This hotel is strategically located in the heart of Shinjuku, approximately 10 minutes away from Shinjuku Station. It is also very close to Kabukicho, which is approximately a 5-minute walk away

The room facilities are excellent, and there's space for luggage. Breakfast is good, though the dining area is a bit small, but you'll manage. (There are 100 other places to eat nearby anyway

So, if your companions are on a different floor, you can't just drop in on them unannounced. :) Surprisingly, the on-demand video system also includes some 'pixelated content

The best from the hotel is the fact it offers onsen for free in their facilities! A Family Mart and a Donki are in front of it. Rooms are small, but as they are in the APAs

Whenever I stay in Tokyo I choose this one, close to Kabukicho’s busy night life with fantastic workers and onsen (my favourite part)

This time, the staff member didn't even know if there was a time limit for the automatic lockers and just said she didn't know. Absolutely no service awareness; she could have checked and then gotten back to me

I've tried to book breakfast before but never actually ate it because the lines were too long, so I just skipped it this time. The single room is big enough to open a large suitcase flat, which is fine

However, the luggage storage service now only allows same-day storage. Last time I was here, I could store my luggage for a few days until I returned from another location to check in again

It's right across the street from the JR Yamanote Line, making it very convenient for getting around and also very easy to get to the airport, especially Haneda Airport, which is just one stop away

It's right across the street from the Takanawa Exit of Shinagawa Station, in the East Tower. You can check yourself in and out, which is convenient

The rooms in the East Tower are quite small, and the soundproofing isn't great. A particular issue was with the self check-in system for the East Tower. The booking number provided in my Trip

We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still very clean and spacious. Even though there’s a shuttle bus from Bayside Station, the walk is only about five minutes, super convenient and quick

I also love that the room has a balcony with a slight view of both Disneyland and DisneySea. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo for Disney Resort. Highly recommend this hotel! P

Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes

To get to Disneyland, you just take the free Disney shuttle from the first floor, and then hop on the Disney Resort Line monorail. This time, we could even see fireworks from our room at night!

The hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line

The accommodation was comfortable and clean, with a rich and varied breakfast. There was also plenty of parking available

At night, it was too hot to use the blanket, and I suddenly woke up feeling bugs crawling on my leg! It scared me wide awake, utterly despairing 😞

The guy who checked us in was super attentive and friendly. The room was fine for two people, but might be a bit small for more. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, vending machines, and even some Disney cookies

Service crew are helpful, good that the hotel sells disney goods. Breakfast was decent as well with great selections. Location is ok, given that there are free shuttle to disneyland but not disneysea..

Stayed here to attend Disneyland for 2 days and 3 nights. Booked the comfort room, excellent size. Great staff and breakfast was included. Wide range of buffet selection for breakfast.

Excellent stay with free transport to Disneyland. For Disneysea, you have to take the shuttle bus to Bayside station and change one line. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel in the famous shiba park, very close to Tokyo station. We were there for tokyo marathon weekend, unfortunately the free train ticket inside the bib package cannot use in the train line next to the hotel

We booked a room that included complimentary access to the executive club lounge, which was excellent value. We enjoyed food and drinks from afternoon check-in until 9:30 PM, and several of the wines were superb

Facilities: We got an upgraded room, which was a newer model. It had a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which was nice. Environment: The new tower feels much better than the old facilities

Service: The attitude was okay, pretty much what you'd expect for the price. Complimentary Executive Lounge Access: Didn't have any time to use it! 😂

For breakfast the next day, I recommend going early as the Japanese set is limited and runs out quickly. We were lucky enough to get the last two!

