Hotels All-inclusive in Majorca island

We went to main hotel pool by the sea , life guard won’t let us stay at the pool although we stay at sister hotel , we bought drinks from the pool bar

I know some people complain about the little uphill walk to the hotel (just a 5-minute walk), but honestly, it gives the hotel an unforgettable view from all the terraces—especially the main hotel terrace overlooking the entire Palmanova area

The views are beautiful, and the location is fantastic — right next to the center and just a short walk from the beach. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help. We honestly have nothing to complain about!

It’s not that they could’ve done anything particularly creative with it, but hey, I don't want to praise them too much 😂 because they are just too good to be true! We’re definitely planning to return! Thank you!

Myself and 4 mates stayed here for a long weekend and it certainly exceeded expectations. The bedrooms and inhouse facilities were all spotless and pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful

There's a convenience shop by the hotel entrance which was good for snacks and water etc. The absolute highlight of our stay had to be the range of FREE in house activities available

There was a disability area at the beach which loans out beach mobility aids. Lifeguards can assist you in the sea. Sun loungers provided in a reserved covered area, available for disabled people and their companions

Some of our party were allocated an apartment across the road which was good with a group and had a large balcony, sofa and kitchenette. It had a lift, but access to the building was steps or an extremely steep ramp

It was a good hotel to choose for a group, but disabled access could be better. Disabled access info in advance is very limited. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor

There was a platform lift but no way to operate it independently - you needed a key from reception, and they hadn't thought about how you get this key if you are outside the building

I booked with Love Holidays who considered access requirements to be a 'request'. Therefore I did not have an adapted room for the first half of my stay, and had to pack and move

The beach was very nearby and access to the promenade (with wheelchair) was easy - decent pavements, dropped kerbs, zebra crossings. Promenade was flat and well maintained

You will enjoy here even if this is not what you would expect… Food is great and drinks are okay… Bar tenders are the best and very friendly…

I think management needs to take care about the staff customers building and the rooms…. The time has stopped here about 10-15 years ago…

We upgraded to the adults only area only because we went as just a couple if we had the children we would of been happy to sit round the main pool, all the pools were clean, sun loungers clean

The hotel is outdated but atmosphere here is great…. The animation team is the best … I have never met before that great team…

Boys from animation especially: Billy Zino Amino Gringo are very friendly and looking after the customers here…

One evening we did have to que for the restaurant, but this was only because the weather was bad that day, and the outside seating area was closed. You will always find something to eat, freshly made pizza, and omelets

Fantastic stay here, we had a 2 bedroom suite on self catering, the hotel is in an excellent position only a few mins walk from shops, restaurants and the beach

The restaurant you was greeted by a lovely blonde lady and shown to your seats, the food was plentiful with lots of variety and a kids sweetie corner

The cleaning ladies are fantastic and coming to clean the room later in the day if you didn’t want it done in the morning. WIFI was amazing! A very relaxing holiday and the best hotel we’ve stayed in for a long time

The pools were amazing and they even had a bouncy thing in the water to entertain older kids (and adults who are kids at heart) The location was perfect, very close to the beach and there was an Aldi close by

The hotel staff were very nice and we never felt uncomfortable bringing in food from outside of the hotel - even to eat by the pool! We would definitely go back again, the value for money is amazing!

There were 6 swimming areas including a heated indoor and out door pool and splash areas just great for kids. It could be quite noisy in the corridors at night but it didn’t bother us too much

The hotel was well placed for the beach and local shops, only a short walk away. We found the food to be of good quality, as were the all-inclusive drinks

Only one minor complaint: there was no kettle in the room, my wife found the bed quite hard, but it is what you get used to. I slept well, even though you could hear the neighbours at times

It’s extremely good for a 3 star resort and well priced, the Globales Brand does have a 4 star hotel next door for those who want something a little more flashy. We plan to try there as well

It instantly set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. It’s a fair 3-star hotel, and the pricing is perfectly in line with the level of service and quality you receive

What really stood out to us, though, was the warm and friendly welcome we received at reception — especially after a couple of less positive experiences elsewhere

Having read some of the other reviews and given our travel experience, I do feel that some people’s expectations are a little unrealistic

The food is of good quality, with a surprisingly wide selection available even during a quieter period

Loved it, very friendly staff, clean room, the food was really good, everyday something different, we paid for all inclusive, but really only had breakfast and dinner, but no complaints, we loved our stay there.

