The room was perfectly for one person 👍. But mirror is way too high can’t even reach….
The location of the hotel is convenient and the staff's attitude is ok. But the hotel itself is too old and lacks maintenance. We stayed for two nights, no hot water the first night, the next morning had said it was being repaired hoping to fix it in 1 hour, unfortunately by the evening there was still only lukewarm water. The elderly are afraid of cold and illness. As a result, I didn't take a shower...
It was cheap, the rooms were spacious, and the front desk staff were kind. I was really satisfied with the hotel, so I recommend it!
Nice big bedroom for family with 2 kids!
Great location, close to metro station. Staff was very kind guiding us and storing our luggage.
Reviews are old and hotel is pretty nice fridge didnt work but other than that it was clean and staff was really nice

Wonderful place to Stay.
And beautiful room with the masterpiece paintings all over.
A modern and yet a very antique space, with a good sense of humor, and with a history.
Great location - max. 15 min by foot to almost everything, inc. train.
We loved staying here.
Very good breakfast included. Hot Radiator in the bathroom is one of the best things to make life of a traveler much better.
Highly...
Stayed for 5 nights, its a chilled, quiet yet super convenient hotel with a bit of fun and luxe. Friendly staffs especially the ladies working on the breakfast. Small breakfast spread but have everything I love - eggs, crispy bacons, juice, cold cuts, cheese and very delicious fruits. My room felt very new, located on 1st floor where the superheroes greeted me every morning, Windows open to inner courtyard...
This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast with delicious coffee and cappuccino and a bar w drinks in the evening. Staff was very friendly and extremely responsive. Our last morning we left for an early flight and they gave us bags of food with snacks for breakfast which was very thoughtful. I would recommend!
Stayed here for 4 nights in November 2025. Perfect location, beautiful design and wonderful staff. Breakfast buffet very nice. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
The rooms were fine. The lobby was spectacular. Palm trees made from tires. Beautiful. The service was wonderful. Our bags were late into Firenze, and the manager did everything in his power try to arrange their delivery. We were out to dinner when they arrived and the staff delivered them to our room. The location on Piazza Santa Maria Novella was beyond belief. Every morning the Piazza would be jammed...
Fantastic experience! Staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating! Breakfast is really good and rooms have great AC. Highly recommend, especially for first time Florence travelers!

Everything was very nice, clean and they were incredibly attentive. They contacted me the day before and guided me to the hotel, taking great care of us. The room was clean and warm, we will come again because it was a short stay. We especially thank you very very much.
Gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious! Only thing I didn't like is the noise going around until like 12 am. Also in the morning there was doors slamming, people talking loud etc. other than that we enjoyed our stay.
The room was spotless, with daily housekeeping. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff were very attentive. The power outlets weren't compatible with my laptop, but the front desk promptly provided an adapter. The location is convenient, within easy walking distance of the city center, and there are bus stops nearby. Breakfast was enjoyable. The only minor point was the absence of a soap shelf in the...
The boss is very nice and the location is very good, very close to the main attractions. The 24-hour front desk is worth praising and the breakfast is also good.
The drain in the bathroom is a bit clogged. The sound insulation is average. The hygiene is OK.

It was noisy and extremely hot in April too! So summers going to be very hot. People constantly go up and down the stairs for the rooftop view and its very very noisy. I barely slept the nights I stayed here and totally regretted!
We booked a double room. Upon arrival, we were given the keys to an apartment in a separate building far from the hotel, with unacceptable conditions. After a formal complaint and a request for a refund, we were given a room in the main hotel. The room was clean, quite old, and had a very poor heating system. The hotel's Wi-Fi didn't reach the room, and mobile data was intermittent. In the bathroom...
Room needs to be revamp. Add kettle and cups atleast.
The room is extremely basic, with old furniture and no air conditioning (though this was mentioned when choosing a room), though there is a fan. The hair dryer in the bathroom is terribly outdated, making it very difficult to dry long hair. The wooden shutters are a nice touch, but opening and closing them is a pain (even if there are no other ways to freshen up the room). It's conveniently located...
The hotel is very well located next to the Duomo and all the major shops and attractions, there is a bar at Roftop (expensive and without food options, but there is one). The service from the staff was with that ugly, short and rude face, the room, although quite spacious, was not pleasant, a mini fan for three beds which was of no use, I have never sweated so much at night, the bathroom was renovated...
Excellent location, steps from the cathedral. The hotel is very neat, it has an elevator and a beautiful rooftop with excellent views of the city. As it shares the elevator with access to the rooftop, it is usually more requested than normal. The room is small and we had a hard time sleeping due to the noise coming from the street at night, despite being on a high floor.

