Tokyo, 1-1-16 Kandamisaki-cho, Chiyoda-ku (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map

This hotel is conveniently located near Suidobashi Station, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is also great for exploring, with many old bookstores in Jinbocho and plenty of izakayas
It offers excellent value for money, and the hotel's own restaurant serves high-quality food, so you don't even need to leave the premises for a great meal
Very clean and beautiful hotel. A little hard to find at first in the dark, but if you keep your eyes out, there are signs pointing the way! Just a 6 minute flat walk from the subway
Facilities: Excellent! The room was a bit small but cozy. Cleanliness: Fantastic! The Japanese dedication to cleanliness is truly ingrained
Ambiance: Wonderful! The garden is small, but enjoying meals while looking out at it, both morning and evening, was lovely. Service: Superb! They were always attentive to guests' needs
Selection is adequate, though it does not stand out compared to higher-end properties. Overall, Hotel Niwa Tokyo is a solid, dependable choice: serene, comfortable, and well-located

From the moment I checked in at the front desk until I left the hotel by taxi, the staff were incredibly welcoming throughout my entire stay. They even helped me with my luggage into the taxi when it arrived
The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks available all day. The room was quite spacious, and the twin beds were large. The location is excellent, with easy access to airport transportation
Great location! Amenities: The amenities are also very convenient. There's a water dispenser on every floor, and the room comes with a kettle so you can fill up. Cleanliness: It's quite clean
Absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean, tidy, and the service was excellent. The location was super convenient, and it even had a nice artistic vibe. The buffet was also quite good
While it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained. The only minor issue was a slight odor from the toilet. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo
Every level has tiny too room with books tinted an relax. The lobby library offers more books and reveals in the evening a comfi place to stay and read

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times a year for the last 2-3 years. Location is great, rooms are a bit bigger than some I’ve stayed in in Japan, with a little bench in addition to the bed
There are also many drugstores, making it a great place to stay for shopping on the last day. Food sales events are held at the entrance and in the restaurant, which creates a lively atmosphere
The environment and facilities are good, and although the room is a bit small, the city view from the window is quite nice. It's not far from Shinjuku Gyoen, and there's a Muji store nearby
Excellent hotel. Walking distance to the train station and Shinjuku CBD. Clean room and good breakfast.Good size. Worth the price. Will book again for my next trip.
Hygiene: Sheets and bathrobes were changed daily. The breakfast was rich and varied. Great value for money, a good experience overall.
Pleasant stay with clean rooms and attentive staff. Easy access to transportation and nearby shops. Would happily stay here agai

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, Tokyo1 / 25
9.0
Tokyo, 1 Chome-2-1 Otemachi, Tiyoda (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is conveniently located with several subway lines right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, and the view facing the Imperial Palace is quite expansive
Lovely location and amazing view as there's nothing blocking it and u see the imperial Palace. Great service and lovely room. The pool is great
The room offered great views of the Imperial Palace and Mount Fuji 🗻, which was a nice touch. The executive lounge overlooked the stunning Tokyo night view 🌃
It's also conveniently located, making it quick to get to Ginza and other Tokyo shopping areas, with plenty of popular local eateries nearby
There was a room that could see the roof of the neighboring building and I was worried about the view but there was no problem at all. Tokyo Tower that appears at night and the buildings that flash red
The only minor drawback is that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but everything else was excellent

Facilities: Exceeded expectations! The room wasn't as small as I thought, and coming back to a bath and a cold beer after a long day of walking was just perfect. Communication with the front desk was smooth
Nice room, perfect for solo traveler, clean and tidy, microwave at first floor. Location is very nice, there are convenience stores nesrby and very close to kayabacho st.
Highlights: There's a FamilyMart downstairs and a Lawson within a two-minute walk. Plus, there's a great coffee shop just around the corner
Excellent location and affordable price. It's within walking distance to areas like Tokyo Station and Nihonbashi
Location: Right by the subway station, not far from Ginza or Shinjuku
The three staff members working that night seemed to ignore me, and I felt uncomfortable, possibly because I was a foreigner. They didn’t answer my questions and even seemed to talk about me among themselves

The breakfast is decent; if you're staying for multiple days, it's worth trying for one morning. The staff are professional, well-mannered, and friendly. As for the location, it's absolutely unbeatable
Even though the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene and overall maintenance are excellent, giving it a classic, traditional feel
European style hotel in heart of Ginza shopping district on quiet, clean, safe street. Walking distance to Tokyo station, or use station across the street. Last minute deal was under $100/night
Everything is perfect, except a little noise from the refrigerator😂. Great location in Ginza, near shopping area but quiet.
Hotel is well located and walkable to ginza main shopping street. There is a new laderach store near hotel too. Room is kinda small as usual, but amenities is good
Small lobby filled with luggages but the staff were all courteous. We also walked to Tokyo yaesu bus terminal within 15mins too

