Hotels All-inclusive in Majorca island

Oh, on the VIP basis, top shelf drinks are sometimes included such as Baileys. Hubby had a few Barcelo runs which cost a few Euros extra. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

It's absolutely spotless, food was lovely, so much to choose from. Wonderful staff, always smiling, helpful and very hardworking. I'm so shocked at the negative reviews sometimes. All I can say is please ignore them

Definitely worth the extra we paid. We were given our room around 2pm and were surprised that it had a sea view! All in all we had a great stay. We went out and ate at nearby restaurants and also for drinks

We stayed for 8 nights from the 10th April n an AI VIP package. On arrival the hotel reception was busy with a large group of golfers. Staff did a really good job of checking them in and moving swiftly to us

We were pleasantly surprised to see what was on offer! Red,white,rose and Frexneit Cava, alongside beer and fruit, pastries, toasties and pizza. The area was cleaned and replenished often

This is the 2nd time since last year we've visited this lovely Hotel. Last year with our son and again from the 27th to today 30th with our granddaughter in room 211

There you can find a range of restaurants - Steak House, Italian, German coffee shop, German restaurant. Indian, Chinese, and of course Spanish- something for eveyone

Before we had even got to our room we were asked to pay 70 euros Safe 32 Euros 10 back at checkout Tourist tax 36 Euros Drink Tokens 2 Euros ( this was a bit of a pain as we were all Inclusive and you had to keep taking cup back when wanting another drink they would not give a new one without the cup dont expect to have to do this when AI) Location: Perfect within 5min walk to bars restaurants...

Walls are paper thin which makes sleeping difficult and as much other guests making noise at unsocial times isn’t a fault if the hotel they should make sure people are warned against it

What a great find a lovely friendly hotel within easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants. My sister and I stayed here for 1 week in Sept 2025

Especially the night receptionist who carried my luggage up the stairs for me on arrival, Saul and the lifeguard who set up our sunbeds and umbrella each day, the lifeguard who took my case to the luggage store for me on departure

The rooms are basic but clean, great powerful shower, comfortable beds. We were self catering and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. We were provided with drying towels but no washcloth or washing up liquid

It is next to the ocean and the workers are very very friendly. The food is really good and the meals change often enough. Drinks are not that tasty. I can recommend it to come there👍

It was a great location very close to the beach. My only issue was some of the other guests we found to be very rude and disapproving of our disabled child but this was nothing to do with the hotel

-The rooms are so noisy, we were constantly awoken by our neighbours banging around and moving furniture which meant restless nights of sleep -The ceiling in the reception area was peeling away and there was leaks in the roof in the restaurant meaning you had to walk around buckets of water when trying to get your food… If you have low expectations and want a budget stay then this is the place for...

I wouldn't recommend staying longer than 2-3 days. 90% of the food is the same, if we're talking about all-inclusive. The sound insulation between rooms is awful. It's not very clean, and the cleaning service is mediocre

The hotel is very good, but what really stood out was the excellent service and friendliness of the staff — starting from the Reception and continuing with the Bar and Restaurant

A special mention to Zak at the Bar, who was extremely helpful and attentive, and to Rosio at Reception, who kindly assisted us with the hotel Wi-Fi. Everyone we interacted with was professional and welcoming

We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely look forward to coming back!

The hotel has a great pool area outside and a super indoor pool too. If you have a high floor room then there is a great view of the resort as well

, Top-notch host Arantxa, great atmosphere, and a top-notch hotel.

