Tokyo, 2 Chome-2-8 Shinjuku, Sindzyuku, 160-0022 Tokio, Yaponiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
A business hotel close to the subway station. Breakfast on the first floor is delicious. Using sauna of B1 is a good way to relieve fatigue. The room is really small, so it is difficult for 2 people to use it. My back hurts because the bed is old. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near the subway. Unexpectedly, there are many Western tourists.
They were very helpful when I needed to store my luggage, and they even gave me directions to my destination, which was a huge help! I'd love to stay here again!
This is a typical chain business hotel. I usually stay elsewhere in Shinjuku, but it was fully booked. This hotel and my usual one are both about a 10-minute walk from the station. A definite plus here is the public bath downstairs, although it's clearly not a natural hot spring. I also appreciate its proximity to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, which I love. It's a straightforward and convenient walk...
The room was clean and well-equipped, but the service at the counter was not impressive. They weren't as helpful or informative as they should have been when I had questions.
Cosy place with nice facilities. Staff were very friendly too
The stay overall was smooth. The room layout is somewhat unconventional, with several rooms featuring lowered ceiling beams that can feel restrictive in certain areas. This appears to be due to the building’s structural design and infrastructure placement, and while it may affect the sense of openness, the rooms remain functional and efficiently organised for short stays.
On a positive note, the hotel...

Tokyo, 7-14-4 Roppongi, Minato-ku (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Exquisite location, great amenities and facilities.
There were some spots regarding cleanliness, but all-in-all, for tourists like us, a hotel room is a place to recharge after a hard day.
By the way, the bed is amazing!
Is so spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, there are plenty of big windows so you can see the nice night views, the room is so clear it gives a clean view of everything, and the massage chair is so convenient, my cousin fell asleep on it! The metro is next to it and it has a lift so is convenient when coming up with luggages! Would love to come back
Did not try the food.
Room is small.
Hotel very clean.
Good location 200m from Roppongi station.
Cleanliness: Very clean, super satisfied.
Facilities: The room is small, but it has everything you need.
Service: Self-service check-in/out.
Environment: The location is excellent, very close to the Hibiya Line exit, and you can walk to Minami Aoyama and Shibuya.
For a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, the value for money is pretty good; you can enjoy the tower view to your heart's content. The location is also excellent, very close to both Midtown and Roppongi Hills. The only minor issue I noticed is that the elevators always stop on the fourth floor. With four elevators in total, perhaps this could be optimized to be more guest-friendly.
The hotel is located in the vibrant Roppongi area, close to Tokyo Tower and near Don Quijote (Donki). The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel also offers beautiful views of the city.
There is a bar and a yakiniku restaurant located within the hotel building, which makes dining very convenient.
The hotel staff provide excellent service and are very welcoming...

The room is small but clean.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The bread are fresh and yummy.
Hotel lobby was superb!! They have a bakery and a restaurant/bar. They also have a vinyl playing when you come in. Our room was enough, we had a comfortable stay and the space was just right for us and we can still open our luggages. Restroom were very clean and not like the old yellow plastic material you see in old hotels. I usually stay near godzilla street but I like the location of this since...
Loved this hotel! Location was perfect and the room was spacious! Also loved that there was a bakery in the lobby!
We loved this hotel! Across the street from a large park and subway station. Walked to SHINJUKU for shopping and restaurants. Hotel had a great bar and bakery for food. Rooms were larger for the price we paid. We would definitely come back to The Knot.
Excellent hotel, very well situated, with friendly staff, easy check-in and out, fabulous onsite bakery. Our room was a little small by European standards but perfectly adequate. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us
A lovely modern hotel. However location is really far from central Shinjuku. I doubt I’ll stay here next time. Room is modern and clean though.

Good view for the hot spring, but the room is very small, not enough to open the gip,
Venue was nice, location wise is kind of outskirt of shinjuku, but acceptable, due to away from noisiness! However, the service was not to enjoyable, at times, i felt disrespected but the services.
The rooftop hot spring is great.
10-15 mins walk from Shinjuku train station. An open onsen and indoor onsen on top floor. Quite popular among tourist.
Overall experience is good although the room is slightly small for 2 persons. About less than 10mins walk to Shinjuku town area.
The onsen is amazing with the entire Shinjuku view.
Highly recommended.
Great traditional Japanese hotel with a spa like feel. Everything about this hotel is awesome!
They cleaned our room everyday and replenished the towels too. Room was a good size for a Ryokan style hotel and the 18th floor onsen is beautiful with a great view over the city. Highly recommend!

The staff, location and the cleanliness of the room was 5 star. The only thing the hotel needs is a washing machine. You can pay using a laundry bag but I prefer to wash my own clothes. Other than that, couldn't fault the hotel
Great location, very close to Hibiya metro lines, lots of food and shopping options nearby.
We enjoyed our stay ar Remm Hibiya very much. The staffs were very friendly and could communicate in English well. The location of the hotel is excellent, surrounding by many restaurants, within walkin distance to all the main shopping. The room size is considered to be spacious when compare with typical Japanese hotels, especially bathroom. The room even has a massage chair where you can relax after...
I chose to stay at this hotel for a weekend. First, the location is great – very convenient for getting to Ginza, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, plus it's right next to a theater.
The room was a bit cramped. It would be fine for one person, but for two, it would be quite awkward. There was a massage chair in the room, but I didn't get around to using it during my two-day stay. The...

