Location was the main reason I booked this hotel and it was the right decision. The airport bus was right in front of the hotel entrance (5th floor) and you could see the Shibuya scramble crossing from the hotel elevator
My 1st choice whenever I m in Tokyo! Easy access from Narita airport, 2 mins walk from Shibuya station, hikarie n scramble square is linked w a walking bridge from the hotel 4th floor exit… best hotel so far in Tokyo
Second time here, great location as your in the heart of Shibuya.
Do not reccomend the breakfast we included it the first stay but not the second as it is quite bad unfortunately.
Lower floor rooms only look out onto air conditioners and the roofs of nearby low-rise buildings. I recommend booking a higher floor room. The elevator lobby offers excellent views, worth checking out
One most convenient hotel strategically located right @ Shibuya Crossing 🚠⛩️🏔️, easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The room has cosy bed 🛌 for great beauty sleep
Best thing, the hotel offers Airport Limo bus 🚌 transfers right @ the Level 5 Lobby carpark area. There are countless oishi eateries, great retail shopping 🛍️ & spa nearby for relaxing massage
Tokyo, 3 Chome-13-1 Takanawa, Minato, 108-8612 Tokio, Yaponiya (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I booked an Executive Room. While it wasn't huge, I had a nice view of Tokyo Tower. There's also an executive lounge on the first floor. The offerings weren't extensive, but it was enough to grab a quick bite.
Overall good location direct access from Haneda airport. There was shuttle bus available from Prince Hotel Shinagawa to go to this hotel within the same area
Check in was smooth and generalities staff who helped with luggage was very friendly and helpful
The location is excellent, with a shuttle service that picks up and drops off right across from Shinagawa Station, making travel and shopping very convenient
It has a sizable garden that guests can explore, and there's a discount on tickets to the nearby aquarium, so there's plenty to do during your stay
However one male front desk (not wearing glasses) staff stood out as an unexpected lousy service communication unbecoming of Japanese service excellence

I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a deluxe twin room, and the shower was super spacious. They also gave me a complimentary cocktail voucher for the top-floor bar, where I could enjoy the night view of the Skytree
Great ambiance, well-equipped facilities. The hotel even has a pool, and the rooms are quite spacious, tidy, and clean. All daily necessities are provided
Excellent stay! The room was spotless, and the view was fantastic – we could even see the tower from our window. The location is super convenient, and the breakfast spread was really impressive
There's a large supermarket and a drugstore nearby, along with various restaurants. On the way to the subway station, there are many ramen and sushi shops, and I've tried them all, haha
I've stayed at this hotel many times. The service is excellent, and the view from the window is beautiful, with a clear view of the Tokyo Skytree, which is even more stunning at night
We stayed here for a short relaxing trip before visiting Disneyland. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, making it a nice place to rest before a full day at the park

The hotel was a good and comfortable place to stay, even though it was a bit squeezy to open up our luggages. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, no matter how short it was. The staff were extremely helpful
The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and offers a shuttle bus service to Disneyland (though you need to book early as seats fill up quickly). The breakfast selection is excellent
Beside the hotel there is Daiso , uniqlo , GU and there are a few malls walking distance. Mrt is just a ~ 5 min walk
There is a coin laundry nearby, you can get the map from the counter
There are also many restaurants around the hotel, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Kinshicho subway station. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time
The hotel has been recently renovated, the service is excellent, and the dinner was also quite good. It's reasonably priced and in a great location!
The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. The Tokyo Skytree is right across from the hotel's entrance

A business hotel close to the subway station. Breakfast on the first floor is delicious. Using sauna of B1 is a good way to relieve fatigue. The room is really small, so it is difficult for 2 people to use it
This is a typical chain business hotel. I usually stay elsewhere in Shinjuku, but it was fully booked. This hotel and my usual one are both about a 10-minute walk from the station
They were very helpful when I needed to store my luggage, and they even gave me directions to my destination, which was a huge help! I'd love to stay here again!
It's a straightforward and convenient walk from Shinjuku Station/Lumine Est. The hotel itself is like any business hotel – everything is typically Japanese: fast, efficient, and tidy
My back hurts because the bed is old. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near the subway. Unexpectedly, there are many Western tourists
By the way, I really liked the detailed information available on the TV here; you can browse everything in the background

