Tokyo, 14-16, Nihombashi Odemma-cho Chuo-ku (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is very convenient. It is situated on the quiet side of Akihabara and good to relax after long day of exploring Tokyo. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Hair curlers are available upon request. Enjoyed the amenities and lounge at the hotel
Reasonable size room. 7 min’s walk to Akihabara Station where you can take two stops to Tokyo station for transfer. Location is also very Tekko Building where air limousine is available.
Perfect!!! It's very quiet and incredibly clean. The room's bedding is comfortable, the air conditioning, lights, and other facilities, as well as the bathroom shower, desk, and sofa, are all excellent, with a super convenient and well-thought-out layout. The toiletries provided are comprehensive and high-quality, and there's a 24-hour bar with drinks and hot water. In short, everything exceeded expectations...
I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore Tokyo. The room was well-equipped and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
On the downside, I found the spring mattress to be a bit uncomfortable, even though the bed size was adequate. Also, the breakfast selection could be improved by adding more fresh fruit and some sweet pastry options. Overall...
During my stay, I encountered two issues:
1. The agent provided incorrect breakfast information to Trip.com, leading to the hotel only offering vouchers (715 yen/each) for a simple, non-filling set meal at the Denny's restaurant across the river upon check-in. Of course, I could pay extra for more food. On the third day, the restaurant informed me that the vouchers could be combined. Due to this...
I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly surprised me. First, the facilities are brand new. Second, the bed and pillows are comfortable and clean, the bathroom is spotless, and the toiletries are good. The hairdryer is a REFA (found in the cabinet under the sofa). The front desk staff are also very friendly. The hotel also provides free coffee, a toaster oven, hot water, and muffins. The common...

Tokyo, 1-39-4 Higashiikebukuro, Tosima, 170-0013 Tokio, Yaponiya (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Everything is very good except that the A/C is a central unit type, so I could not adjust the temperature. The window cannot be opened even a little bit. Therefore, it ended up being too hot on some nights.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro's East Exit. From Ikebukuro, it's very convenient to reach popular attractions like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Sensoji Temple. Japanese hotel rooms are generally a bit small, but I was able to open my large suitcase comfortably. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and I had a great stay!
The air conditioning in the room seemed to have an issue; it was constantly set at 15 degrees Celsius, which was quite cold. I had to wear a thick thermal shirt even in winter. However, I didn't bother asking for help because of the language barrier. The value for money was quite good, though. It's hard to find a triple room for around 1000 yen, including tax. There's a shower, but no bathtub. All...
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its good location. It is very close to Ikebukuro station.
The staff were kind, and the hotel room was a bit small but very cozy.
The only disappointing thing was that there was no closet, so there wasn't enough space to store clothes.
What a bizarre design! I bumped into it every time I passed by.
I booked an 18-square-meter room, so it didn't feel cramped for two people, and we could easily open two suitcases. The transportation is super convenient, with many stores my child loves nearby. There's also a 7-Eleven right across the street downstairs, which is very handy. Highly recommend!

Tokyo, 1 Chome-6-12 Shirakawa, Koto, 135-0021 Tokio, Yaponiya (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is excellent. There is a FamilyMart on the left, and the subway entrance is on the right. The staff are very friendly and helpful — they even recommended a temple where we could ring the bell to celebrate New Year’s Eve 2026. It was absolutely worth it.
We are staying here for 6 days and are having a great experience. The food is excellent for such an affordable price. The staff are super friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable, which makes our stay even more comfortable.
The location is excellent—just a 1–2 minute walk to Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station (Oedo Line). There is a FamilyMart right beside the hotel and two 7-Eleven stores at the back...
We choose 2 single beds room, it was just nice for a small family with 2 kids.
Daily complimentary breakfast was awesome, simple and healthy.
The location is perfect!
We never expect the train exit is just beside the hotel main door😆
And yeah convenient store is just few steps away, that is a must stop place before we head back to hotel room!
Great choice to stay in Tokyo! Room is clean and cozy. Room is cleaned daily for long stay.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection is not much but it's delicious and filling.
Location is perfect, the hotel is located next to train station exit that can take you directly to Shinjuku and Asakusa area.
I'm so glad choosing this hotel for my family trip and will consider to stay in...
Nice location and view. The bathroom needs renovation, but everything is clean and comfortable. Reasonable price for this location and comfort.
Large room and lovely front desk really help me for storage luggages and book service luggages airport transfer.