Great location, just steps away from the JR Yamanote line, Akihabara shopping malls, 24/7 convenience stores and food options were plentiful. It’s a huge relief to return to the hotel from the train station after a long day of walking knowing it’s just at the across the street from the train stations, not just the JR line but other lines as well all in the vicinity. The hotel amenities were good and...
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel's location is very lively, with people still bustling around late at night. It's within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and there are many authentic local eateries nearby. The room itself was quite small, and the 'queen-sized' bed felt a bit smaller than a standard queen. All the basic room amenities were provided. The only inconvenience was parking; we had to park in another commercial...
Transportation is convenient and fast, with direct buses to all airports and all transportation stations within ten minutes.
Good location and clean.
I am return customer and it’s my second stay in this hotel. There is 7-11 nearby.
My stay at the Akihabara Washington Hotel was quite enjoyable. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Akihabara Station, making it super convenient to get there with luggage in just a few minutes – perfect for first-time visitors to Tokyo. The hotel is spotless, the customer service is excellent, and it’s definitely worth recommending for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
I've forgotten the exact location, but I think it was about a 10-minute walk to the subway station and 10-20 minutes to Shinjuku's shopping area. However, it was pretty good value for money if you stay on a weekday.
This was my second time staying at a Toyoko Inn, and the fully self-service, contactless check-in using my passport at the machine was incredibly convenient.
Japanese hotels have very...
Overall, this is probably the best value-for-money hotel in the Shinjuku Kabukicho area. I stayed here six years ago and I'm back again! The room size and cleanliness are pretty standard, similar to other budget hotels. The main thing is that for this price, breakfast is included, and there's a good variety of options with decent taste. It's much better than having to buy rice balls every morning myself
The room itself was pretty standard, typical business hotel style. The surrounding area is quite noisy, but that's to be expected since it's in Kabukicho. I felt a bit uneasy walking around at night due to safety concerns, but thankfully, I only stayed one night, so it was manageable!
The hotel location is good, very close to Shinjuku, but the room is really tiny. We couldn't even open two suitcases. Even though it's small, it has everything you need. The price was quite high, so the value for money is just okay.
The lector. Is okay. I found the 10am check out unreasonable and the guy held open my room door waiting for me to leave. Rude

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is great. It's super convenient, less than 10 meters from the subway exit. They have everything you could possibly need, so you don't have to bring a thing. I had a wonderful stay!
The room was okay, but the space around the bed was too cramped, with no separation in the middle, making it feel a bit tight. As for cleanliness, there were fruit pits left by the previous guest right where the slippers are kept, which really grossed me out. I hope they can be more thorough with their checks. Thanks!
Location: Excellent! It's right by one of the Hanzomon Line's termini, Exit 5, just 20 meters from the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, it's great to have the subway drop you directly at the entrance. Plus, it's super convenient for getting anywhere.
Surroundings: There are three supermarkets – one to the left, one to the right, and one in front of the hotel, all within a three-minute walk...
Nice clean & comfortable room.
Hotel is conveniently located just outside the Hanzomon station.
Excellent for runners that like to jog around the Imperial palace in a 5km loop
Excellent service; was Greeted with warm welcome bottled drinks
Hotel is the best location to travel by subway. Just opposite the gate Honzomon station no5 🥰😘😍

It was pretty good. Very close to Tokyo Tower. Self check-in and check-out were convenient, and there were staff available to assist. The only downside was that the room was quite small, but other than that, everything was fine. There's a convenience store right next door, and you can also store your luggage there.
This hotel offers a seamless self check-in experience. Its location is excellent, very close to Shiba Park, with a FamilyMart right downstairs and a subway station nearby.
The room was quite small, and they didn't provide complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping only came every three days, and the breakfast was just okay – pretty standard stuff. On the plus side, the Tokyo Tower is nearby, and the location is quite central.
We booked 6nights there. Personally, I think the locations are suitable for someone who preferred quiet sleeping area and accessible to the trains. If you gonna ride yamanote line to Shinjuku or Shibuya, it will take around 10minutes walk to the station ( 1km ) but if you take the subway, there are 2 stations nearby which are so accessible to many tourist attractions like Ginza, Asakusa. The hotel facilities are relatively new and clean. The bed size was just right (not like some hotels where it's only 0.8 meters wide), and although the room was small, the layout was reasonable. Super convenient location with a public bath. The room was quite spacious and the luggage storage was a lifesaver.
The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Tokyo Station, making it perfect for a layover in Tokyo. A pleasant surprise was the free happy hour, offering alcoholic drinks, ice cream, and soft drinks. For an 800-yuan hotel, what more could you ask for?
Very good service and polite personnel. only downside was windows had no sunlight coming in. impossible to know id it’s morning or dusk

Rooms in Tokyo are generally a bit on the smaller side, but this one was still perfectly adequate. The location is super convenient, about 900m from Tokyo Station. There's a 7-Eleven just a two-minute walk downstairs, and it's really close to the subway entrance, making it incredibly easy to go shopping in Ginza.
The room space is decent; there's enough space to open a suitcase.
Room was smaller than expected for 3 people but overall decent stay
Room is adequately big enough for our family of 3. Located near to subway stations and shopping cum restaurants.
First time we stayed in this hotel and explored the location which is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. We like the area and the hotel room is decent. It will be great if the hotel has onsen facilities.
Although the price is comparable to the nearby hotel, we were quite disappointed to find that there was no water bottle giveaway. The space was also quite small for the price charged.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. There's a convenience store downstairs, and it's super close to the station, making transport really easy. They also provide tea. The room felt quite new and had fresh air. There's an elevator, which is handy for getting up and down.
About 10-15mins walk (with luggage) from Shinjuku station, quite an ok location. Room space is enough for a solo traveller and has all the amenities that one needs.
