Baan Lukkan Patong Resort in Patong

That's just terrible.
That's just terrible.
We booked a room on Agoda. We wanted to swim in the pool and relax in the hotel New Year's holidays. We had small children with us.
The room was dirty. Sofa has never known dry cleaning. The curtains had holes. The tiles in the bathroom were damaged (this is dangerous for children). The hotel grounds are in a terrible state. There is a repair. The water in the children's pool was rotten. There was rubbish and a dead animal floating in the main pool. They didn't even remove the water during the renovation. The owner didn't tell us anything about it. We've wasted time and money. Our first day was ruined. Our child was crying because he was looking forward to swimming in the pool.
The hotel area is not suitable for recreation. For the money you can rent the best housing. We are very disappointed and demanded a refund from Agoda (this issue is being resolved). It was very difficult for us to find a new home before the New Year.

Booked the resort hostel where the photo shown at agoda is much more nicer..but when we reached there the room was smelly and 1 other night when we get back to the hostel there was no water and we need to wait for 2 hours..SMELLY ROOM..i can get much more nice room with the same price...just not worth to stay here..

what you see in this picture is a paid ticket for a tour to see around the city but a day before i personally did go to the hotel and asked to cancel this trip ,the manager told me i have to come tomorrow for refund
so i went to to hotel at 10 am and i see the same lady ( manager ) and she refused to pay my money back
for your info i was in that town for 11 days and i spend about $13.000 USA dollar which is almost 420000 thailand money

as you see this paid 2000 thailand money ticket which is almost $65 USA is nothing for me but its hurt me when the hotel manager cheat me
when the hotel refused to pay my money back i did go to police station and complain ,first of all i face with the stopid chief of police - he look at my paid ticket and found the hotel phone number and he did call the manager of the hotel to come to the stations ,as soon as she came i asked the chief of police to speck english not Thailand language so i can understand while the hotel manager also understood english -he refused and start talking in their language so after two hours of wasting my time he said we are not giving your money back if you want take the matter to the court ,unfortunately i did not have time to do so because i had a flight to go to USA next day other wise i would go to the court and and also complain about this stopid chief of police which he is so unfortunate to tell them not to pay my money back in order to share some of this 2000 thailand money with them
i will take action about this chief of police through the international police headquarters in Thailand to teach him how to deal with tourist that they come to thailand for vacations and spending their money like me
at the same time for the tourst use this Baan Lukken hotel for any kind of services make sure not to let them take any advantage of you and be carefull not to be cheeted like me.

regarding my letter ( my complain )
do not ever think the costumer are stupid why in the world it is my fault while your stupid manager try to make money on the side and lie to me that he pay the money to driver while the the money was realy nothing for me but i do not like to be cheated at the same time the police did not respond to this matter correctly and i send my complain to the police head quarter in Thailand for this un polite and stupid police offecer and i will followup and i promis teaching him a lessen not to talk and handle a complain like this