We are blocked out from the station entry gate. It seems only Tokyo metro lines can use this ticket but none of them running next to our hotel

I stayed at the East Wing Family with my wife and two daughters. It was a spacious 37 square meter room with two beds and two couches. For $140, it was a bargain to stay in a hotel of this class

The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, and even an air purifier. The mattress had just the right amount of firmness

The hotel staff are very polite, friendly and will help you in anyway they can. The hotel is also very near Suidobashi area (5 minutes walk) where you can find lots of local eateries

The location of the hotel is very close to Lidabashi Station. Therefore, travelling across the city by railway is very convenient. The hotel premises and room are very clean

Room was small but clean and well appointed. Downside is that for a tall guy the bed was small and I did have much room to walk either

The only downside is that it's a bit small; if you have large luggage, I'd suggest considering a bigger room type

Location is great and near train station , but to other destinations is a little far. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is generous with giving towels and water. Water is not given by default for some reason

Literally a one-minute walk to Oimachi Station on the Rinkai Line. There's a bakery and a cafe inside the station. Oimachi JR Station is a 5-minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants on the next street over

Good location, 2 min walk from JR Oimachi station. In front of station, there is Keikyu airport bus to Haneda airport ( from oimacho JPY 650). Room quite small for single type if you bring 2 suitcases

Plus, there's a supermarket right downstairs and a department store across the street, covering all a traveler's needs for food, accommodation, and transportation. I honestly think it's fantastic!

This is my second stay here, and it offers great value for money. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and shopping. The hotel provides a luggage room for guests to store their bags

With the current favorable exchange rate, that's only about 22 RMB (what more could you ask for, haha!). After a long day of walking, a dip in the hot spring is incredibly relaxing~

Facilities: Very luxurious, with all the necessary amenities like an ice machine and laundry room. The items in the hotel room were relatively new, and the room itself was quite spacious for Tokyo standards

However, we were informed that the hotel parking was full and were instructed to find nearby parking at our own expense, which caused significant inconvenience late at night

It’s very close to Disneyland/sea but also close to Ginza xx even though the station is near by it’s not too noisy at all x && there’s a family mart right downstairs!!!

Even though the location seems a little far from most of the attractions in Tokyo, the stay really made up for it and I will definitely be booking another room here during my next visit

It has many convienient amenities close by - a Family Mart in the hotel, a bathhouse, a fitness room, a restaurant and the train station is just a 3 minute walk away

It is so close to Shinjuku station so it’s very convenient to travel to other areas of the city. The hotel is clean, smells good with many amenities provided at the reception. Would certainly recommend to others!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I really like its convenient location and great value for money. There's an airport shuttle, and it's close to Shinjuku Station, shopping areas, and a Don Quijote store

Check-in is automated with a Chinese interface, which is very helpful! You can also opt for self check-out, saving a lot of time. In the twin room, you'll find that a 28-inch suitcase can only fit in the aisle

Nice stay at hotel sunroute plaza shinjuku, strategic location and near to shinjuku station, walking distance to lots restaurant and convenience store, clean room and friendly staff,allow luggage storage before check in and help keep luggage after check out, definitely will come back to stay

You self-check-in/out and pick up your own toiletries, so it's pretty much contactless. There's no public bath either, but it's perfect for tourists who are out shopping all day

Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs that's open later than the malls. However, the hotel has become very self-service, with not much interaction with staff

The hotel also has a pool, and a swim after the race was pure bliss. The parking lot is huge, so no worries about finding a spot if you're driving, and it's very close to the subway, making it easy to get around anywhere

Sitting, eating, and enjoying the view 💕 Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading us for two nights to a room where we could see Tokyo Tower right from our bed! 🙇‍♀️ Even more special was getting to see the Tokyo Tower lit up in white and pink

The front desk service was impeccable – professional, warm, and they resolved any issues instantly

The biggest surprise was the restaurant; eating breakfast with a view of the Tokyo Tower was so beautiful I almost didn't want to look down at my food! And the breakfast spread was so vast it was hard to choose, with every dish being incredibly delicious

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, where I stayed for the Tokyo Marathon, was absolutely amazing! I can confidently say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Tokyo, hands down! My two-night stay here was an incredible experience

It's definitely the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! The location is simply unbeatable! It's super close to kilometers 36 to 39 of the Tokyo Marathon course, making it incredibly convenient for my family to cheer me on

Not only is the location great, offering direct views of Rainbow Bridge and distant views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower, but the hot spring on the 14th-floor rooftop is also excellent – I visited almost every day

The room size was adequate, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking, with noticeable dust accumulation in several spots. There are some restaurants directly opposite in Senkyaku Banrai

I was attending an exhibition in Odaiba, and it was just a 3-stop ride on the Yurikamome Line, then a 2-minute walk from the station exit on the same level to the hotel lobby

Also, during my 3-night stay, bottled water was only provided for two days. There was no water on the day I checked in, which was probably an oversight by housekeeping

The hotel's main selling point is definitely the Tokyo Bay city night view. Even the hot spring on the 14th floor faces Tokyo Bay

The transportation is very convenient, and there are many convenience stores nearby, making life very easy.

