Rooms are cleaned only once in 3 days though they provide clean towels daily. Not open to extend check out time at 10am without a fee. Hotel reception is so small and has no sitting area.
It was clean and had great access to Disney the next day! I chose this hotel because the prices around Maihama are a little higher, but it was also close to Tsukishima and in a great location for sightseeing in Tokyo!
It was better value than I expected. The 10 a.m. checkout was a bit early, so the morning was hectic, but I still had a great time on my short, 2-night, 3-day trip!
It was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The front desk staff were also polite and I liked them. The only drawback was the amount of water in the bath
The location was good, close to the station. The room was quiet and I was able to stay comfortably. It's fine if you're just staying to sleep.
I had trouble at first getting a small amount of water to come out

Later that same day I even managed to lose my key card, (embarrassing), but the staff were so understanding and sympathetic. I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel
The rooms are very small but clean. Towels and bathrobes are changed daily if necessary. The view from the window is on the wall of the neighboring building - It's a beautiful sight
Fast check-in (but not very welcoming I have to say), cleaning is superb
Although the rooms are extremely small (11 square meters), you have enough space to shower and sleep. The bed is big enough for two people (not lux but enough) and comfortable
The mattress and bedding were incredibly comfortable. I’m still trying to figure out what the secret is so I can recreate it at home. I would absolutely stay at APA again
Great place to stay. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Room is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. A++

The location of the hotel was amazing, and it was very quiet at night, so we could have a good night's rest after a whole day of activities. The staff was very accommodating and kind too
There aren't many distinctive restaurants around the hotel, so we ended up going to Torikizoku. It's quiet, though, with no street noise
This is a self-check-in place, which was very convenient. In the lobby, they had skincare products like lotion and emulsion from Kose, and even bath salts – perfect for a relaxing soak after a tiring day
Even though the room was a little small, it's good enough if you don't have gigantic suitcases. We loved the free amenities provided and the laundry service
There are complimentary toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste available on the first floor. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time
The surrounding area is great too, with a bookstore founded by Mr. Lu Xun and a century-old tempura restaurant. Meiji University is also not far away

Tokyo, 2-14-15 Shibuya, Shibuya-Ku (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map

The hotel offers mail and parcel services. There are two convenience stores nearby, FamilyMart and Lawson. It's very close to Shibuya, which is super convenient
Check in and service was excellent, very friendly, brilliant location. Good wifi and strong shower. Rooms have a unique antique feel which might not please modernists but overall great hotel
The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The decor and service are also great. I'll definitely stay here again.
The room is quite spacious for Japanese standards. It has plenty of power outlets and a kettle that also functions as a humidifier. Two complimentary bottles of water are provided every night
A few minutes away from Shibuya Station & Parco. Staff there are very friendly and helpful as well. Fairly neat and charming room interiors. Essential amenities all provided
The room itself is really good, but the biggest issue with this place is its location. It's quite a hike uphill from the subway, which is absolutely exhausting when you're lugging luggage 🆘

Tokyo, 2-4-7 Sugamo (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool
The hotel is clean and provides free bottles of water, though the water from the tap is suitable for drinking. The staff is friendly and helpful, both English speaking and non-English speaking
Location is superb! Just a few mins walk to Sugamo Station and right next to a convenience store. Staff was friendly too! The room is clean, and spacious. I also checked in pretty smoothly
There are tons of places to eat and shop nearby, including many local specialty stores that only accept cash. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! Highly recommended!
Great value for money, and very clean – perfect for solo travelers. It's really close to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient
It’s my 3rd stay at this hotel. The location is the best with subway and convenience/supermarket in less than 100m away. Also, affordable and quiet.
Very near to sugamo station, room is OK for the fair price paid. Near Ikebukuro and other sightseeing areas

The hotel was very clean and well-equipped. They even provided charging cables, which was a thoughtful touch
We stayed for two nights, and there was no housekeeping service, but the front desk prepared extra bath towels and hand towels in advance. Other toiletries could be picked up downstairs
However, there's also a bus stop near the hotel where you can take a paid bus to Maihama Station for about 170 yen, so transportation isn't a big concern. We took the paid bus back to the hotel in the evening
The hotel is quite close to Disneyland and offers shuttle bus service in the morning and evening. The earliest bus is at 8:30 AM, but you might need to queue up earlier as the bus is shared with other hotels
There's a 7-Eleven near the hotel. We arrived quite late, and many restaurants nearby were already closed. If you're looking for food, you can find options at Disney Town or the convenience store
The room was a bit like a studio apartment; the bed was slightly small, but acceptable. We could cook in the room, and there was also a refrigerator and a kettle

It's a hotel with a traditional design, and the decor and maintenance are excellent! The internal facilities and in-room amenities are comprehensive! The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom are of high quality! It's next to a riverside park, and the guest rooms are on the 33rd-38th floors
The room was a bit old-fashioned, but very clean. If you book a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, you can see both Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower in the same frame on a clear day
We originally booked a garden view room but were kindly upgraded to a river view room for free, which offered an even better visual experience! Breakfast is served as Western and Japanese set meals, both quite plentiful
Downstairs, there's an inner river, which makes for a very pleasant environment, and there's a convenience store right downstairs, which is super handy for buying things
All rooms are located on the upper floors of the building, so they offer a beautiful panoramic view of the city. Breakfast includes two options: American or Japanese, with a choice of drinks and a main course
Overall, it was a good and satisfying stay! The only thing that seemed questionable was the price of extending our check-out by one hour; the hotel requested an additional 9,640 Japanese Yen, which felt a bit too expensive!

Stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room size was decent, allowing enough space to open luggage. All the amenities inside were thoughtfully arranged for convenience
At 2:55 PM, I asked again if I could check in, and the front desk still said no. Maybe I've just been lucky on my previous visits and haven't encountered this kind of issue before
Everything was great, but the one thing that reinforced my stereotype of Japanese people was how rigid the staff were. They were very diligent, but incredibly inflexible
Plus, there's a direct subway line nearby to Haneda Airport, which is a huge plus. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo
I arrived at 2 PM and asked if I could check in, but was told no. I sat in the lobby and they told me I couldn't sit there, so I had to go outside
This hotel is really clean and super close to both the subway and JR stations. You can even open a 30-inch suitcase in the room

Another machine was almost done, but I didn’t want a repeat of the experience. A staff member (a trainee) who was checking on the area kindly offered to wait by the machine and remove the clothes as soon as it finished
I went downstairs to ask if someone could assist, and the receptionist let me know the load had just been removed. When I returned to the laundromat, someone else had taken the machine, which was frustrating
I don’t usually write reviews, but tonight the staff truly went above and beyond. I had been waiting by a laundromat machine that had just finished, but the owner of the clothes took their time returning
So cheap sometimes. I stayed for 2000¥ for 2 nights. They have hotels all over Tokyo YouTube: Hasan Islom Facebook: Trip to Tokyo: with Hasan Islom Instagram: Hasan Islom

Very nice local stop for non-crowded area! walking distance to all shopping, foods and transportation. The hotspring has limited time which you should pay attention at the beginning.
The staff were friendly, the room was appropriately sized, and the washing machine and vending machine on the fifth floor made for a comfortable stay
Came here by accident, staff was nice, it was clean, you can definitely stay here. Room is a bit small like everywhere around Tokyo
This was my first time at a business hotel in Japan, and it was perfect for a business hotel with good value
I stayed here for business. The parking was very convenient. It was close to the station, so it was only a few minutes' walk away, which I thought was very convenient.
This hotel offers great value for money for business trips to Kawaguchi. There's also a hot spring on the first floor that you can use during specified hours

Excellent hotel. Unbeatable value considering the location, service, cleanliness, amenities and price.
The location is incredibly convenient for getting around. The subway station is just diagonally opposite, making it super easy to access any part of the city
Perfect location and very good hotel
Perhaps because I visited during art week, the prices were exceptionally high, around $100 USD, which I didn't think was very worthwhile

But after walking around Tokyo for six hours with our family when at the end of our ropes… we knew we needed excellent cocktails, service and welcome amenities
If you find other hotels are small and book two rooms, it is better to go directly to Four Seasons to add a bed. It is very good, the service is thoughtful and warm, and the old man at the door is very kind
From greetings at the outdoor doorman to the lobby we were welcomed and given the five star treatment. We enjoyed a most excellent two hour respite in the bar
1 Next to Tokyo Station, Daimaru is on one side and Four Seasons is on the other. Tokyo Station has two main exits, one is Marunouchi and the other is Yaesu
You can find it after you go directly to Tokyo Station from the airport. The nearest exit is Yaesu South Exit. 2 Three people are traveling together
There are also simple snacks and chocolates for children. It takes ten minutes to walk to Ginza, which is also very convenient. My son mainly went to see Itoya stationery store…

The location is great, just walking distance towards Shinjuku northern attractions and a block away from Korean restaurants and Don Quijote. The flat is well equipped with all amenities you can ask for
It also provides a nice view of the city being on the top floor. Overall, it's great value for money
If you have very large luggage or need more space it may not be for you but was perfect for us
The rooms get very humid without the air conditioning on and smell slightly because of it. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone
Location was good, walking distance to Shinjuku took about 10mins. 24hrs eating house besides this hotel, many varieties of Japanese food serves.
So for about $100 a night we got our own bathroom a small desk and a full as bed, but with bearly any room to walk around. Realstate is very expensive in Tokyo so I f3el like we got a good deal

It is a hotel in the heart of the city. It's comfortable to go anywhere. Near shopping areas Near restaurants, polite staff, explaining the rooms in all details well. The room is a bit small but has all the equipment
Compared with Ikebukuro Super Hotel, there is a huge gap. The hot springs are rotated, the time arrangement is not good, and the pool is too small
men and women When walking around shopping, when I get tired, I come back to soak. Makes you comfortable and sleeps comfortably. It's a small hotel, but there's everyone there
Good location and the complimentary public bath was nice. Room size is just nice and the bed is very comfortable.
The rooms are cramped, making it inconvenient to open suitcases. There's only one public bath, used alternately by men and women, with changes every few hours. Although this branch is small, it's very clean and tidy.
I enjoyed my stay at Super Hotel as it was very convenient in the centre of Shinjuku, very convenient for me to arrange my itinerary accordingly.