However, the signage wasn't very clear; I followed a sign and mistakenly went up to the third floor (where I accidentally discovered a 24-hour FamilyMart) before realizing that the hotel is actually straight ahead at the end of the international arrivals hall, no need to go up or down elevators
After checking out, you can store your luggage at the lobby, grab a bite, and do some shopping at the airport. You can also exit directly from another hotel door to an outdoor taxi stand, which is very convenient
Arrived at Haneda T2 on a late flight, and after clearing customs and collecting checked luggage, it was already 11 PM. Not wanting any more hassle, Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu was the best choice
I had a nice experience at the hotel, although the food was a little bit expensive, but I can easily access to the convenience store on the first floor. The bathroom is very clean with a bathtub
Fantastic hotel if you have an early flight to within Japan as the hotel is located at the domestic side of Terminal 2. Highly recommended if you are traveling with ANA.
Apart from the slightly high price, there were no downsides. This time, I managed to book it at a lower price in advance and finally got to experience it!

Room is spacious for a family of 3! Location is great. A lot of cheap and good restaurant nearby. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. The room is a lil bit old but not a problem for us since they keep it clean
The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro East Exit. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of fresh, authentic Japanese dishes.
Really in a convenient location with the usual Family, 7-11 and Lawson marts within 1min walk. Room size is similar to many of the local hotels. local spread with some western usuals cooked in familiar Japanese style
The hotel is clean, very friendly receptionist (monolingual- but really attempts to help through Ai & Google Translate). However, when I booked here at Trip
I've stayed here many times, and it's always my first choice when I come to Tokyo. It's incredibly friendly for anime fans, very convenient for stores like Animate, K-BOOKS, and Comic Toranoana
This hotel is excellent! The location is superb, right in the heart of Ikebukuro. There are plenty of vending machines and convenience stores nearby, and it's surrounded by anime and manga shops

Environment: The hotel boasts an excellent location in Ginza 6-chome, surrounded by a plethora of eateries, cafes, bars, shopping options, and luxury boutiques all in one convenient stretch
Facilities: The showerhead's water pressure was impressively strong and invigorating. Hygiene: Overall, it was quite good. The bedding was very comfortable, perfectly suiting my personal preferences
The room isn't huge, but for Ginza, it's a decent size. It was clean and tidy, and most importantly, super convenient for getting around. There are also lots of great food options nearby
Breakfast is a buffet served on the first floor, offering items like steamed dumplings and meat buns, which definitely cater to a Chinese palate. The condiment selection was quite rich
Room is very clean and very comfortable. The hotel location is very convenient for commutation. There is good ramen Kyoto style behind the hotel Asperger the below photo.

A perfect option for those who want to stay in the busy Shibuya area and get good rest in quiet. Very clean, comfy rooms, enough space for everything. Laundry/dryers, a kitchen on the 2nd floor for your convenience
Amenities are nice but i wish they provide body lotion as well since I came during winter and my body got dry because of the winter air. But all in all amazing service and clean rooms! Love it
Although the room is small, it's clean and the facilities are of high quality. If you're not looking for something overly luxurious, this is a very welcoming hotel with a great experience
This hotel offers a quiet retreat in the midst of the hustle and bustle, very close to Shibuya Crossing. You can easily access it via main roads or side streets

Close to nightlife and shinjuku station (7 minutes away) but quiet rooms. Breakfast was also very good with large selection and quality food. When I return I will stay here again! Picture is view from my room
This was the best hotel I’ve ever been to! Clean, friendly staff were very helpful. Big on recycling and sustainability which is important to us. Nice room, beds were not large but okay for two
City hotel small rooms Excellent in the heat rt of Shinjuku Typical major city hotel Asked for late check out no issue and no fee Breakfast good $128 Bed against wall if your 2 people
The hotel is clean and tidy, and the housekeeping team did a great job. The front desk staff were nice and welcoming, and the breakfast service in the morning was excellent

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view on Tokyo tower. The pool and spa area are outstanding
Have stayed at Andaz Tokyo for multiple times since 2015. It is still my favorite hotel. This time everything was just perfect. Friendly staff, comfortable room and well thought design. Will definitely stay again soon.
The servers are very friendly and will explain each dish to you when they bring it. The price is understandably high, but the experience is worth every single yen (and I'm saying this despite being a student)
Had afternoon tea at the restaurant on the 51st floor and it was amazing! The ambience, the view, the coffee (of which the quantity is incredible: I had a latte) were wonderful and the food was amazing
The waiters are very friendly and will explain each dish to you when it arrives. The price is understandably high, but the experience is worth every yen (and I say this even though I'm learning)
The room is large, elegant and clean, Japanese style, so I like it. The windows are large and the sofa is wide, so it's nice to have a drink in the room