Our stay was excellent! The room was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable, with great amenities. The Shin Edo baths were incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind after a day out

Breakfast was served in a beautiful area overlooking a waterfall and garden - such a peaceful setting. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk from the metro station

At just over 700 a night, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We, a family of three, booked a triple room, and it was very spacious. The room also came with a table and chairs, and the hotel was spotlessly clean

Our room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. There's a Family Mart convenience store on the second floor that opens at 7 AM, and ice machines are available in the common areas

made travelling back from theme park really easy after a long tiring day! hotel is immaculate with many amenties like bathtub, bathhouse, hotel breakfast and 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor

The family room was convenient for traveling with children. There's a convenience store on the second floor where you can buy snacks or instant food, and there's a microwave for self-heating

Especially on hot days, I felt this was much better than staying at a Disneyland hotel, as it minimized walking and made our experience much more relaxing

Breakfast in the café was only good for those who enjoy fish and Coffee ø, the western style was terrible as in most Japanese hotels, but there are a lots of good caffees in the area that gives you an better offer

I stayed for three nights, but the pillowcases and bedding were not changed for three days. I would have preferred new ones even for consecutive nights. The Apa President Curry was quite delicious

Shinjuku Prince Hotel has superb location. It’s in the heart of Shinjuku, easy to go everywhere. The room we are in is of reasonable size for 3 adults. Will stay here again and recommend friends

Stayed at the Shinjuku Prince hotel for 5 nights recently. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, right next to the Seibu-Shinjuku station and 6 minute walk from Shinjuku station

My friend and I stayed in the smallest hotel room with twin beds, the only problem I had was that the room was too small, couldn’t really open a big luggage entirely without sacrificing walking space in the room, and the aircon was very weak during our stay, but they did offer a portable small aircon machine on the ground which kept the temperature acceptable

The hotel is right in the heart of Shinjuku, close to the train station, shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment spots, which makes getting around very convenient

All staff have good standard of English with high quality service. Highly recommended!

This time I came to Tokyo for a company team-building trip, and we chose Shinjuku for its convenient shopping. The hotel was incredibly convenient! It's just a stone's throw from Isetan and Lumine Shinjuku

CONVENIENCE: A 24 - hour Lawson convenience store and a disney merchandise shop are located directly in the lobby. In- Room Comforts: Every guest room includes a foot massager, which is highly praised by tired travelers

Excellent hotel, very suitable for families with kids. It's not far from Disneyland and there's a very convenient shuttle bus that runs every 10 minutes. The room is quite spacious and the beds are comfortable

There's a convenience store downstairs, which makes buying necessities incredibly easy. There's also a restaurant with very reasonable prices, much cheaper than inside Disney, making dining a great value

The Mountain View Garden Hotel is conveniently located near Disney. Although it's a bit of a distance from the park, the shuttle service is very convenient, so getting to and from the park is no hassle

The bathhouse also provides lockers, water dispensers, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, body lotion, and hair dryers. Extra amenities are freely available at the reception floor

About five microwaves are available outside Lawson, with a few tables and chairs for quick meals. Our room had 4 single beds and a separate toilet and bath

The hotel is conveniently located near Shinagawa Station on the Shinkansen line. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities.

My friend and I booked a double room. It was smaller than we expected and there was only one chair, so it felt cramped.

The amenities were all there and the hot spring was really nice, but there was an unused toothpick in the room which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

It was conveniently located near Takanawa Gateway Station. Perfect for business!
