Good location The staff are very nice and have been helpful. The hotel is located at city centre, only 5 minutes walk from underground mall which has wide variety of food and shops.
Hotel dining is provided by the restaurant and coffee shop in the ground floor of the building, and you are able to charge to your room from these businesses
Great location and convenience, staffs are friendly and helpful especially the front office staffs.
The hotel is in a great location, not far from Tokyo Station and very close to Ginza.
There are very few rooms, and I can't do it with two big luggages.
Nice and clean room. Check in and out process was quick

🚫There were some areas in the room that hadn't been cleaned, and I was bothered by the dust in various places! There was dust around the outlet on the desk where the TV is, dust on the hangers, and the shelf where towels are kept in the bathroom - as I'm tall, there was a lot of dust that was noticeable
It's a great hotel, really close to the station. There are tons of restaurants around the hotel, and even a convenience store for late-night snacks, so I never felt inconvenienced
Overall very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. Conveniently close to a lot of restaurants, convenience stores and the train station.
With its location in front of the station, large rooms, and cleanliness, I think this is a good hotel for a business trip
I didn't get breakfast, but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel
There's even a Daiso nearby, which was really handy for picking up anything I needed

Amenities are complete, i would say exceedingly more than midrange hotels in the Philippines. There is no complimentary bottled water though as they say it is not standard in Japan where tap water is safe to drink
Even though it's a budget hotel, the room was really spacious – we could easily open three suitcases. It's the biggest budget hotel I've stayed in so far. For under 15,000 yen in Tokyo or Osaka, it's unbeatable.
Very good value. Close to many restaurants, and basically in front of the train station.  Beware though that during operating hours you can hear the trains (until 00:30) but for me it was more than okay.
or Canada (but hey that’s Japan) but had enough space for what I needed. If you don’t mind climbing for the bunk bed, that room room offers a couch, which I found more useful than having a big bed
There are tons of food options on the street and even more within a 10 minute walk in any direction. The staff is always courteous. The room is on the smaller side if you’re coming from the U
While near the train station, there is very little not even noticeable noise heard from our room. Akihabara “Electric Town” is just 2 stops away from the station

The hotel does provide parking spaces but is limited to availability and it cost ¥3000 per day, which is cheaper than the overnight coin parking
Great location in a quieter part of Ueno too, but still plenty of eateries (ichiran nearby too!) and konbini’s within easy reach. Great and polite staff, breakfast was good liked that they rotated some of the menu daily
Overall stay is wonderful for solo travellers. Room is just nice for 1 person but with limited space to open your luggage. However the location is very convenient and the room is kept cleaned
It would be great if they offered free short-term luggage storage after checkout for same-day pickup. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I need to transfer at Ueno Station in the future
The hotel's location is excellent, but being near Ueno Station means the rooms aren't going to be huge. Despite the small size, the room is very well-equipped
the hotel location is super good! very near to ueno station and ameyoko street. the breakfast is delicious, the bakery is toptier i love shiopan soooo much!

No air conditioning during winter (Early Feb), had to open the window for ventilation which is a little noisy at night but still bearable
Extremely convenient location! It's near Ueno Station, making trips to the airport cheap and fast. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options around. Navigating the subway is also a breeze
There was even a humidifier in the room!! Great for the winter months! Location was amazing! It was just a short 10mins walk from the Keisei Ueno Stn to catch the skyliner direct from Narita
I would definitely choose to stay here again next time! The room was very clean and cozy and even though it was small (on par with japanese standards) it has everything I needed
And 5 mins walk away are a few other subway lines (at least 5 more other lines scattered nearby) that can connect you to other major areas of Tokyo easily
It is a very convenient area to stay! The service staff was also very welcoming and kind! Thank you for making my stay wonderful! ^^