Bar staff Zack and Jorge were also lovely , nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location for Ca'n Picafort and buses to other areas. We were there 10 days food very good at first but then became a little repetitive

We were also lucky enough to have the local goats come by to say hello a few times! The area is beautiful, and I loved the peaceful morning walks around 7am. The sea was crystal clear, refreshing, and perfect for a swim

The food at the hotel was okay, but if you’re staying here, make sure you visit La Tasca a short walk away, it was some of the best food and sangria I’ve ever had, and the staff were incredibly friendly

One of the highlights was watching the sunrise every morning from the coastal path right outside the hotel. You can even enjoy the view from your room

There’s also a small pool on the 4th floor, which we practically had to ourselves for most of the trip since most guests seemed to use the main pool

Paying for drinks was also problematic, as the card machines seemed to be frequently out of order

Stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect for what we wanted, somewhere quiet and relaxing

Just 30meters from the beach and ocean. it can be a bit windy in this location but worth the proximity. We didn’t do the all inclusive so didn’t try the restaurants but there were food options very close

For those who opt for the all-inclusive formula the service is really such, there are areas for children and several pools with slides, bar, pizzeria and steak house

Food and all inclusive is priced great and it's not bad but it's not great

Good hotel, the studios are spacious and are cleaned every day. There is a working kitchenette, two negative but soluble notes are the cutlery tray positioned under the garbage can and the lack of a colander

Friendly staff, great food options, fun activities for kids, nice pools and beach. Loved everything bit of our holiday and would definitely visit again!

We go abroad twice a year and have never had to pay for the room safe but at the Condes it was 76 euro for 2 weeks which is robbery also it was a safe with a key which means there must be a spare key in case you lose yours so it is not 100% secure most hotels have digital safes so you enter a 4 digit number of your choice

After that, there was a different performance we had 2 amazing singers and dancers when we were there. The only negative is the women lifeguard, she made up rules on the day and changed them for certain individuals

We went to the Condes on 28th September for 14 days we found the staff to be very good & the food was fine but what spoiled it for us was the room (605) it was very old furniture there was only one power point in the room under the TV & you couldn't put the balcony lights on

Despite having to follow a gluten free diet, I found something to eat at every meal. The salads were to a very good international standard but some of the hot food lacked any discernible flavour and looked tired

I am currently on day 6 of a 7 day all inclusive holiday here at Globalis Condes De Alcudia. I have tongive an honest review after reading some of the negative reviews. This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location

Evening meals, we mostly choose vegetarian of which there are numerous options. It's location across the road from the beach and 5 min walk to marina is ideal. The old town bus stops outside the door

My family and I have been eating in this restaurant for many many years and always visit when on holiday. The food and service is amazing. The ambiance we love and cannot wait to be visiting again this August

My wife and I didn't stay at the hotel but visited with a group (friends and family) for lunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was busy but not packed and there was a friendly, calm, relaxing atmosphere

We found this restaurant on our second last night so disappointed we didn’t find it sooner. Great service, beautiful setting and amazing food. Best food we’ve had in Mallorca by far. Absolute hidden gem!!!

Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food. Good price for a reasonable portion. I think some might think that the portions are small, but they are not. Not only delicious but filling

This was presented, cut, cooked to order and served at the table. A nice bit of food theatrics to heighten the experience. I would highly recommend eating at the Floriana restaurant

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to go to a nicer restaurant with more gourmet food and a beautiful atmosphere

Not far from the airport, very short walk to a beach and shops, even shorter walk to a supermarket that stocks nappies and formula and sun lotion! But the best by far are the staff…our children loved the kids club staff and we also were super impressed when our daughter fell over and injured herself (total accident) and they had a first aider then doctor with us in minutes

Lots of different pools, great food, staff were very helpful, great location near the beach, room was lovely and both the kids and adults really enjoyed our stay. We did all inclusive and we felt it was value for money

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last week, it was our first visit to this hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, ordering us taxis and giving us knowledge about the different areas to visit

Also in the bathroom area over the bath, there was a large clear glass window so, not only could you see into the bathroom, when you put the light on in the night, it lit the whole main room up

They will include cots and potties if you ask, a high chair…they are great! The Palma Nova Zafiro Palace (we’ve also stayed in Alcudia which was also great) has a fantastic location

I can’t thank them enough (especially the customer relations lady whose name escapes me unfortunately). They were all awesome and we are going to definitely return!

The reception was magnificient. The food and beverage staff took very well care with of us. thank you to the wonderful public relations Magda for asking if it's everything fine. We don't doubt that we come back again!

