Stay was great. Location was great. However, no one told us that the Hotel was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Staff carried up the luggage, but for someone with leg issues, this was a problem.

The hotel is very clean, spacious, and quiet, and the staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is also excellent. It's very easy to get to the center of Florence by tram, which stops just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

Considering the price, this hotel in Florence is already very good. A 5-minute walk takes you directly to the tram, which takes you directly to Florence Central Station or Florence Airport.

Great stay, warm welcoming staff members available 24/7. Breakfast was great with homemade pastries and pies. The location is around 25mins away from the main station but the transportation was available and convenient to commute. There are no supermarkets nearby so better get your snacks or water bottles from the central. Would definitely recommend the stay overall 👍

Very welcoming, familiar, Kind and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very generous. It is also close to the tram and with the T2 it takes less than 20 minutes to the center. The rooms were a little small but had everything you need; I recommend it to someone who wants to visit the city or is in Florence for work.

Room was clean and well presented. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Could hear the family living upstairs, child running up and down, dragging chairs in the morning. This ‘hotel’ is in a residential building and only occupies 2 floors. Had to use a 7 digit to get onto both floors and to get into the building. No sensor lights working in the stairwell up to the hotel.

We like that we could easily find the hotel as a "one street straight line" from the centre of Florence. We walked it both days that we were there.

The decoration facilities are relatively old. The sink and shower drains are blocked and the water drains very slowly. The breakfast is generally satisfying. The good thing is that the location is great and you can go anywhere within walking distance.

While the hotel facilities and environment had a somewhat dated feel, the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast quality far exceeded our expectations. The superb location also saved us a lot of time. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The room wasn't big, but its best feature was its excellent location, right in the heart of town. Shops lined both sides of the street, and there were even places to drink in the evenings – very convenient. The breakfast was also decent.

It was great! Super nice and clean inside the rooms. We came during November so we didn’t have to use any air conditioning or heat. This hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center so if you’d prefer to be closer, just be aware !

The location of this hotel is perfect! It is a close walk to everything, but also on a small and relatively quiet street. Dario was welcoming and helpful with restaurant suggestions and what neighbors to avoid at night since I was a woman traveling alone.