Although the room is quite small. Smaller than what it claims to be. However the room is still very comfy. The breakfast is simple but free. Enough to get myself refreshed in the morning. Overall the experience is good
The room was spacious enough for two suitcases, and well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator. There's a 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience store nearby
The breakfast was sufficient since I don't eat too much anyway. The DHC products at the front desk were more moisturizing than my own skincare, so I completely stopped using my own products afterward
Getting to Tokyo Disneyland by bus was super convenient, and breakfast was included!
Check-in was smooth, and overall, it was a great stay. The room was small but had everything I needed
Chance upon this hotel on a last minute trip to Tokyo. It was priced fairly affordable and it’s near to Kasai Station which is perfect. To be near a bus station that has an express bus to Disney Resort was a bonus

Surrounded by a vibrant dining scene and excellent transport links, it’s just steps away from museums and key landmarks
Good Hotel. Very clean, close to Kanda Station, just one after Tokyo Station. The room are very little, but I guess all Tokyo rooms are like that
Great rooms for a great prize. I was a bit unlucky with the bed. Amazing service and very friendly staff.

The room had high ceilings and a separate air conditioner, though the heating was a bit weak. The bathroom was a three-piece split, but the toilet cubicle was enclosed and had a slight odor
Having a double room all to myself was really comfortable! The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, no bathtub, but the showerhead was fantastic! Coming back every day for a hot shower was so relaxing!! Just a few steps to the right of the hotel is a 7-Eleven
You don't need to bring slippers or toiletries; the hotel provides them, and they are all quite good. There's also a Life supermarket nearby. I went once, and it was quite busy with a good selection of items to buy
The hotel I stayed at in Akasaka the previous two days was also close, but there was no subway service after the concert ended. The Yamanote Line, however, runs all night during New Year's Eve
Upon check-in, I also received a welcome drink voucher for a complimentary beverage at the second-floor cafe, which had a good variety of options. Overall, I'd say the hotel offers great value for money
There are also plenty of dining options. The hotel's hygiene and environment are very new. I stayed for 4 nights and only asked for the trash to be changed; the bedsheets weren't changed

She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding service and hospitality. She represents Hoshino Hotels and Resorts incredibly well. Thank you! I’m still here, but I already know this is a place I’d return to
I especially want to mention Suzuki, who made the best green tea I’ve had during my time in Japan. Her expertise, warm explanations, and genuine kindness elevated every interaction
The location is perfect; being steps away from the Imperial Gardens made daily walks effortless. The culinary experience was a highlight, particularly the 'Lost Flavors' Kaiseki dinner and the holistic Ryokan breakfast
Hoshinoya Tokyo has been an incredible stay. Everything feels calm, intentional, and thoughtfully done, from the design of the space to the overall atmosphere
We had an exceptional stay with our twin infants. The hotel’s commitment to families is unmatched—they provided cribs, high chairs, and even a bottle washer, which made our logistics seamless
It truly feels like a quiet retreat in the middle of the city. The hospitality is what really sets this place apart. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely welcome

It’s also only a few stops away from Shinagawa station to catch the bullet train but that in itself is another topic. Back to the hotel, it’s within 5 min walk from the closest elevator access point from Daimon station
Location is great as it’s close to multiple train lines, can walk to the station to different directions. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Amazing views of Tokyo Tower! The hotel is close to multiple subway lines, making it very easy to get around. There are lots of dining options and a FamilyMart downstairs. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!
Every time I come to Tokyo, I stay here. Although the rooms are small, they are clean and tidy. The only drawback is the 10 AM check-out.
I didn’t ask for additional pillows of a certain type. I was hoping to either get used to one of the combinations but I couldn’t figure it out. This isn’t discouraging me from staying here in the future though
Now there are individual connections per room which we never had issues with. If you need any quick snacks there’s a convenience store outside the ground floor lobby that’s easy to access

I've stayed at this hotel many times when visiting Tokyo. It's really convenient for transportation, and this time I even got a room facing the street with a view of the Tokyo Skytree!
This is my third time staying at this hotel, and the overall environment is great. However, this time the room had a damp smell, and the air conditioning didn't seem to help.
staff are accommodating. Location is a great place, near asakusa station and tawaramachi station. I like the complimentary drinks and coffee.
near subway very clean free coffee use english is ok small room
Strategic location, good service by reception who spoke multilanguages, and the hotel kindly assist if you want to leave/store luggage temporarily while you do shopping before check in or after checkout.

