Everything is good especially the order can offer and organize some tours. They are reasonable priced compared to other travel agencies.

The room is clean and big with all appliances. That is located next to the main park so that you can take a walk all around safely. The owner is so kind and flexible.

Very clean, welcoming hotel. The linen is clean, the room is spacious, the shower is good, toothbrushes were changed every day, there are shower gels, shampoo, good liquid soap, the plumbing is in good condition, there are plenty of towels, robes and slippers. We were especially pleased with the delicious breakfasts, the service is excellent. The staff is polite. I liked everything.

Good location, good breakfast, good value for money

This is where I booked a room to visit Lake Big Almaty and Mt. Arakha in Almaty. It is a bit away from the city center, but I enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace while looking at the snow-capped mountains. It is also in a great location for visiting art galleries and museums the next day.

It's a very clean hotel. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The hotel is not bad, clean, very warm in the rooms, cozy! Cons: there are issues with personnel, the administrator at the reception is blonde, she can’t speak, she’s not competent with collective farm habits, there is no basic proper communication with guests, she spoils the impression of the hotel!

Room looked cheap motel. Hoped to have a shower but the water was ice cold.

I came to check in around 5 pm or later. I was told the room will be ready in 10 minutes which actually was longer. Anyway, the room should have been kept ready for the normal check in time. Good location, close to the city and mountains and a river nearby. I liked everything, breakfasts in the morning and a cozy house. In the garden there is a yurt with full decoration.

The bathroom was not very convenient as the sink is out of the toilet and shower because it is very small, but doable. We were here at the championship, basically like everywhere else, the locker rooms are small, there aren’t enough seats for everyone. There are no seats for spectators in the hall.

Excellent sports complex. There is a football field and tennis courts. In winter there is a skating rink and in summer there is an outdoor swimming pool. And all this is among huge pines, like in a forest. There is both indoor and outdoor parking on site for a fee.

We went swimming using Chocolife coupons on a day off. The pool is average, the water is generally warm, there are not very many people. Good service, in terms of cuisine - the portions are small, the pizza is not tasty. If you arrive before lunch, you can grab comfortable sun loungers by the pool. Convenient location.
