall,2 single beds together, terrace 2 chairs, shower plenty of room,constant hot water,and the adjoining rooms were quiet, wifi work fine.

Travelled with my best friend for 5 nights. We had the best chilled time. Lovely atmosphere, very relaxing. Maria was just wonderful and kept us entertained. I asked if they did any Zumba classes, which they didn’t; however she said the next night she’d do some Latin/salsa dancing which she was true to her word! Staff are superb but quality of drinks on an all inclusive package are dreadful. Outbreak of vomiting and diarrhea both holiday makers and staff. Entertainment is dire.

Could not use the plug with our adapter. The connections in all plugs were not aligned. Air conditioning didn't work as the filter was blocked. The shower leaked out onto the floor. Had to use towels all around the shower. We were moved and the room on the 3rd floor was much better. We had to pay 23 euro for the bed with a mattress. We couldn't sit on the normal sunbeds as they were so uncomfortable

Just got back from this hotel and honestly I cannot find a flaw with it. The staff are excellent, the bar staff were attentive and at no point did I feel like my glass or in certain cases glasses.
