I really liked the hotel. It's so convenient to be able to eat right there, and the food was delicious. The room was also great.

The room was spacious but felt old, and the water pressure was quite low. Being on the seventh floor also meant climbing two flights of stairs.

Accommodation which is very near Zenkov Cathedral. One of the few hotels in the city which can accommodate a family of 4 in one room with adequate beds. Breakfast was decent with a good spread of food.

The only blemish, if one could call it that, was that we were assigned a room with twin single beds instead of the queen bedroom that was booked. Also, the water hose in the bathroom did not work well. I suspect that the trigger was jammed due to the hard water. Apart from that, everything else was quite good. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

Always my go-to hotel. The rooms are spacious, and it offers good value for money. Breakfast is decent. However, they really need to improve their hygiene and disinfection practices.

Nice hotel but few things can get better  1. No well marked or information for reception desk location, need to ask around for directions. 2. The shower’s temperature changing quickly from hot to cold alternatively. 3. Window blocked by safety staircases, the manager refused to switch room. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay even they over charge me taxi fees.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions. The view from the window was beautiful, and the restaurant on the top floor offered a glimpse of distant snow-capped mountains in the morning. The breakfast selection was extensive. I did have to move rooms as the room i was first put (312) had a very high window, it was cramped and the noise of the extraction units were quite loud, but once i had moved i was much happier, the staff were very helpful! I'm here for a special occasion I'm international table tennis umpire and I have an international tournament there the Hotel is clean I saw to kind of rooms one with king bed and it's big enough and another one had two small beds and tiny the only thing I don't like here it's far from the city center about half an hour to go there that's it 🙂

Bad, unmotivated and poorly organized service everywhere. we did not stay at the hotel. We were just here for the banyas, steam rooms and pools. The place is amazing. It was snowy, but overcast. Sadly, mountains weren't visible the day we were here, but, nonetheless, it was a wonderful experience. Not bad. For those who love baths, swimming pool. They are of different types here. You need to take a bathrobe, towel, slippers, a hat for the bath. And the cost of rent is very high. Bathrobe 3000, towel 1500, well, everything else. There is food, the prices are also high, as in all such establishments. We took water, drinks and snacks with us, we did not forbid it.

the breakfast is good, there're fruit, varies of cheese, varies of smoke ham (including horse meat), dessert, varies of drinks (2 kind of juice, milk, tea, coffee), eggs, breads, salad and they start the breakfast time at 7.00 am. (in the last day, we take away the breakfast because we have to go to the airport and they gave us sandwich and apple). and dinning table have indoor and outdoor room.

The room was bit tiny, but fit for two person two open two big luggage at the same time. Bed also bit small, I almost fell during my sleep. Cleanliness is fine, no complaint. The breakfast choice is decent. The only complaint is they only have 1 small elevator which can contain 2 persons and luggage at the same time.

Dear guests of Almaty, this hotel had a very good reputation 20 years ago and was a truly awesome place! However, it's fallen into disrepair now. The rooms and grounds are clean, but unfortunately, the road to the hotel is in poor condition with trash everywhere. The capsules are a bit worn, and there are a couple of spots that need repair, but it doesn't really affect the stay.
