Excellent Marriott-level hotel. The staff always goes the extra mile, and the rooms are clean and cozy. I personally prefer the upgraded room because it's larger, but overall, the quality of everything is superb! Wonderful Apartment Good thing So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful. I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment. The downsides are the single outlet in the room near the TV (maybe I didn't look hard enough, who knows) and the room doors and keys are worn out by time (I'm used to cards being accepted everywhere).
