LetsPhuket Twin Sands Resort & Spa in Patong

My family and I have owned the Absolute club for many years. We love everything and come here regularly. The pizza is always delicious and the waitress in the Kitchen cafe is charming. Special thanks to our room service and girl New, she cleans our room.

The environment is good, the stay is very comfortable, and it is not expensive. I will come again next time.

We truly enjoyed our 3-night stay at the resort. I’d like to specifically mention extremely kind staff - you made this stay memorable.
Our room was spacious enough, had a nice big bathroom, balcony and a small kitchen. It was equipped with all we needed. It was also very clean.
Resort had all required amenities - 3 pool areas, pool bar, gym, spa and several restaurants.
I gave 4 for location, because the resort is quite remote from civilisation (e.g., we had to walk uphill for 10mins for the nearest 7-eleven) and there are not many nice restaurants nearby. However, big plus was a beautiful beach 5mins from the hotel.

The best hotel in Phuket’ quiet area

The Marriott next door couldn't accommodate us, so we temporarily added a room here. The price is about 748, which is pretty good! If you want to make a reservation, don’t swipe frequently. Ctrip doesn’t know how to use big data on some platforms. Ctrip is good!

Very silent area. Nice to chill in here. Private pool was nice to have, but there was eye pool which was really cool pool.
Blue Mango and Kitchen Table restaurant were bit expensive

We booked the studio with private pool and sea view. We were quite surprised and disappointed that the pool is not actually connected to your room. It is a private pool and not a far walk, but it is not connected and not so private. You can look over into the neighbours pool or room from the balcony. Also, we had no hot water the first day and had to wait until after 11 for the water to be repaired because the person who could fix it wasn’t in until after 10. The hotel itself is okay, facilities were fine (in the self catering there is nothing, so if you plan on using it you’ll need to get everything (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc…)). The hotel is quite far from pretty much anything so unless you have a car or motorbike you’ll need to take a taxi or shuttle each way (anywhere from 250 to 400 baht each way). There is a shuttle offered, but it is 75 per person, 3 times a day. Overall it isn’t a bad place and it is away from everything if that’s what you’re looking for, but it is definitely not walking distance to restaurants, bars or other things. Merlin beach is close which is nice and a 5 minute walk. I would probably not book again as there were so many issues in the beginning (hot water, pool is not connected, far from town and gets expensive going back and forth).

Sharing a lobby with Absolute Twin Sands, but only one person at front desk for Let’s Phuket. The location is bit far from everything, and the shuttle bus to Patong is only free for Absolute guests. Food in the restaurant is quite pricey.
