Had a nice stay. We had to change rooms cause one of the floors had a lot of noise with the pipes. The breakfast buffet is nice and I was very comfortable there.

Garden-style hotel with a very beautiful environment. The front desk lady gave me a city walk map which was very useful. She also recommended three restaurants near the hotel, which was great. The room facilities were not as good as those in the garden environment. The bathroom shower was a bit small. Everything else was very good.

The surrounding is clean and tidy, not far from the tram station. It's a 5-minute walk, very convenient. Breakfast was not bad. The style of the room is fresh and elegant, but it seems that it was renovated not too long ago and has a bit of a smell. There is a small refrigerator in the room and bottled water is provided.

It's similar to a fast hotel, clean and simple, and for the same price, it's average in Europe. The front desk service is good, but the surrounding environment is not very good, it's a bit messy, and there's nothing to eat nearby at night.

The hotel lage is very convenient in the centre, it's easy to walk to reach the Uffzi, breakfast can't complain with realativ plenty offer.

Polite and friendly staff. But there is no one to make you a cappuccino in the afternoon.We asked for help on how to get to Bologna airport and the answer was that they would call us a taxi. Provided that we are close to the train station and bus stops... Well, that's the situation...

The constant presence of staff at the front desk was reassuring, and their guidance was excellent. The breakfast was good. It was a nice touch to have two complimentary bottles of water in the room. The availability of multiple rental umbrellas was very helpful. The room cleanliness was perfectly fine. My only minor disappointment was that the body soap pump was broken.

Quiet and well-located. Staff friendly and very helpful. Although the location isn't in the city center, there are bus and light rail stations nearby, which is quite convenient. There's also a large supermarket nearby for supplies. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the rooms are very spacious. Florence is beautiful!

The room was very clean, and while a bit old-fashioned, it was still quite charming. Free parking in this area? What more could you ask for! For a business trip, it's a really great option for a solo traveler to get a good night's sleep.

The location is so-so, and the facilities are rather outdated.

I stayed two nights. It felt a bit old and was quite far from the attractions. It had a retro feel, which was nice. But it didn't seem very clean….. There weren't many convenience stores around. There was a decent pizza place nearby. Other places were just average. I wouldn't recommend it 😢 but the price reflects that, haha…. If you don't care about the price, you can check out other places.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. I cannot say enough good things about our stay there a few weeks ago. The staff were so helpful and graciously answered all our questions.
