Hotel was nice, not too big, all inclusive was superb, we had all we needed. Food was tasty, not very big variety, few meals, but all tasty (exactly what I was looking for). Our stay was calm and relaxing

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good and so were the drinks by the pool. The only down side for us were the night shows (from 9-11)

The location is brilliant just a small walk to Fererra beach, there was a very nice little bar up the road called Marleys and just a 15min walk you were in the main area of Cala D’or where we had some amazing food and drinks the kids loved it

We did get a taxi one night which was around €10 one way for a taxi of 6 The Ting Ting, small electric road train was €19 one way but it was fun and we traveled the full route around the marina the kids loved it Overall we enjoyed the holiday it’s a beautiful place just a small let down was the food The price of food and drinks outside of the hotel is acceptable not much different to the UK beer...

One let down for me was the Food breakfast wasn’t being cooked fast enough so you always seemed to be stood around waiting for things , lunch for me was the best with plenty of choice , again Teatime had some good choices but you seemed to be waiting for things to come out and be cooked

The rooms were nice and modern could have just done with some more pillows. The bathroom was slightly dated in the room we stayed in but I did have a look at another room which was really modern

The main thing that let the food down for me was it was not Hot enough in some cases it was cold or just warm. We did end up eating out at night around 5 times

Although we were very early in the season the atmosphere was brilliant not to busy at night an always plenty of staff on the bar ( very pleasant I must say )

Fantastic choice of tasty and abundant amount of food. I am in serious need of diet now as a result. The pool both indoors and outdoor is great. Shame that the spa was always closest

Strongly recommend the visit to go and see Porte Christo and see the Dragon cave in. It's only 15 min drive in taxi (15 eur)

Air con brilliant, rooms so quiet with everything you need. Pool area lovely with plenty of beds. Would stay again!

Good sized rooms which were very clean. The restaurant had great food as well. The staff were amazingly friendly despite how crowded it was! Nice pool and smaller pool for young children

The staff were brilliant and definitley go above and beyond; in the restaurant we were offered drinks at both lunch and dinner (we were AI) and they were always happy to go to the bar and get these

The staff clearly worked very hard and were all genuinely friendly. The food in the restaurant was great, what you’d expect in an all inclusive and no one went hungry

Apart from that, the hotel has a prefect location and there are a lot of nice bar and restaurant around

Upgraded to a 5• room, was amazing. The food was lovely plenty to choose from. Gabrielle the entertainment guy did everything to make you feel good. A top man. I would definitely go back just for Gabrielle company..

We opted for the all-inclusive package, which was great value. The restaurant was a little smaller than you might expect for a 4-star hotel, but the food options more than made up for it

Furthermore, the interminable wait (30 minutes) for two simple drinks at the pool bar, in the heat, is incomprehensible for an establishment that is supposed to offer quality service

It is unacceptable that such a malfunction should continue uncorrected. Regarding the restaurant, the quality of the food was also very concerning

The elevators are very slow and can't keep up, and the one on the left on the second floor makes a terrible noise. The room insulation is poor; you can hear all the noise from other rooms, the street, the elevator, etc

There are Eroski and Mercadona stores nearby. Parking in the surrounding area is very difficult, although we were very lucky. Breakfast is limited in variety, but what they offer is good

The reception staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. Although our bathroom had a loose shower screen, we reported it and nothing was done, so the bathroom kept flooding

The bathroom posed a real danger, with the shower temperature going from scalding hot to freezing cold in a matter of seconds, causing my partner to suffer a burn

Booked last minute and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff were so friendly the interiors were simple fresh and just lovely, breakfast was good, location was perfect for the beach restaurants and the old town

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh

* if you’re all inclusive you may well have the chance to dine in the à la carte restaurant…this a lovely dining experience with very attentive waiting staff

overall a nice hotel withgood food ,excellant staff ,no real qualms ,might go back next year but a couple of weeks earlier as the hotel had started to wind down for the winter break

food was less choice towards the weekend ,and evening entertainment ended on wednesday night and that was it for the season. I was not really affected by these measures

Ibra and Isaac are absolute stars they looked after us the whole time we were here. We had a fantastic stay the rooms are comfortable and super clean, the whole place is clean and the food is restaurant quality

We never appreciate all inclusive and end up eating out but this is different Sea bass, tuna, good quality steak, beautiful tasty salads. There are spa facilities although we didn’t use them

Jassmin, who – if I remember correctly – was the restaurant manager. He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and created a great atmosphere while making sure every detail was perfect