Miguel was always willing to answer all questions, provided useful tips for trips and restaurants in the area, and at the same time had a great sense of humor, which made every interaction with him positive

Breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious, there was always plenty to choose from - from fresh vegetables, to hot dishes to great desserts. The restaurant staff was helpful and smiling

We had the all inclusive package, which was perfect for us. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner had great options that vary everyday. You get a variation of fish, meet and vegetarian dishes

We stayed at the hotel for a week and it was just great. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and with the AC it is very cool, even when it’s hot outside

My stay at the Mix Peymar Hotel was a great experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach, so I was just a few steps from my room to the sea

The all inclusive bar was so good, you can have as many drinks as you want until 11pm, and the staff use a lot of alcohol when they make your drink, so thats a bonus! All inclusive includes different cocktails, soft drinks, spirits, wine and beer, there’s a good list to choose from

The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and the pool area was nice, although deposits were required for pool towels

Would I revisit? Definitely not at this time of year (although I suspect queues and congestion in the restaurant might be a problem when the hotel is at full occupancy)

The hotel was due to close for the season very shortly after I left (I wouldn't have booked if I'd realised) so as my time there moved on the food offering got worse, the self service drink dispensers were often empty and the entertainment was basically non-existent with the animator actually telling me he was counting down to Friday when he finished

We got back from here yesterday and had the most fabulous time! From start to finish every staff member was so friendly and helpful! Nothing was too much and anything we asked was dealt with straight away

All the staff were very friendly and gave their best all the time even though it was the last week of this season. A special mention to the entertainment team. They definitely made our stay unforgettable

Nice (if a little small) apartments. Great pool areas, but no playground. Wheelchair access good, even a ramp into the pool. Sister hotel across the road does all the buffet meals, but stairs everywhere!

We had a really good time at the Jutlandia this October. The housekeeping came every day and we got given new towels every day. There was a good variety of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner

The staff were very helpful and happy. Great pools and lots to do for kids. All inclusive food was lovely and had a great selection of drinks. The rooms could do with a bit of a refresh

The beach is only a five minute walk just like the shops and the busstop to take the bus to places like Palma etc The pools were clean and the kids absolutely loved them

My partner said only thing that needs to improve is adding cider to the drinks collection but that’s his personal preference rather than a hotel flaw

Tea machine would be nice to be on during lunch and dinner hours too but overall a wonderful experience and great atmosphere

Honestly hotel is immaculate, food was good, does get a bit boring but all in very impressed. Even my ASD son found something most meals, struggled a bit with breakfast but that's normal for him

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The location is excellent, and the food is simply outstanding, with a fantastic selection and top-notch service. The room, along with the entire hotel, is exceptionally clean

Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The food in the buffet restaurant was ok, the food in the restaurants was very nice. We stayed 5 nights and was allowed 3 restaurant bookings with our half board

Drinks are very expensive €8 for a basic whiskey. The location of the hotel is lovely. 5-10mins walk to Alcudia port and beach. 15 minute walk to old Alcudia town, which was surprisingly lovely

The à la carte restaurants were better, although unfortunately, I did experience a bout of food poisoning after having sushi one evening - (although granted this could just be my stomach)

Having spoken to the Guest Relations Manager we were offered additional lunches and bookings for the a la carte restaurants which were welcomed

We had the best time - the hotel staff are all attentive, there's plenty to occupy the kids & the rooms were excellent. If you've got a young family this is the place for you

Lovely location with good access to beach and local sites. Buffet breakfast a bit of a bun fight with lots of small children running wild and constantly cold and tasteless coffee. Good selection apart from that

It's a nice resort, well located, just by excellent beach, one of Majorca's Top 5. Food is okay, don't expect anything extraordinary, just fine food, with some bits so-so and sometimes something very nice

There are only very small nitpicks to the hotel itself, such as minor maintenance issues and the pools being a bit on the cold side in mid September, but overall not enough to justify subtracting any points

Amazing hotel we brought our two daughters 6 and 3 and they didn't want to leave. Kids entertainment was amazing and alot of effort put in. Girls loved the loom band making and pumpkin carving

Love the fact its on the beach so you have the best of both worlds swimming pool day or beach day! Plenty of food choices at buffet something for everyone and very tasty!! Thank you to everyone for making our trip memorable!

