I spent a long time in the lobby because the staff was awkward at using the check-in machines. It would be better if they spoke better English or let people use the machines themselves.

The location is great, right outside the subway station. However, the room is really small, and the bathroom floor and bathtub are a bit slippery, so be careful not to fall.