Fast & smooth check-in, clean room.
Got the room facing the main road so slightly noisy with sirens at night, but other than that it was excellent .
This room is spacious so it can easily fit 2 big check in luggage and 2 hand carry opened on the floor. And we still have space to walk around! The floor is on the lower level so the view is not as great. But the space makes up for it. Great location, great staffs, just need some cleaning with the dryer and I would give it a 5 out of 5
It is very convenient from T-CAT via the airport limousine bus, and there are 3 supermarkets in the area. will definitely stay here again!
Works for a overnight stay for next day trip to airport. The proximity to bus terminal is a huge plus. I also like the fact it's not central area, showing day to day loves and eateries of locals.
The hotel is in a fantastic spot—just a short walk from the station with plenty of convenience stores right nearby for snacks and essentials. However, be aware that the rooms are quite small. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep, but a bit tight for large luggage.
Facilities: This is a semi-self-service hotel. You check in at the front desk and pick up toiletries in the lobby – they have everything you need.
Cleanliness: Very clean. The room was tidied up perfectly every day.
Ambiance: The hotel reminds me a bit of an Atour hotel in China. It's quite lovely, a single building with lots of plants and flowers. The room is small but has everything you could possibly...

The hotel's location is unbeatable, especially for this price point – seriously, what more could you ask for? The room was a bit small but up to Japanese standards. It was very clean and toiletries were available for self-service on the first floor. The only downside was that we checked in a bit late and got a room facing the main road, so the traffic noise was quite disruptive to a peaceful night...
Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Spotless
Environment: Convenient location
The location so far is good and the breakfast is delicious. Their foreign staff is not so friendly and have some communication with their staff, even using the translator.
Stayed in room 660. Housekeeping only every three days. The soundproofing is terrible! I could clearly hear the Japanese couple next door talking at midnight. It felt less like a wall and more like a thin partition. Overall, the soundproofing is really bad! The male staff member at the front desk with glasses could use some improvement in his service attitude, but the other female front desk staff...
The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 50-meter walk to the right from exits 1A or 1B of Kayabacho Station. There are also plenty of convenience stores and dining options nearby. Breakfast offers a good variety. The room itself is quite small, but it has everything you need – pretty standard for business hotels in Japan.
The hotel is very close to the subway station, making its location excellent and convenient. The service was enthusiastic, and the hygiene was impeccable. Overall, it's highly recommended. While the room size isn't large, it's quite acceptable for Tokyo.

Tokyo, 20-1 Maruyamacho Shibuya-ku (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
As this is a 3-star hotel, I didn’t have high expectations considering the price and the prime location. You get exactly what you pay for—a basic hotel with small and not particularly comfortable rooms.
The main issue was that the building only has one elevator, leading to long wait times, which was quite inconvenient. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot in Shibuya, this could work as a quick...
Amenities and change of towels provided daily. Great location to Shibuya spots and the train station. Rooms are small and definitely bring a power plug adaptor as the universal power socket in our room was faulty (but there were 2 Japan sockets so we were fine). Great ramen shop across hotel. Fugu place nearby (but we didn’t try). Would stay again
Pros:
The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. They also offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
Conveniently located close to Shibuya Station and major shopping areas.
Thoughtful amenities are provided, including a comb, shower cap, hair tie, toothpaste and toothbrush, slippers, and more.
Cons:
Beware! The room is extremely small and not recommended if you are traveling...
Ten minute simple walk to the heart of Shibuya. Rooms are small but that is common. The bed was so comfy and we really enjoyed the layout of the room given the size. Great service and amenities. Would stay again if we come back to Shibuya!
The rooms were clean and they made full advantage of the space they had. The rooms are small, but most hotels in Tokyo have tiny rooms. The location of the hotel is awesome, it’s 1km from Shibuya station and Shibuya Crossing.
Great stay, small rooms but good. Would have given more but charged me £6 to call a taxi to the airport. Lol