We stayed in a King bed room for 4 nights which was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our luggage. We were on floor 34 and elevators fast, we had a great view and could see Mt Fuji on our last morning
Great location, and the airport shuttle was super convenient! I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shinjuku. The service and cleanliness were also very good
The rooms on the higher floors offer great views, perfect for seeing the city lights twinkling at night. Plus, there's an Alexa smart assistant in the room that you can connect to via Bluetooth
Breakfast was just okay, with a limited selection, but the facilities were comprehensive. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs
The hotel lobby is on the 20th floor, and you can access a pedestrian bridge from the 2nd floor to walk to Takashimaya or Harajuku Station. Honestly, it's incredibly convenient! I'd definitely stay here again
Even if there isn't a direct bus to the hotel itself, you can easily take one to Shinjuku Bus Terminal and reach the hotel with just a 5-minute walk – super convenient! Check-in is on the 20th floor, and there's a 7-Eleven on the ground floor

Excellent service, great accomodations. They even give you a phone with unlimited internet access and calling to use during your stay. Rooms were bigger than we expected. Everything was nice and clean
I booked the room with Tokyo Tower view, so this is the view from our room. The location is nice but a bit far from the station. There are many convenience store and supermarket around the hotel
Inside the room, there's a large sofa bed, perfect for extra luggage or belongings. You can easily fit two or three suitcases without feeling cramped. The view from the window in my room was also lovely
The location is great! We were within walking distance of 3 different train stations! The room was big, we had a couch which was nice. The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive and warm
The cleaning staff were very attentive, punctual and helpful - I hope they can get recognition for their efforts!
We had an amazing view of Tokyo Tower
The room is quite spacious for Tokyo standards; we could manage to open two large suitcases. The location is about an 8-10 minute walk from the subway station

Getting to other places is a breeze too, as the subway station entrance is right downstairs. The bed is large, and the bathroom and shower are separate, both quite spacious
The room was great, small but perfectly formed. It was super convenient for everything – shopping, dining, and getting around on the subway
You won't have to worry about food or drinks staying here. The Asakusa Line downstairs goes straight to Narita Airport (if you're not good with transfers, just allow two hours for the trip)
The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent; you could walk to the entire Ginza shopping district
There's a popular ramen place nearby that wasn't very good, but a Yakiniku restaurant called Jojoen (not the one on the Mitsukoshi building) was incredibly delicious
For one person, the room size feels just right, but it might be a bit snug for two people or if you have two large suitcases

The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location, making it convenient to get anywhere. The service is good, and the room is clean. It's definitely recommendable, and I'll stay here again next time.
The pagoda-view room I booked was absolutely breathtaking! The in-room dining was also delicious. I was completely satisfied with everything and would definitely come back again!
Facilities: Very new, I really like the minimalist style. Hygiene: Very clean, the bathtub was very comfortable for a soak. Environment: The environment is excellent
EDITION never let me down!! This is a trendy, very happening yet home-like stay for me as always — I was greeted upon check-in by a super friendly lady who’s very thoughtful and attentive (I recall her name starts with P?)
I booked this place specifically for the Tokyo Tower view 🗼. The King Room with a view was exceptional. Service: The service was great, and the deposit was only 3,000 JPY
Facilities: Well-equipped
Cleanliness: Spotless
I always stay at this hotel for business trips, so I'm very familiar with it. The facilities are comprehensive, and the transportation is convenient
For the return trip, it's a short walk or you can take the U-line. We were upgraded to a room on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view. The room isn't old at all, and personally, I think it's better than the Hilton
First time in Japan, and I booked the hotel myself – it was a fantastic experience! Firstly, the location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. Secondly, the hotel service is impeccable
A very satisfying hotel overall. While the transportation isn't the most convenient, they offer a shuttle bus to the JR station three times an hour, which we used daily and found quite convenient
Ambiance: Very old-school elegant, the bedding is super comfortable, and I really loved the bathroom mirror – it's perfect for photos!
Service: Absolutely on point!!!!
The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely professional and welcoming throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, and everyone was very helpful whenever I had questions
I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Tokyo Bay. The hotel offers beautiful views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge, which made the experience feel really special, especially at night