The hotel was very clean and my kids loved it so much they wanted to extend our check-out to stay longer! Breakfast was also incredibly rich and varied, which made everyone very happy. The hotel itself was very quiet 🤫
The room was a bit small; it's fine for two people, but a bit cramped for two adults and one child. Everything else was great. The hotel location is quite convenient, and the staff are very enthusiastic.
The room is relatively small, and we need to spread out our suitcases at the door, but the staff is very friendly and patiently waited for us to communicate in Japanese using a translator
Very good stay. Conditions are good, the breakfast is plentiful and diversified, clean, neat, you have wall socket adapters from the hotel, and you gotta love them toilets :))
The room is not big, but it has complete facilities, good sound insulation, and a quiet environment. The transportation is also convenient, very close to Mitaka Station

This is my second time to stay this hotel. Although the room is small but this is just nice for a couple. I am really love this hotel location as it is not a busy city of Tokyo and also not far from Tokyo
A great affordable option for travellers. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and professional and the area has everything you need - including some great bars and restaurants!
At the same time, the hotel street along come with many types of local authentic restaurants as well as the hotel downstairs do have Lawson. Highly highly recommended this hotel!!!
It turned out to be much cheaper than booking the full six days straight, as there was no non-smoking room available for one of the days, but no smoking room for the others
The room was a bit small, but there's a convenience store right downstairs and the subway station is only a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient.

Last time the bath was too hot to use, but this time the temperature was just right and very enjoyable. I'm very satisfied! The food was average. The price was also very affordable and excellent. I'd love to stay again.
Bed was comfortable and had a control panel so you could switch off all lights from the bed. It also had a radio player, and aux so you could play your own music from the speakers. All in all - zero complaints
Excellent location for a temporary stay. Walking distance to Shinjuku.
Kind staff though instructions could be better rather than just a printed A4. Room was clean and tidy though very small but enough for a single traveler spending a single night for domestic travels.
The room was small but had enough room. There were three of us, so three beds. One bed was FREEZING, one was warm but on wheels, and one was both. The pillows were hard as rocks
It's within walking distance from Shinjuku, or you can take the Marunouchi line as the Shinjuku-Gyoenmae stop is very close by. I found the staff to be really helpful and kind

Good service and staffs speak fluent English. Clean room and not too small as in Tokyo
It’s just few block away from the Tokyo tower.
If the elevators were busy, I had to wait quite a while 😂. Two elevators really aren't enough. On my first day, I didn't select the continuous stay option on the TV. The hotel's policy is to clean every three days
During the second cleaning, the hotel's cleaning staff left two of their rags in my room. I wrote a note, but received no response, giving me the impression they just thought 'oh well, it's in your room now' 😃
The third cleaning was very simplified, and some areas were clearly missed. As for the front desk, their English proficiency was quite limited, and sometimes they couldn't understand what I was saying
I changed it to have cleaning for the remaining three days. But, dramatically, the first cleaning was fine, while the second and third had issues

Great cute hotel in a decent spot, clean and closer to the more docile side of Tokyo. About 10 minute walk from the station and smallish rooms for the cheaper units so keep that in mind.
The room was small but very clean and served its purpose, hold our stuff, shower, and sleep. The service is stupendous, welcoming and very accommodating, with clean towels and Kimono ready for you on the daily
They also have a great luggage service, where you can check your luggage in prior to your check in or right after you check out. It was a great experience and will definitely be staying at an APA next trip to Japan
The mattress was a bit fluffy so I had backache after the first two nights 😭 Hotel is located in a quiet area with a supermarket and a convenience store nearby but a bit walking distance to the metro station
Check-in and check-out were easy, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again. I would like to be able to adjust the angle of the shower with the shower holder

Extremely satisfied! The hotel's location is super convenient, within walking distance to Harajuku and Omotesando for shopping. We booked a suite, and the room was very spacious and beautiful
Lots of little surprises, including a free mini-bar every day, packed with a wide variety of items – not just drinks and snacks, but various alcoholic beverages too
Suites also include complimentary round-trip airport transfer service. The Alphard was definitely comfortable. The hotel's front desk is combined with a small bar
Japanese hotels are truly excellent when it comes to details; they've prepared everything you could possibly think of, and even things you wouldn't expect
Although the view was great, every night there were many street racers roaring down the road, making a lot of noise. You could hear it very clearly inside the room
It was totally wonderful experience and awesome moment there.