It's directly across from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, which puts on a light show in the evenings. Our family of four (two adults, a 17-year-old, and a 10-year-old) booked a twin room with two 1
Huge room and bathroom, loved everything! Buffet breakfast on the ground floor is impressive, offering both Japanese and western breakfast :)
Location is really great with close proximity to Shinjuku station. Room was great and amenities were very nice. Also went up to the SkyTree on the 47th floor and were happily surprised that the drinks were complimentary
Perfect location to end our 9 days visit to Japan. The Hotel is close to Shinjuku station, if you find the exit :). The lounge on the 45 floor for Premier Plaza guest is amazing. Food and service is excellent
Premier Grand is worth the money and feels like proper 5 star service. Staff were really helpful and the 45th floor lounge was great for a drink before going out

There are several staff in the restaurant who can speak Chinese, and communication is very convenient. Special praise to Sun Xiaoqi for helping to recover the jewelry. The club staff are also very gentle
However, there is often a strong smell of gasoline at the entrance on the second floor. There are many staff waiting there all the time. I feel sorry for them and it also reduces the sense of the hotel
The staff did not greet you when you met at the elevator entrance. I wonder if the hotel leadership is so arrogant. The so-called Japanese service is also worrisome. The reservation includes breakfast
After the epidemic, hotel prices in Tokyo are really scary. I stayed here once before on a business trip. This time, I felt that the overall service quality was not as good as before
Check out the same hotel in "Lost in Translation". It has been open for 30 years. It still has a full sense of design and warm and thoughtful Japanese service
As for the view from the room, you can see Mount Fuji and Tokyo at night, it’s unbeatable! Although the decoration is old, it has its own characteristics

On the 4th floor there are washers/dryers, an ice machine, and a microwave. You can check the status of the washer and dryer on the TV in the hotel room. While the hotel was a bit dusty, there were no issues I had
They deliver luggage on the SAME DAY. Just to make sure you understand, they have SAME DAY delivery. I had my luggage sent from the hotel to Haneda Airport before my flight so I could do some more sightseeing
Connected to the hotel is a Royal Host which I had a nice breakfast at. The second floor is the lobby which has an assortment of amenities (washcloth, razor, q-tips, etc) to choose from if you need it
It’s great after being on your feet all day. Be aware the hotel has central heating and cooling. The staff were nice and helpful. They offer a breakfast (must pay for) with a good variety of foods
Loved this hotel so much. Convenient spot with a Don Quijote, McDonalds & a seven eleven all opposite it. Nice staff and the most peaceful train station sleep sounds. The pajamas were nice too :)
Luggage must be taken to the front desk by 9AM the day of pickup. You can also send luggage from one hotel to another so keep that in mind. Overall I had a great trip and the hotel met my needs

I chose this hotel for my two-day trip to Tokyo Disney. The hotel and rooms are spacious, and it's very convenient to get to Disney with their shuttle bus service. It's also just a 2-minute walk from Shin-Urayasu Station
The location is fantastic, right outside a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. I'd give it five stars just for that. There's also an Aeon mall nearby, which is very affordable
The triple room we booked was very comfortable, with individual beds for each person and enough space to open our suitcases, which is quite large for Japan where space is at a premium
There are supermarkets and drugstores nearby, and plenty of dining options. Plus, there's a water dispenser right by the elevator, so you don't need to buy bottled water
This hotel isn't far from Tokyo Disneyland and offers a shuttle bus, making it great value for money compared to other options

Very quiet hotel in Nihonbashi, next to the Asakusa Line and slightly off from Chuo JR and the Shinjuku Line. The hotel is clean and very quiet and imho it's a great choice if you know how to move around Tokyo
If you don't, it's maybe a bit inconvenient
The only thing is that this location is very convenient and intersecting many major train lines. 711 is nearby, about a 3 minute walk. But be forewarned that the 711 is lacking and doesn't seem to be stocked enough
First of all, this hotel doesn't even have a laundry in the building. You have to go outaide of the hotel and find a coin laundry store, which is so inconvenient. Secondly, the rooms are dirty
The walls are dirty, the shower curtain is dirty and stinks. The bedsheets aren't fresh smelling, and you can't even control the temp in this room