The rooms were clean and comfortable — simple but everything we needed — and the beds were great, which made a big difference after active days out. One of the highlights for us was the separate pool area

It was much quieter than the main pool, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, especially with a little one. Our apartment had a spacious terrace which was great for relaxing in the evenings

We’d absolutely recommend Palm Garden to other families looking for a laid-back, family-friendly place in Alcúdia. We’d love to come back someday!

We didn’t have breakfast on the terrace, but the food we did try at the hotel was tasty and had good variety. What really stood out was the staff

The beach is just a short walk away — less than five minutes even with a stroller — and the location overall is really convenient for families

Entertainment on a night was ok more for the kids really however you can’t expect them to spend hundreds of pounds on entertainment for a very small amount of people as I said earlier I imagine in peak season this would be very different, during the day they have music and games on which is really fun

Rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays, we had a slight problem with the shower head being loose however as soon as we told reception they got someone up to fix it, bar is open from 10

- far away from the beach -the hotel need a renovation - The restaurant is inside the main Building ,no outdoor sitting area. - we were staying last year in HSM Calas Park and it was better than Torre Blanca

Was there from 30/09/25-08/10/2025 and is superb, the food selection is amazing with different choices every night and the quality of the food is very good

If you're all-inclusive, the snacks are served at the hotel across the road, which was honestly better than the main meals – a bit of a letdown considering the overall food quality

You have a clothes dryer at the balcony which is a great advantage. The breakfast and supper was in our hotel. Dinner was in the hotel next to ours. We spend there 14 days and we were very happy with the food

Everyday in the evening we took milk and hot chocolate for our child from the bar near the pool. The bar service was great! The hotel is in a great location. Going to the beach is about a 5 minutes walk

Our son loves ice cream and pizza. The dinners in the second hotel was the best we had ever eaten! Everybody in the hotel was nice and helpful

We would love to come back next year

Great Location, But Needs Major Improvements I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location is spot on – close to the beach, shops, and bars – the hotel itself really needs a total refurbishment

Lobby area and bar is lovely, and always clean. The rooms are clean, tidy, simple, room serviced daily if you wanted. We would go back and would definitely recommend. The price we paid we were very happy

This is an update to my review left in October 2025 where I scored our holiday a three. Globales promised to look and change things and they have largely delivered on that

We were greeted warmly at reception and welcomed back, we have visited many times and it is lovely to be recognised. Check in was quick and without a problem

Big shout out to Miguel and Francisco in the bar always happy to chat and add to the hotel experience. In the restaurant it is always good to see Javi and there were a good few new staff who always had a smile for us

We normally visit at least twice per year and have held off from booking until we see if things have improved and we have to say we will be booking again soon as the hotel is now back on track and delivered a great stay for us

One of the letdowns last October was the animation team and the lack of activities, that has been greatly improved this year and a big well done to Paul, Jadey and Carolina who were happy to engage with people

As returning guests we enjoyed another great stay in Palmanova Palace. All the staff were brilliant, but special thanks to David at reception and Julian and his team in the restaurant

Our only issue was with noise during the night from neighbouring guests’ rooms. We didn’t notice this during our stay earlier in the year, so maybe we were unlucky this time and it certainly wasn’t the fault of the hotel

In our view this hotel gives you a great value all inclusive stay in a convenient location. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We love the food - there’s always a great choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner of freshly prepared delicious dishes using local produce - but also chips, pizza etc

The hotel is all inclusive and the drinks that are available are of decent quality. Restaurant is open 3 times a day and food and drink is available at what is called the pizza bar

Stayed all inclusive 06/10/2025 to 16/10/2025 - wife and I - good holiday, food varied, daily room cleaning, met all expectations and more re my specific requests - room 718 - near lift, lovely vista of hills and sea - as stated I did not have a pool view but no dissatisfaction with this - entertainment friendly and approachable, evening entertainment "dragged a bit" waiting for the "acts"- lounge...