Fabio at the front desk welcomed us with a smile and gave us lots of helpful information. He was so kind and friendly. He called a taxi for us too. He went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome.
Hotel Ferrucci saved us. We had made the mistake of booking our other hotel for one less day than we needed and had to last minute scramble. Ferrucci was literally the only hotel with vacancy in the city and we snagged the last room. For that, I will be forever grateful.
In terms of review, this place is definitely a budget option with a no-frills motel vibe and it's further away from the core of...
The location of this hotel is amazing. Not too distant from the city center but quiet and calm during the night. Our room was relatively big but the furniture was randomly located (I was with my boyfriend and we had one king size bed+2 unnecessary really big single beds)😁. The bathroom was clean but the walk-in shower was too uncomfortable for me since there wasn't a handheld shower so everytime I...
Easy accessible by car. We left our car in the private parking lot next to the hotel for €10 which is a bargain for being that close to the city center. The room was clean and the host was very kind. Definitely recommend it!
Really good location if you arriving by car, cheapest parking in the area. You could park you car at hotel and reach center of Florence in less than 10 minutes by bus. Nice personal, cozy building.
Noisy in the morning, really bad lighting in the room, no kettle
Spacious rooms that are nicely decorated. Great selection of TV channels. Common balcony that looks on to the River Arno. Basic breakfast buffet available at 6 euro. Consider grabbing breakfast around the corner at Bottega di Pasticceria.

The most positive point would be the location, just next to a tram stop and walkable distance to most major attractions. Check-in is very straightforward, with easy communication from the administrator. The room we stayed in was clean and providing enough space for us. Still, there is one blocked door towards the general hallway, door that is not at all soundproofed so we could hear every step and...
This accommodation was really amazing. We were just few meters from tram and bus station. Staff were very nice. It was amazing experience.
The service was excellent. I would recommend to place the AC up in the ceiling or far from the bed, because it was difficult to sleep next to it when it was on (because it was too close to the bed), and even more so when it was off (because it was too hot). Also, the bathroom had the top a bit loose. But apart from that, the place was clean and in a good location, at ten minutes walking from the train...

We spend 4 very relaxing nights at the Eden Rock Resort. The view is fantastic and we feel in love with the pool. The staff was very nice and forth coming.
We chosen to celebrate my 40th birthday at eden rock resort. It did not disappoint it was a beautiful, the pictures on love holidays did not do it justice. I highly recommend this hotel/resort! Firstly the staff were amazing, going above and beyond for me and my partner. The room was quite cozy, although it had a strong smell of paint or wood. Perfect location if you're exploring the city center on foot.
Clean and tidy rooms and centrally located for all the sites.
Everything was great except for the small elevators. It's a very artistic hotel.