Furthermore, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The freshly made noodles and baked bread were particularly memorable. In summary, this stay was perfect
The room was also very spacious and luxurious, and the walk-in closet was a good size and very practical. The service was even more exceptional; from check-in to check-out, guests felt warmly welcomed
My friend misplaced her earrings upon check out and when we called the hotel, the housekeeping staff found the earrings and safe kept it for my friend. Excellent service! Will definitely recommend
The hotel's location is top-notch, with direct access to the Hibiya Line right downstairs and the Imperial Palace East Garden next door. It's incredibly convenient for exploring Ginza
What truly stands out is the hotel's excellent location – within walking distance to several popular attractions and shopping centers, making transportation incredibly convenient
I had reached out in advance as this was an important trip for our family, and the team – especially Ms. Kim – went above and beyond to help organise everything smoothly

The staff are super nice and the rooms are extremely neat, the hotel also has a easy transport system, with fast and efficient elevators that take you anywhere you need to go, there is also a pool as well as a bottom floor where you can easily order a taxi
We traveled to Nagano Prefecture for 2 days from Tokyo and returned to stay at the Conrad again. This time, we switched to a bay view suite. The room was still spacious, and having two bathrooms was very convenient
The view remained impeccable, and the housekeeping staff did a thorough and clean job. We needed packing tape, and they delivered two large rolls, which was a very thoughtful touch ❤️
The documents we needed printed were also handled very well. We have a small suggestion: could the bathtub be replaced with a deeper model? The current one is too shallow, and taller people can't fully enjoy it
Great hotel. Loved the service. It’s looks a little dated but still works for us. It’s a bit far from Ginza. Had to walk about 20 minutes in the cold
Dinner was delicious with a good variety of food options in the room. However, breakfast was very average. The room felt a bit old, not sure why, but the service was okay. The location was a bit hard to find

The breakfast area offers views of the Skytree. The room facilities are comprehensive, with a rich selection of amenities, including cleansing oil and disposable bath mitts. You can even see Mount Fuji from the room
The 20-square-meter room is consistent with the description, clean and spacious, and even comes with a multi-head charging cable, which is a thoughtful touch. There's a bathtub, but unfortunately, no bath salts
The location was awesome as it is close to the tourist spots and restaurants. The room has an overlooking view of the Tokyo Skytree. There are nearby halal restaurants as well
Small single room but with a nice view of sky tree. Breakfast was not included, but was delicious and varied. Very close to Asakusa’s bustling activity and cultural beauty
Amenities are ready including the sleepwear. They offer baggage transfer if you plan to travel to different location in Japan. Staff are friendly and helpful
The 14th floor offers a perfect view! The room directly faces Senso-ji Temple and the Tokyo Skytree, which are beautiful both in the morning and at night

The staffs are friendly and and we had a good view of Tokyo city during our stay!
It's not far from Ginza, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Within a kilometer, you have access to five subway lines: the Namboku, Marunouchi, Ginza, Hanzomon, and Yurakucho lines, making getting around incredibly convenient
The transportation is convenient, with a bus stop right outside. The service attitude is good, but the areas where the ice machines and beverage cabinets are located on each floor need daily cleaning
The facilities are complete, and there are washing machines on the 17th and 18th floors. The view outside the window is beautiful, but the ice machine has stains, which is unpleasant to look at
The room wasn't huge, but it was pretty standard for a Japanese-style room, and we were comfortable in the triple room they assigned us. The location is fantastic – quiet but still central
Environment: Situated right next to the Imperial Palace, it offers a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. A FamilyMart convenience store is also conveniently located on the ground floor
The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station. The main thing is that the rooms are very spacious, with the basic room type being 46 square meters, which is quite rare to find in central Tokyo
Everything about the hotel was great. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station (JR Narita Express) with a large suitcase
Location was within walking dist of the Shinagawa train station. Hotel is more old styled, not upgraded with the modern usb plugs.
Service was impeccable, the restaurant staff remembers you and your coffee order.
Across the street from the Shinagawa train station (local Subways, bullet train, train to Narita airport ) makes this hotel an ideal location if you want to explore Tokyo. Large rooms and attentive staff.
However, this is the second time I've experienced an unexpected train delay on the Narita Express, and I almost missed my flight! I recommend not cutting it too close when booking train tickets
I stayed here with my friends for a luxurious 'hokansu' (hotel vacation). The bathroom was spacious, and having two large mirrors made it really convenient for us girls to get ready