It was a fantastic stay. The staff was very service oriented and helpful.
The location is great with many eateries nearby and a couple of metro stations within walking distance
This time, there's a slight improvement: they finally replaced that ancient, unswitchable bedside lamp. However, the service staff's attentiveness is quite problematic. They just threw my pajamas on my suitcase without folding them. The front desk only offered a simple 'sorry' in response.
Location is good. Near the cbd district in my opinion. Lots of food options nearby (and we chanced upon really good ramen, sushi and izakaya) walking distance to two subway line which is awesome. The receptionist can converse well. Even rented me a plug to charge my phone as we forgot to bring one. However we booked the double bed room for 3 pax. Did not take note of the room size. It was too small...
This hotel is in a great location, accessible to multiple subway lines and within walking distance of several key points of interest. Having stayed in Japan before, I was prepared for the smaller room sizes compared to North American standards; however, this room was exceptionally tight. There was not enough floor space to keep our suitcases open.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the on-site...
The hotel's location is great, and it's clean, but it's a bit old-fashioned and not as good as it was a few years ago. I kept hearing gurgling sounds from the pipes at night. There are tons of places to eat downstairs.
Amazing location full of restaurants.
A bit far from everything, but it’s perfect to enjoy Akasaka.
I really liked the lighting of the room.
Clean and modern interior.

Having a 24-hour Don Quijote right downstairs is super convenient. Plus, there's a convenience store just outside the hotel's side entrance. The only downside is that there are quite a few touts around at night, with many men and women soliciting customers on the street. It could be a bit unsafe for a woman walking alone. However, if you speak a foreign language directly, they'll likely back off.
The entire room exceeded our expectations. I was initially worried the room might be too small and the bed cramped, but to my surprise, everything was just right and very comfortable (especially since we were out most of the day). At night, the hotel has a long table opposite the elevators with complimentary items you can take as you please. This includes brand-name facial cleansers, skincare products...
Close to station 👍
Booked for city view room but there's building closes the window 😅
Breakfast is not so
Seems not valuable price than I expected 🙄
The hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes getting around convenient. Toiletries, coffee, and tea bags need to be picked up at the front desk in the lobby. The coffee is very good.

A clean and comfortable hotel with a great location! Booked this last minute and the relatively affordable price for Tokyo caused me to lower my expectations--however, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and good condition of the facilities. Clean and tidy, located in the central Akasaka area, making it very convenient to get around. You can even walk to the Imperial Palace and the National Diet Building. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the bus stop. Breakfast was good, the Western options were healthy, and the coffee was great too. Overall, good value for money.
While the area is close to a prime location, the aircon inverter (heater) did not function properly during this winter weather. Hope the hotel can sort out this issue.
It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, so the transportation isn't as convenient as the Akasaka location. However, the room was incredibly clean, and even though we were assigned a corner room, it wasn't as small as I expected. The service was great. It's a typical Tokyo business hotel, small rooms, but has everything you require. Enjoyed my short stay there. Very convenient 3 minute walk to Shinagawa station.
The room is very clean, the transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding restaurants are also good. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time. The hotel breakfast is satisfactory.
Conveniently located in front of the station.
The Royal Host restaurant below was crowded for breakfast, but the turnover was fast so it was fine.
The twin room had a bathtub and washing area, and the toilet was separate so I could take a long soak.

Everything was great. The standard size bed wasn't as small as I thought, and there was even space underneath for our suitcases. The food was delicious, and the front desk instantly resolved any issues. Definitely worth the money.
The cleanliness was good and overall, but the smell of cigarettes permeated the room, which was a bit uncomfortable. The food wasn't bad, and the chicken was delicious.

There was hair from other people in the bathroom, on the bathtub, on the wall, and near the shampoo box. I wonder if the room is cleaned properly.
The room was cleaned once every 4 days and the free breakfast was good. It was quite comprehensive.
It is a little far from the city, 30-40 minutes to Akihabara or Shinjuku.
The hotel is easily recognisable and has a nice setting. However, you still need to be careful when checking in at night. This is my go-to hotel. It's very clean, relatively close to Asakusabashi Station, and there's a Family Mart right next door on the first floor, which is super convenient.
The room was tiny, with a view of an emergency exit covered in black film. We couldn't even tell what the weather was like outside, or if it was day or night. Comfortable room and location is good as well.
If you’re planning to stay in Shinjuku, not far from Kabukicho, this hotel is definitely worth considering. As other reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are small. There’s a desk where you can pull the chair back about half a meter, and a bed that basically stretches from wall to wall. The TV is mounted on the wall as well, simply because there isn’t much space left.
The bathroom is also quite small...
The location is great and the facilities are complete, but the smell from the hotel restaurant is very strong, and it's not Thai food; it's a very strong spice smell that even permeates the elevator.
It's easily accessible and perfect for a stay without meals.

A pretty decent hotel in Tokyo with onsen. Reasonable prices. But the onsen is scheduled between man and woman because they only have one.