Entertainment is always very difficult to sort out for a wide range of different countries so I can say hand on heart we had fun well done Alua Roc Boccaccio

We have stayed Alua in Palma before and thats why chose Alua Alcudia again but I think hotels are not the same

We liked its location and the restaurant. The shower in the room was excellent

Excellent friendly professional and fast service at the hotel all staff were very professional helpful with all aspects of the holiday all questions answered and with a smile even if behind a mask

We had enjoyed our stay in Palma but this time the hotel was so loudy , even heart next room’s phone call; that was so unconfortable

Only two things could be improved: the light in the corridor is so strong at night that it shines through the cracks between the doors into the room and it is too bright

Brilliant cheap all inclusive for a young couple. Slightly grimy in places but well worth the price. Just be wary when we went all the entertainment was in French!

Service at reception was good, restaurant is excellent- huge variety of food and everything is tasty way better than at Egipt or Turkish 4-5 stars

Nice location, local shops, Bars & Restaurants, within walking distance of main town and beautiful Marina

Great family hotel good selection of all inclusive food and drinks. Pools are cold early in the season though. Staff are very friendly and helpful..

We had a fantastic stay at Alua Cales de Mallorca Resort with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was so warm – friendly staff and welcome drinks on arrival set the tone perfectly

Nice spacious rooms and cleaned every day. Fantastic views from our room. Food was good but got a little repetitive. Drinks not very strong but it was All Inclusive so expected it

The staff were outstanding throughout our stay – so friendly and especially engaging with our daughter. Isabel in the restaurant deserves a special mention, she was absolutely fantastic

Sun lounger situation isn’t as bad as people write and don’t have to get mega early to get them. Music round pool was also good and made it nice and relaxing while sipping your favourite drinks

Stayed here for 4 days and totally fell in love with the place. Food was really nice and changed every day. All inclusive and we had the my favourite club added which was awesome

More chilled than BH Mallorca hotel but with all inclusive still get access to all the hotel as well as the apartments :) x

Lovely Apartments and pool but pool bar was not all inclusive

I came here for a promotion when I first reopened. The pools and slides are really fun. They play awesome music and even get some events here. Its good value and the rooms are nice quality

A good nights sleep in a noisy area

We had an amazing holiday here and can’t wait to return. 2 adults 1 19 month old self catering as I wasn’t sure on all inclusive but wow the food is so good I will definitely do all inclusive next time

This review will focus mainly on the way the hotel helped us with a strong dairy allergy. Otherwise the hotel, the room, the facilities, the setting - all great, no complaints

We have just returned from a week here and will definitely be coming back, arslan and the rest of the staff at the hotel were amazing, we went all inclusive and found the food and drink on offer really good and great value for money, our favourite being the lunch time menu which was amazing

He worked through translation to agree some simple options that our son loved and each evening prepared them specially, and away from contamination - the buffet has an amazing selection of dairy-based deserts

It was a nice touch that the kitchen also found our son a DF ice lolly. This turned what could have been a week long anxiety into a relaxing holiday. Thank you to all of the team who helped here

The only slight negative was you are a little away from everywhere, that said you are short taxi rides away from some lovely places including Alcudia old town which was really beautiful

We have just arrived at 1am greeted by lovely reception man George gave us food tea ☕ coffee ☕ very helpful very pleasant. Apartment looks fantastic now 2.39am see more tomorrow. ???????????

We stayed here 5 nights and everything was really good. Food is ok, we always found something to eat and rooms were cleaned regularly

This didn't bother us but for Brits coming to chat to other families be aware of this. It's more at the end of Sillot than Sa Coma. The resort was fab with shops and restaurants

The entertainment during the day was sooo good, water polo, billiard, darts, kids club. Evening mini disco was a blast for our 3 year old daughter, Marcelo and Julieta are fantastic and do everything from heart

There’s a nice variety of food available, though the taste wasn’t always amazing. Still, the variety makes up for it, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to try something different

The bar offers beer and other drinks, including cocktails. The staff is friendly and eager to please. We stayed at this hotel for eight nights and would be happy to return
