Overall an excellent stay, friendly staff, super clean room, excellent service, and very convenient location

Great location, clean and very nice, friendly staff. The shower is very difficult to step into and would be my only negative. I probably would not stay just because of that ( I am on the shorter side) but older adults might have a difficult time with it as well.

We had an excellent stay at hotel Albergo in Florence. The hotel is perfectly located: close enough to the train station to walk and a 5 mins walk to just about every attraction you can imagine. The rooms were very quiet, spotless, and staff were beyond helpful and so kind. The breakfast was amazing with many food choices and we would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

This is my 3rd time staying at Albergo Firenze. It is a typical city hotel with an extraordinary staff. You can’t beat the location with plenty of great restaurants near by. It is clean, comfortable and never disappoints. I look forward to my next stay with them.

The rooms are old. The breakfast is very bad. They only give you scrambled eggs with sausages that look like they were from yesterday. There was a very unpleasant situation. First of all the room was very tiny for that price. I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator. That was provided but the it was extremely noisy. The staff was helpful especially in the dining hall. The receptionists were also friendly.

Amazing hotel, with great facilities and staff

The parking fee is 30 euros for a commercial vehicle and 25 euros for a regular car, which is too expensive. Breakfast is 13 euros, which is acceptable. The city tax is 7 euros. Overall, the stay was mediocre. The single bed was a bit small. The value for money is just average.

Comfortable bed in a clean, quiet room, in a wonderful location! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is helpful in every way. Take the time to enjoy a sunset drink on the rooftop (all the way up!) for an incredible view. Lots to enjoy while wandering the neighborhood. Can't wait to return!

It's quite nice, a very retro building, and the rooftop restaurant offers views of the Boboli Gardens. It's very close to the Old Bridge and Pitti Palace. The only downside is that there's no elevator.

Nice and clean hotel and is near to Florence Santa Marie Train station. Need to tale lift shared by 3 hotels. Love the nearby food and supermarket beside Macdonald. This is a very well-located accommodation, with a magnificent view of the city from the 5th floor. The cleanliness of the rooms is great. The staff are very helpful. Small hotel very close to the Santa Maria Novella station, about 15 minutes walk from the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral and 5 minutes walk from the central market. The cleanliness is average, the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast is a bit poor. There are some adjustments that should be made to the maintenance of the rooms.

The location is excellent, close to attractions and a nearby supermarket. While the spacious size is a plus, perhaps because it's so large, it seems difficult to clean thoroughly. The sofa, bed, and floor were dusty. If you touched them with your hand, something powdery would constantly get on them or get on your skin. I used large towels on the bed and sofa, and wore slippers on the floor.

Everything was perfect. We were completely satisfied. The location, in particular, is unbeatable. The only downside: the water coming out of the shower was initially scalding hot, then ice cold.

Fabulous apartment so close to the Duomo, just 5 mins walks. We loved it and it felt so homely. There is lots of stairs to walk up in the building but don't let that put you off. It helps you work off all that lovely food. We will definitely stay there again. The location was ideal for being fairly close to the train station. The room had ample space and was clean. Part of the door frame around the bathroom was missing so some work needed to be done. I appreciated the included free breakfast in the morning and the courtyard patio to sit in.

Nice comfortable room with AC and a private balcony overlooking the street out front. Can't be skinny enough to be able to take a shower and close the shower, so just resign yourself to spraying a bit of water and put one of the bidet towels on the floor to soak it up and you'll be ok. I am unsure it’s due to a chain hotel, so it’s just their business culture. My family didn’t feel welcomed at the very beginning. The most unacceptable thing is that I forgot to pack my AirPod since I used it during the night in bed and it’s hard to see it because the case and beddings are all white. The hotel bathroom was leaking, and after taking a shower, the water almost gushed out of the bathroom.

It is very close to the train station and the transportation is convenient. There is a vegetable market next to it, the fruits are quite fresh and the prices are affordable. We took a taxi when we went out, and tried the subway when we came back, and found it was also very good.

The room is quite warmly decorated, and the hotel is in a very good location. You can reach famous attractions such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore within walking distance. The most important thing is that the front desk staff are very kind and will actively help with all kinds of problems. I will stay there next time when I return to Florence.