Easily my favourite hotel in Tokyo and in my top 3 globally! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered and the breakfast is industry-standard setting in a continent that cares a great deal about breakfast!
We had a delightful stay at the Palace Hotel. The room is spotless and amenities are ample and good quality. We didnt dine at the hotel as we like to go to exploring and there are ample good quality restaurants closeby.
Lovely hotel with top notch service. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Selection of Japanese food at the breakfast buffet could be better. We would stay in the hotel again.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Tokyo Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The prices are usually very reasonable too
This hotel is an above average 5 star hotel in experience, facilities and most of all its people. Large hotel with large tasteful spaces and direct link to the Tokyo rail network by escalator within the hotel
Directly across the road from the Imperial Palace and a short reasonable walk to Tokyo station and Daimaru shopping centre. Rooms were very nice and clean and quiet

The hotel is directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3, so you don't even have to leave the airport; you can access it straight from the departure hall. It's incredibly convenient, especially for transfers
Very convenient hotel just inside the Terminal 3. Walk less than 100m to check in for flight. Walk about 400m to train or bus station. But not convenient if have car bcos cannot drive to entrance or hotel lobby
Clean hotel conveniently located right at haneda airport terminal 3! Rooms were a bit outdated but still maintained cleanly. Would love if more stuff like face wash etc were provided for convenience.
Right at the T3 departure level, which is super convenient. The room was spacious, and since I booked a premium floor, I even got a glimpse of Mount Fuji from afar, plus complimentary soft drinks
Perfectly functional Check-in and check-out by kiosk
Very clean room, excellent bedding, good sound insulation
Need to drop luggage at terminal 3 entrance or terminal 3 car park and walk to hotel

I also noticed that this hotel and the one I stayed at previously in Kobe both belong to the Japanese Monterey Hotel Group, indicating standardized management. It offers pretty good value for money
Hotel is conveniently located just outside the Hanzomon station. Excellent for runners that like to jog around the Imperial palace in a 5km loop
Excellent service; was Greeted with warm welcome bottled drinks
The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is great. It's super convenient, less than 10 meters from the subway exit. They have everything you could possibly need, so you don't have to bring a thing
The room was okay, but the space around the bed was too cramped, with no separation in the middle, making it feel a bit tight
Location: Excellent! It's right by one of the Hanzomon Line's termini, Exit 5, just 20 meters from the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, it's great to have the subway drop you directly at the entrance
Plus, it's super convenient for getting anywhere. Surroundings: There are three supermarkets – one to the left, one to the right, and one in front of the hotel, all within a three-minute walk

First time we stayed in this hotel and explored the location which is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. We like the area and the hotel room is decent
The room space is decent; there's enough space to open a suitcase.
It will be great if the hotel has onsen facilities
Room is adequately big enough for our family of 3. Located near to subway stations and shopping cum restaurants.
Room was smaller than expected for 3 people but overall decent stay
Although the price is comparable to the nearby hotel, we were quite disappointed to find that there was no water bottle giveaway. The space was also quite small for the price charged.

The garden views are stunning, with mist released at various times, creating a dreamlike 'sea of clouds' effect. The rooms are spacious, combining European classical style with subtle Japanese aesthetic details
Staying at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, which blends a century-old Japanese garden with lavish decor, was an experience of a unique 'urban oasis' environment, exceptional service, and rich culture
Since we had an early morning flight on our second day, only one restaurant was open for breakfast, and the selection was quite limited
However, there were only two restaurants available without a reservation, and the à la carte options were limited and a bit pricey
The most undervalued 5 star hotel in Tokyo. It has everything youd expect from a 5 star and service is impeccable
The only downside is the less-than-ideal transportation convenience