I stayed here for 5 days on May 5, the room are clean, staff are VERY FRIENDLY and can communicate well, the location is at the back of another building so it’s tough to find it at first. 5-10mins to shimbashi station
This is an extremely convenient location that is nicely sandwiched between Hamamatsucho and Shimbashi stations -- meaning easy access to central Tokyo and Haneda airports. Rooms are very clean and bed was comfortable
First of all i want to say thank you to the girl on trainee, I didn’t have the chance to get her name but i would like to say thank you for helping me out finding a hotel because i landed a day earlier

Highly recommend this hotel for its superb and helpful staff, clean room and great location! Like their tea machine for guests to take for free! I stay there whenever i visit Tokyo!
The hotel's location is great, close to Ikebukuro. However, the air conditioning in the room was too hot, and I couldn't seem to adjust the temperature properly. The hotel breakfast was also too simple.
For this price and condition, it's a pretty good deal in Ikebukuro. It's a ten-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to suit all budgets
There’s a Denny’s at level 2 where we have our breakfast and 7-11 at level 1. The famous Ichiran Ramen was just across the road and operate 24hr. Overall room was just nice for me and my son as it had everything we need
Great location as it was about 7min walk to Ikebukuro Station. The reception was at level 3 along with ice machine, coffee/tea machine, washing machine with dryer

Tmark City Hotel Omori Tokyo is fantastic! ✨ It's just a 1-minute walk from Omorikaigan Station, making it super convenient for Haneda Airport and Shinagawa
The room was spotless, the Sealy mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the 24-hour front desk staff were very attentive. Plus, the free WiFi was really fast
The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. Its location right next to the subway entrance is incredibly convenient. It's a great choice for business trips. I stay here every year when I'm in town for work.
There aren't many dining options in the immediate area, but it's perfect for a layover. I appreciate that, unlike some places, the front desk didn't ask for a good review, which I've never encountered in Japan before

The hotel lobby is on the 30th floor of the building. The hotel itself only occupies two floors with over a hundred rooms. On the 29th floor, there's a public bath, an ice machine, a washing machine, and a microwave
**Environment:** There's a mall and supermarket downstairs, and Takashimaya is right next door. **Service:** Luggage storage is available, and wheelchairs can be borrowed. The parking lot charges a fee
Service was excellent as always. they are very helpful and put my online orders to hotel room directly. wonderful view of River Tama & viewed Mt. Fuji at restaurant.
booking price: JTBるるぶ RURUBU was the lowest price compared to agoda room view: staff advised me if i pay ¥3,000 extra charge per night, then the room can be changed to beautiful night view room otherwise, assigned to concrete wall view room

The sauna is cool with a nice traditional Japanese atmosphere. Was OK, but I'm the type who prefers just grabbing a few buns at the 7-11 / Family Mart across the street
A simple but good hotel, tiny rooms like all of Tokyo but definitely worth because of the location. Close to many important city hubs
Booked this for the convenience and that it was available last minute but would say it’s a bit pricey for what you get. Room is very small but we made it work with 2 big luggages
Walking distance to so much! Harajuku, and shibuya crossing. The breakfast was really great too. Highly recommend.

Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Room size is pretty compact so it can be a little hard to unpack luggage. Location is pretty good.

The hotel is right in the heart of the Asakusa Senso-ji commercial street, directly opposite UNIQLO, Don Quijote (open 24 hours), and Ichiran Ramen. From the room, you can see Senso-ji Temple and the Tokyo Skytree
The location is great. Walking distance to most of the station (Asakusa Station , Ginza Station) and basically just next to the major temple in Japan. Worth the choice, with provided sufficient amenities.
There are also many restaurants, and the cream puffs at the matcha shop at the end of the street are delicious. Senso-ji Temple is also just at the end of the road. The service was excellent too
