The hotel is very well located, max 10 minutes walk from the Akasaka Metro station. Overall a good choice for families, rooms are big enough for Tokyo standards. Bed is comfortable and rooms are very quiet. The hotel is not the most modern, hence the 4 stars. Staff is very helpful, speaks English as well as being very attentive, good job! I would consider re-booking here :)

I stayed at this hotel for just under a week. While it’s relatively affordable, in hindsight I think I would have enjoyed my stay in Tokyo a bit more if I had chosen a slightly nicer hotel. Visiting Tokyo with the whole family and decided to book in the bayside area near disneyland. Although, we did start off with a few misunderstanding on the first day, the overall experience was more than what we expected. Quite a fancy place but be sure you understand the location before you choose. It’s far from anything. Even the station and convenience stores are far. The local train is slow and expensive. But the hotel itself is upscale and the staff are great. Room is small but elegant with an unusually large bathtub (for Tokyo) which was a bonus.

The hotel room was clean and there were several facilities available. It was comfortable staying there, but be aware that it is quite far away from popular neighborhoods like Shinjuku and Shibuya, which takes around 40 minutes to get there by public transportation. On the other hand, it is rather close to TeamLab Planets and there are convenience stores and some restaurants nearby.

We stay 8 nights here. Even it's abit far from Asakusa station, but it's a good walk for us even with a luggage. The staffs there are friendly and helpful. My room is a twin bedroom, it's considered enough space for two of us. There's water dispenser and ice maker at 3 different floors. We enjoy the Rooftop view too!! Love it so much! The hotel is a renovation of an old building, and the rooms are extremely small. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Ueno Station's Iriya Exit. There aren't many restaurants around the hotel. The main entrance faces the Shuto Expressway, but luckily, the front desk assigned me a room that faced away from it. The washing machine costs 400 yen per use.

The room was quite spacious for Japan, I could fully open my suitcase. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. They offer luggage storage, and the hotel is in a quiet area surrounded by offices. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to all the tourist spots.

We juststayed at the Sunlight Hotel Shinjuku and really enjoyed the location. While the room is small, it was my wife and me in the room. It worked out, we just had to put our suitcase 2 large and 2 small under the bed. Overall, while that was annoying, we really spent more time outside of the hotel and enjoyed the closeness to so many places and Shinjuku Station. I would book there again.

Enjoyable stay on arrival and coming back here for another 4 days after short trip north. Friendly staff and good amenities. Japanese rooms we have always found slightly small for us larger foreigners, but we aren't staying in the room all day it for showers and sleeping. Breakfast is very well priced Japanese food for 650 yen. Reasonable close to Metro.

Very clean. Big and comfy bed. Nice facilities. Amenities are better quality than usual. The room is small (mine was 11 sq.m.) but I think it's normal for business hotels. Its Apa, its decent. Stayed 5 nights 6 days it was within expectations. Breakfast was ok too. 2 things: 1. the bed is worn out, tilting to one side (there was 1 chair, so that side of the bed would be where another would sit down. 2. The bidet looked spotty dirty when i took a side glance. I didn't verify it coz that would make me puke.

Conveniently located near Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations, making it easy to access both Haneda and Narita airports. It's also very close to Tokyo Tower, with convenience stores and drugstores nearby. Shiba Park and Tokyo Station are also within easy reach.
