Where to stay in Florence

The hotel is located in the old city, making it convenient to get to any attraction. However, please note that the last bus departs at 8:30 PM. The female front desk staff weren't as friendly as the male staff. Overall, it was okay.

This hotel was a fantastic find for my independent trip to Italy. It's not far from the central station, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the Duomo – a real oasis of calm in the city. It's also right next to Dante's House. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was spacious, the service was good, and it was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Florence. The complimentary two bottles of water was a plus.

The hotel was well positioned outside the hustle and bustle of central Florence. We were travelling by train, so having the tram stop just across the road was very convenient. The room was a good size, the pillows wonderful and there was plenty of hot water for showers.

We were in Italy for our Honeymoon! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We had this hotel included in our Costco Travel package and we are so grateful to have had this hotel. We enjoyed out stay at Hotel Croce di Malta. The staff was attentive and the location was excellent and it was easy to walk to all the areas of the city that we wanted to.