Food is good but can have an off day. When the food is good it really is tasty. Staff are so helpful and happy. Unfortunately No free water with your meal in the evening

We would also like to highlight Romina, the housekeeper – she was absolutely fantastic! Our room was always spotless, and she was so kind and attentive. She made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay

Ideally located near the nature reserve for a run or walk. Have to mention the reception who I had asked for flowers for my wife as it was our anniversary. We would love to return again. Felt at home from the first day

Also, a big thank-you to the cosmetologist Beatriz — she has magic hands, truly loves and knows her job; people like her are a real rarity. Everything felt very homey and family-like

Good selection of white rose and red wine. Only criticism of meal times never noticed anything like pizza/chicken nuggets etc for younger kids. Entertainment bit hit and miss

Had the most amazing 30 minute deep tissue massage, wish id booked longer! So relaxing and came out feeling amazing! Highly recommend to anyone staying at this hotel, I would definitely recommend book if I ever return to Mallorca! Probably the best massage I've ever had!

The animators are amazing — special thanks to Klavdiya and Alejandro! They are genuine, positive, and have an incredible sense of humor. It’s always fun with them, and they really give their 💯%

I currently stayed there twice, ideal if you have children. Also a walk into CALA Blanes all the restaurants have all the amenities for children

Overall the experience was good, food was usually great, except Asian night. It was hard to get an iron for the room, and I strongly believe that they gave either only one that they keep moving between rooms, or very few

There was one misleading information on the ******* website: it says that there is a double bed and a single bed, but when we arrived there they told us that there was no such thing as a double bed

A lovely hotel Only issue was that I travelled with my daughter and we had to share a double bed luckily it was king size

The Hotel sits on top of the beach, on an amazing bay The Hotel is old and needs an update but I general is well kept and clean. On the occasions we needed help, it was given without any problem. Price.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and had an amazing time. The location is perfect, the beach is right in the front of the hotel. The room was simple but got everything we needed

We chose the all inclusive option and was the best decision ever. The food was delicious every day. The staff was very kind and helpful especially Eimen at the bar who was super nice and attentive

but the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the kitchen! the menu is practically the same as in other spanish hotels, but it is amazingly delicious! everything is delicious, from carrots to paella! meat, fish, seafood, salads, absolutely everything!!!! If you want to eat your whole vacation like in the best restaurant - this is the place for you!!!

And now the restaurant, a very pleasant surprise: very good food, in a restaurant overlooking the beautiful beach, which was literally two steps away

Sun beds slightly uncomfortable however. All inclusive had a variety of drinks, you pay €1 for the cup which you can get back at the end of your holiday when you return the cup

The bar is open from 10am until 11pm around the pool and the drinks were pretty good for an all inclusive. Queues usually were alright most of the time but you just checked out and got up when it was less busy

There was a wide variety of foods available and I personal enjoyed everything I ate. The location of the hotel is great. Right near the shops and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the beach

Could cater more for gluten free and vegan, however there was lactose free milk at breakfast every morning. Entertainment was great for us on an evening, especially if you don’t want to leave the hotel

We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. After seeing some harsh reviews we were initially worried. Rooms were clean, some TLC needed on walls and bathroom. Pool area spotless and cleaned everyday

We thought this was a great deal, and it helped keep glasses from being around the pool. We loved the food, wide selection with plenty to choose from, meat options, fish options, vegetarian

We could name so many but Olga & Mane❤️ in the restaurant were his star favs. We can't thank you enough for keeping him comfortable and entertained on each meal

The entertainment team, headed by Paul, Andrea, Sami and Steffen are excellent and really put their hearts and souls into the disco and other events. Our children loved these events

The drinking fountain in each corridor is such a great idea. Especially doing bottles!!! The restaurant was very impressive, the different themes and cuisines were a delight

Freddie and Angela run a tight and well organised ship and the experience is first class. The pools are good for both adults and children and again, spotless each day

Check out Multi Hire for paddleboard and Prom Am for road bike hire if you like these kinds of things. Both are near to the hotel and offer good prices and service

Great entertainment and dancing also. The food is great and all the pools not to mention the beauty of the surrounding areas. Will return soon Love carolina xxx

Great location across from a lovely clean beach, you do have to pay for sunbeds as in most places. Lovely flat promenade to walk along with some nice shops, bars, restaurants going along to the marina and into town

The food was consistently fresh and incredibly tasty, with a fantastic array of vegetables and drinks to choose from

