The room was perfectly for one person 👍. But mirror is way too high can’t even reach….

The location of the hotel is convenient and the staff's attitude is ok. But the hotel itself is too old and lacks maintenance. We stayed for two nights, no hot water the first night, the next morning had said it was being repaired hoping to fix it in 1 hour, unfortunately by the evening there was still only lukewarm water. This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast with delicious coffee and cappuccino and a bar w drinks in the evening. Italian local hotel, average accommodation, ok breakfast

It was noisy and extremely hot in April too! So summers going to be very hot. People constantly go up and down the stairs for the rooftop view and its very very noisy. I barely slept the nights I stayed here and totally regretted!

We booked a double room. Upon arrival, we were given the keys to an apartment in a separate building far from the hotel, with unacceptable conditions. Excellent location, steps from the cathedral. The hotel is very neat, it has an elevator and a beautiful rooftop with excellent views of the city. As it shares the elevator with access to the rooftop, it is usually more requested than normal. The room is small and we had a hard time sleeping due to the noise coming from the street at night, despite being on a high floor.

I highly recommend this stylish antique-style Airbnb in Florence! The management is impeccable, and the value for money is surprisingly good! It's a guesthouse, which wasn't clearly stated on Ctrip. The owner probably lives across the hallway from the guesthouse. We agreed to return to the guesthouse at 3 PM to pick up my luggage, but when I arrived just 5 minutes later, everyone was walking their dog, and there was no one there. I waited for 40 minutes and almost called the police because my train was at 3:20 PM. This is a major red flag...

This is a B&B-style hotel. The rooms aren't very large, but the facilities are very complete. The most surprising thing is that there's a small bar inside the hotel with free food. The hotel is amazing. The AC didn’t work in our room but the staff did everything in their power to fix it and it finally did work. The breakfast buffet was bad. They need to do way better. We’ve had better breakfast selections at a $150 per night hotel. Overall amazing though.

Villa is a great place to stay and rooms are spacious. The only improvement that I would suggest is that the breakfast is either improved or completely removed. I had not booked breakfast as I only have a coffee and a bowl of cornflakes. I could not believe it when asked to pay 12 Euro for possibly the worst breakfast I have seen in over 50 hotels in the past 2 years

I stayed two nights in two different rooms, both of which were spacious. The heating was excellent at night, making the whole place warm and cozy. The pool was covered in winter, but the environment was relaxed and quiet; I could imagine how comfortable it would be to be by the pool in summer. Aside from being a bit far from the central train station, everything else was great.

Hotel Continentale has a rooftop patio that affords the most stunning views of the surrounding town; sunset here is unparalleled! I chose to stay here for a 2nd year after a wonderful visit the 1st time. This time, I came 4 days early to explore Arezzo. I think it's the best in terms of location and price. There is no elevator in the hotel, so it was difficult to carry large luggage. The front desk staff was very friendly, showed us around, and carried our luggage when we went to the club. There is only one shared bathroom (unit bath), so you have to be careful when there are other guests staying.

I liked its proximity to the main point of interest, train station and restaurants. Definitely, I’m staying there again for the next time either Hotel Monica or Mario’s.