Can't say much more about the resort, we've not used any non-heated pools or evening entertainment (which I'd rather call a nuisance), it's the beach that is the best asset of this place and it was the main reason we went there - apart from heated pools

However, with beach proximity, heated pools were not really important. There's one heated pool for adults only and one mixed, so it's full of kids

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth made a real difference

The rooms and big and modern, beds are very comfortable only thing here is the pillows aren’t great but that’s a personal preference. All the staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you


The food was another standout – fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. 
Overall, the combination of excellent service, kind staff, and great food made this a memorable stay

The entertainment doesn’t go on all night which is great and it’s not too loud! The housekeeping staff are brilliant

I would like to start to say a big thanks to every member of the staff. In particular Ana, the receptionist and Maria the lady that worked at the restaurant. They were both very helpful and so kind to us

Myself and my cousin stayed here for a week all inclusive we upgraded to a pool view room for 60 euros for the week room was fine for 2 people quite compact but done us the food wasn’t the best but always something there to eat u won’t starve hotel is spotless and the people we met where just brilliant Marion Margaret jenna Lucy Jane and husband and everyone one else so funny

We was offered to go into the dining area and get some food/drinks even though it was late which we thought was fantastic. Our room was great but could have done with fixtures and fittings being repaired or updated

Upon leaving tomas was there agian to help us check out once again offered food snacks and drinks before the taxi arrival this man will go out of your way to help you including locate your taxi/ transfer pickup

We arrived after midnight was greeted by tomas who spoke very good english and got us checked in within a few mins and explained where to find the room etc and the times of the meals and entertainment

The restaurant is well managed and the food was enjoyable and satisfied everyone each day of our stay. Rooms are a great size and the option to use a kitchenette was a nice bonus

The outdoor pools were too cold to make the most of at this time of year but we were pleased to be able to use the heated indoor pool. Our daughter Loved the mini disco and our teens enjoyed the sports court every day

I really enjoyed my week with all my children and grandchildren here. The staff were great and the facilities were very good also. The food was consistently very good.

So let me start by saying if you are travelling peak season and you are a family with children of mixed ages then I would recommend the Zafiro Mallorca

Staff could not be more attentive and friendly. The hotel is well kept and has many facilities to keep children of all ages entertained

We had a great time with the entertainment. The employees are all really friendly and try to speak to everyone and involve them. The entertainment activities were very enjoyable and was my favourite part of this holiday.

They even heard it was my sons 4th birthday and arranged for a cake to come to our dinner table. 2 staff members really stood out who went the extra mile which was Dani and Carlos from the pizzeria bar and restaurant

Food - For AI buffet, as you would expect, no complaints for the price we paid. We did however go out two evenings for a meal as we tend to opt for self catering or B&B. Only observation was the lack of much vegetables

Well the hotel was ok room was ok pool area was amazing place to be staff was good but one was more he was going out his way to make our stay more relaxing food was pretty good

As we were there for the October half term the Santa Ponsa Park hotel itself was purely accommodation and by this morning when we left we probably were the last ones! For food and entertainment we were in the Pionero right next door

Had paella one night meals are served between 19:00- 21:00 i came at 20:00 and it had all gone,and told there was no more, the same on a Mexican night Chilli con carne all gone by 20:00

My wife and I have just returned from the Panama hotel, We stayed for a week and upgraded to All inclusive for £92 instead of half board

On arrival (1330) we were told the room would be ready after 1400,this seemed to be a regular thing. We were also told the tourist tax would be €48 and if you want to use the safe in you room €38 and €10 cash deposit

Unfortunately the reception didn’t tell us when the times were for breakfast or dinner or about the other bar in the hotel

1900-2100 We stayed in room 304, nice balcony and to the rear of the hotel so no noise from the rest of the hotel

Not worthy of 4 star, modern rooms,but that's the best I can say no evening entertainment to speak of apart from one night of flamenco dancers,food palatable but usually tepid, and tea and coffee only at breakfast, staff was very helpful and friendly though,would love to to go to Palma Nova again lovely resort

It's two minutes walk from town centre and 10 to the beach. We are already planning to stay here again. It has a nice safe little pool and surrounded by wonderful resturants and bars but not noisy

It was a basic room in a great location. The breakfast had good options every day. The staff we met were all friendly. Easy parking at the spar across the road

We were going to surprise our aunt and cousins for her upcoming 80th birthday. I emailed the hotel about being in the same hotel as them as two were named, not only did they do that but put us in the next room to them.

Excellent value fir money on an All Inclusive break. First off, the location is spot on

It’s a really short, easy walk to the beach and all the local shops and bars, so you’re right in the heart of things without it being too noisy at night. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean

Stayed here for 5 nights AI, we paid for a deluxe sea view room although the view was lovely (view of front pool and beach) I would have preferred a full sea view more round the front, however we didn't feel the need to complain or anything

The animation program was awesome because every night there was some sort of a show or a concert. As a huge fan of Queen I really appreciated the tribute-concert. It's the best 4 star hotel I've ever been to

It would be nice to be offered your second or third drink. This is only a minor issue but it did frustrate me slightly. It felt like I was being rushed to finish and leave. I would definitely return again