One downside would be the pool area if you are a sun worshiper sun was behind the building until lunchtime, then only along one side of the pool until later and although they are signs NOT to reserve sunbeds people did even putting towels on beds the night before which staff did not remove! We had a great stay and would definitely go back to Picafort Beach Hotel in a lovely resort

Fantastic Beach views right there on the beach and ocean. Had an amazing rooftop terrace couch to stargaze and hear the music from the neighborhood. Friendly staff great overall place recommend right in the heart of town

Everything was perfect: lovely and tidy surroundings, a clean garden full of flowers, comfortable bungalows, very varied and good food, even for vegetarians like us, free yoga lesson, courteous and helpful staff, 5 minute walking from a very long sandy beach with blue sea, 5 minutes driving from a pedestrian area with shops and venues where to stroll in the evening

The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was also really good. Even though we were there as a couple, we saw that it’s also a great place for families. Some bungalows are bigger and can fit more people

Our bungalow was clean and cozy, and we had a private hot tub just outside our door. It was only for us, and we loved it. We went as a couple to celebrate our anniversary, and it was perfect

We only left because our vacation ended, but we will come back for sure. It was a special trip we will never forget

The bluesea gran player hotel sa coma majorca was absolutely lovely perfect for a friend's holiday the hotel was lovely and clean we had our rooms cleaned every day fresh bedding every day our rooms were next door to each other in which I asked for and they were so ocomadating our balconies were lovely and big to relax on the pool veiw was amazing the staff lovely and polite Sonia and Lauren on reception...

We have just finished a long weekend away for our 20th anniversary at the Gran Playa and its been lovely. Room: Clean, tidy and very nice decor. A lovely big balcony that looks over the pool and show area

Cocktails not included with All Inclusive which is a shame and not what I’ve experienced anywhere else. Also icecream isn’t included which when travelling with kids isnt ideal

We have had an amazing week in the Bluesea Gran Playa, staff were great, food good, rooms great annd very clean, entertainment brilliant. Best value for money so far on our 2nd trip to Majorca

Staff - we didn’t have many dealing with staff as was no need, checked in and requested an early hours taxi for Monday, went back Sunday to confirm but it hadn’t been done, lots of apologies and was sorted quick

Pool - I love the fact that you cannot access the pool area until 8:30, doors are all locked, thus,i imagine, meaning no lounger races, on Saturday it was a beautiful 27°, there were loungers a plenty all day

Room really clean though and cleaned every day which was great. Staff in buffet restaurant very friendly, one lady in particular but didn’t take name unfortunately

The meal service team was Awesome and took great care of us for our five days. The All inclusive Fare is moderate however there are great dining options on the beach front

Went for 4 nights all inclusive. The hotel was lovely and clean. Great pool area and sky bar with a small pool which was lovely to dip into after a sunbathe. Room was very clean which included a small balcony to sit on

Large queue at only bar serving your free soft drinks. Coffee machine only on at breakfast and to be honest it’s the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. Food is lukewarm warm but they do provide a microwave to heat it up

Spanish law dictates hotel can only serve you 3 drinks with lunch and dinner. Hotel dictates no water/drinks/coffee making facilities in room. Left over breakfast sweets are the available snacks

They left us champagne and decorated the bed with rose petals. Truly an unforgettable experience that me and my partner will cherish for a long time

Our experience at Cabot Cala Ferrera was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding; every staff member was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the cocktails were perfectly made

I would recommend planning a few meals on the strip though as the restaurants are great. We had concerns about having bunk beds so requested 4 single beds put together to make 2 doubles

Our son was obsessed with the inflatable bubble in the main pool providing hours of entertainment. Both our children also made friends which was lovely. Thoroughly recommend this and would definitely go back again

It was a nice idea to incentivise 6 or more kids club visits with a certificate and medal. My daughter was so proud to receive hers and took it in to ‘show & tell’ at her school today

I booked a late getaway for couple days for me and my mum, wasn't expected much for what we paid. I was already aware of the inclusive rules so wasn't a problem for us

I hadn’t noticed this when booking and only realised when reading some of the reviews. 3 small beers or 3 large wines lunch & dinner. Obviously all soft drinks & coffees included

If you have walking difficulties then pick a different hotel although my mum has stick and managed (had hip replacement just over year ago) and she is quite fit for 74 For a short break I would recommend overall you get what you pay for so we got a bargain for this break

Food we ate was fine chips were delicious I would say if you expecting lots of choice and selection this isn't the hotel for you but for our short stay was enough choice, breakfast was good and the bread and rolls always tasty