We received a room with two single beds and stayed for three nights. While we understand this is a guesthouse, for the nightly price paid, we expected basic amenities to be properly provided. We appreciated the daily replenishment of teabags and coffee, as well as the remaking of bed sheets and linens. However, for the same price, one could easily stay at a nearby four-star hotel. Based on our experience...
7 minutes walking distance to the cathedral, 4 person rooms are very clean, toilet and bathroom were newly built. We stayed with breakfast included, breakfast varieties are not very wide but it was enough for us. It is a great advantage to be within walking distance to the center and places to visit. We were satisfied as a family. Full price performance hotel.
I think the room is good, the hot water for the bath can be a little hotter. The service staff is very enthusiastic, and breakfast is in a high-end restaurant next door. There is a girl at the front desk who looks like Sophie Marceau 😍, which shocked me deeply.
I think this is more of a 4.5 Star review. The hotel was great, with friendly staff and easy to find. Valet service was stress free. The hotels location is great, walking distance to most of the local sites of the city. Only downside was that the rooms can be a little noisey, with the ability to hear other rooms through the ventilation in the bathroom. Not a major issue but just made the hotel feel...
The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Duomo, train station, and a lot of other sights. Breakfast was very good. Staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was updated. I feel it needs new hallway carpet and some touch ups here and there. This would not keep me from going again. We stayed there two years in a row.
The receptionist who checked us in was very kind and helpful - as it was our first time visiting Florence, he provided us with a map showing all the key attractions, and marked out a route on the map for us to follow to begin exploring the city. It is not a real hotel. Only advantage is nearby the train station.
I highly recommend this stylish antique-style Airbnb in Florence! The management is impeccable, and the value for money is surprisingly good! Although the place isn't large, the facilities are excellent. The rooms are impeccably clean and smell wonderful. The best part is the small bar with complimentary food; the croissants at breakfast were absolutely delicious! 😋
It's a guesthouse, which wasn't clearly stated on Ctrip. The owner probably lives across the hallway from the guesthouse.
We agreed to return to the guesthouse at 3 PM to pick up my luggage, but when I arrived just 5 minutes later, everyone was walking their dog, and there was no one there. I waited for 40 minutes and almost called the police because my train was at 3:20 PM. This is a major red flag...
Convenient place. Can take tram to arrive the nearest station and just walk 3mins to arrive. There is free water and fresh juice in the fridge. Clean place and the bed is very comfortable. I had 2 nights of good sleep. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Highly recommend here!
This is a B&B-style hotel. The rooms aren't very large, but the facilities are very complete. The most surprising thing is that there's a small bar inside the hotel with free food. Not only is there a refrigerator full of drinks, but the host will also thoughtfully prepare breakfast and make you a cup of coffee. It's great! The elevator to the upper floors is a bit awkward.
The hotel is in a great location, with all the main sights of Tuscany concentrated around it. It's a great hotel! It's very close to Pienza, a 10-minute drive away! The hotel has a retro style!

Located within minutes from the train station. Walkable distance to all major attractions. I am impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The toilet is sparkling clean.

Huippu hieno Villa
Todella upea kokemus, pieni, vain 7 sviittiä. Kaikki aivan viimeisen päälle hoidettu. Upeat isot sviitit. Hieno uima-allasalue. Todella hyvä palvelu mutta koe tämä enemmän historiallisena huvila kuin hotellina. Villan yhteydessä on hyvä ja suosittu ravintola upealla näkymillä Firenzeen. Normaalisti hääjuhlapaikka. Villa is a great place to stay and rooms are spacious. The only improvement that I would suggest is that the breakfast is either improved or completely removed. I had not booked breakfast as I only have a coffee and a bowl of cornflakes. I could not believe it when asked to pay 12 Euro for possibly the worst breakfast I have seen in over 50 hotels in the past 2 years
I stayed two nights in two different rooms, both of which were spacious. The heating was excellent at night, making the whole place warm and cozy. The pool was covered in winter, but the environment was relaxed and quiet; I could imagine how comfortable it would be to be by the pool in summer. Aside from being a bit far from the central train station, everything else was great.
1- No reception be careful about getting the entry codes
The description says 24h reception so I was relaxed thinking all would go smoothly when we arrived around 22h in the evening. THERE IS NO RECEPTION! It is all online and you receive a code supposedly, but I checked my email multiple times and didn't receive any code.
No signage about where the entrance was, I called the numbers provided on trip...
It was all really great and I would gladly go back.
The location is good, you can reach many famous attractions on foot, and there are some choices for free breakfast. It is suitable for travelers who like to find a different accommodation experience. The interior of the room is also unique.

very nice hotel, the only reason for not 5 star is that our room was very close to reception and we found it quite noisy, phone ringing early, talking guests and activity. This hotel is a hidden gem right in the centre of Florence. The room was large and had all the amenities we needed. The location could not be better - just steps from the Duomo but also relatively quiet at night. Would absolutely stay here again.
Great location near everything. Duomo is down the street. Large rooms and friendly helpful staff. Their recommendations for panini shop (La Divina)and dinner (Cafaggi) were excellent. Very convenient location to all of florence and in a safe area! There are plenty of local cafés, restaurants, and shops right in the streets around the hotel. Hotel was all that we needed for our stay and the room was clean! Would stay here again!
A bit antiquated, but nonetheless comfy. Very handy to the train station and attractions. Some great cafes, bars and restaurants clise by.
I think it's the best in terms of location and price.
There is no elevator in the hotel, so it was difficult to carry large luggage. The front desk staff was very friendly, showed us around, and carried our luggage when we went to the club.
There is only one shared bathroom (unit bath), so you have to be careful when there are other guests staying.
