The food is excellent with lots of choice, and they even cater brilliantly for gluten free - massive bonus for us. After a hard night out dancing you can relax by the pool to recover and get ready to do it all again

Can't fault this hotel, rooms are nice and comfortable, plenty of sunbeds around the pool and not far from the nightlife

Very nice hotel for families, beautiful sandy beach. Facilities are in good shape, several pools, we went mid-July and the hotel was full, but did not feel too overcrowded

The personnel try to work as diligent as possible and be always polite and accommodating even under stress; special mention here to Fran Núñez and colleagues at the pool bar. Overall, a really nice experience

The pool area 🏊‍♂️💦 is fantastic – especially the quiet garden pool 🌺🍹 with its pool bar, away from all the hustle and bustle, was a real highlight. Our 5-year-old son 👦💙 even learned how to dive here 🤿👏

Apartment size is good for a family of four, with a terrace, and beds were comfortable. The best of the hotel without any doubt is the service. Staff speak up to 3-4 different languages

Lucas, Marko, and Nikolai were absolutely brilliant members of the animation team. They brought great enthusiasm and positive energy every day, making sure guests were always engaged and having a good time

Their energy, creativity, and friendliness really made the experience more enjoyable, always creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to them, the entertainment program felt lively and memorable

During my stay at the hotel, I was especially impressed by the animation team. Lucas, Marko, and Nikolai did an outstanding job keeping guests entertained throughout the day

The kid's entertainment team: Nickolai, Mark and Lucas were particularly fab -we were very impressed with Nockolai's circus and mime artist entertainment skills

Their performances and activities were well-organized and fun, and they truly helped create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the hotel

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming — from reception to the restaurant and the bar. Everything was well taken care of, and we would definitely love to come back.

The surrounding area is great with lots of shops and restaurants and the nearby beach was so beautiful with calm waters perfect for young kids

We stayed as a family of four with two boys age 5 & 7. The hotel was so clean and the rooms were comfortable with everything we needed. We did have to join the sun bed race each morning to secure sunbeds

Would be great to play a couple more chart songs for some of the slightly older kids. They loved the APT theme song during the day and at the end of the disco and learnt the dance routine

The food was great with an amazing choice of salads and plenty of grilled options if you want healthy choices. More veg options for kids would be great as felt that was a bit limited

Our kids loved the pool and the bouncy pillow was a huge hit although can get really busy in the afternoon. We found the mini disco was really only catered for very young children

Absolutely excellent stay- the staff were all lovely, the hotel was perfectly set up for kids, great swimming pools and activities! All the food was brilliant

My kids got to go to their swim school and also to the "kids corner" where they were taking care of their fanatic staff members while we could enjoy our time in the roof top. An extra that definitely is worth paying for

Beautiful resort with incredible views, fantastic food, and very kind staff. We had a problem come up and they helped us resolve it right away

The only slight downside was the spa, which could benefit from a bit of modernisation to match the rest of the hotel. Overall though, a brilliant holiday and somewhere we’d happily return to

Cons: We travelled as a large group to celebrate a milestone birthday and had contacted the hotel in advance to request a booking at a speciality restaurant for the occasion

The restaurant deserves a special mention — both breakfast and dinner were always fresh, with a fantastic selection of food to choose from. There was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently high

The atmosphere around the hotel was welcoming and enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home while still feeling like a proper holiday

A Fantastic Stay at AluaSun Torrenova We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AluaSun Torrenova and couldn’t fault the experience. From start to finish, everything was excellent

Lovely hotel room was a bit small but was only two of us so managed. Hotel was peaceful n very friendly staff

Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping the rooms clean every day! I suggest taking a moment to read the small print regarding the all-inclusive package and the rules for alcoholic drinks

I do have to give an extra special shout out to Milan, the entertainment staff and Aidan who worked the bar and pool restaurant because they were absolutely fantastic! Been here 4 years in a row, at the start of September every time and already looking to book next year, couldn’t fault it

Excellent location with small walking distance to the beach and all amenities, great variety of cafes, restaurants and bars with great entertainment also within walking distance

The staff in the restaurant are all very friendly and welcoming and the food in our experience was of good quality and good variety

I also left my brand new Nike Air trainers in my hotel room on the day off leaving, got in touch with Alex at reception (who did remember me from the year before) he found my trainers and sent them back to me for a small fee, which is unreal! Really wasn’t expecting to see them again unless I came to pick them up next year! Hahahaha

The pool area is beautiful with a large amount of sun loungers and you don’t have to worry about getting up early to put a towel down, always enough space for everyone in our experience on going every year, May and September

Every night we were welcomed back into the hotel at the end of the evening with such a happy smile from the night receptionist Raffa, who is an absolute joy and in our opinion such an asset to the hotel with his joyful aura

Maria and Raquel—it's hard to say who was better and kinder. When we arrived, they gave us an all-inclusive wristband even though we had paid for half board

The biggest problem of this hotel is the management and the hotel chain. It’s supposed to be all-inclusive, but if you want a simple bottle of water you have to pay extra – what a joke for a so-called 4-star hotel

But the food!! It’s so bland and tasteless. We have not eaten there and we are all inclusive. This hotel is not for a fussy eater or someone looking for English dishes or anything along them lines

We have been to Bahia 4 times, and one of the main things that bring us back is the bar staff! We always get all inclusive premium and always receive the best service from them! Big shout out to Issac, that man works really hard honestly, there was one night where the restaurant seemed to be running on low staff and he honestly made sure the fresh meat and fish station was fully stocked as well as the pasta area etc

We have been coming to this hotel since 2023. We haven’t been anywhere else since then! From the start, Mar has been amazing and has always been so kind and caring when booking us in

She goes above and beyond every year! Also a massive shoutout to Barto, Dani, Maria and Raul for welcoming us from the moment we came and still to this day we are looked after so well! Nothing is too much trouble for them! They all make the hotel experience amazing for us! They will never get rid of us now!

The hotel has a bar area, where they serve cocktails and alcoholic drinks. They do have a wide selection of rums etc and they do have happy hour which I purchased a strawberry daquri. The hotel has a spa and a gym

We opted in for half board which included breakfast and dinner ( if you wish to go inclusive from being half board it is 4 euro per person)

A big thank you to the bar staff – Jamie, Karen, Abdellah, Jose Maria, Daya, Mario, Maria Jesus, Raquel, Samuel and Isabel – always smiling, always helpful, and created a great atmosphere

What really stood out and made the trip was the staff – they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile

The food wasn’t always the best and was sometimes only lukewarm, but there was still enough choice to get by and it certainly didn’t take away from the holiday overall

The entertainment team – Gonzalo, Wilson, Alvaro and Laura – were fantastic and kept things fun and engaging throughout

Reception also deserve a mention, especially Waka and Luisa, who were amazing when helping me sort an issue with my iPad connection – really appreciated the support

Food was out of this world! I’m quite a picky eater but there was a huge variety on offer so even the fussiest of eaters wouldn’t have gone hungry. The worst part which I have seen mentioned so many times was the lifts

Our room overlooking the ocean was amazing. We especially loved the jacuzzi tub on our balcony. The service at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and had a plethora of choices

All of the staff have been extremely friendly, professional and always go above and beyond to take care of us

Only two small points for improvement the breakfast could be more varied and the bedrooms need some maintenance. We spent really great time with my family in this hotel

The beds were comfy, when I flew in, I was very tired so at night I fell asleep. As for the views, they were pretty. I loved the fact my stay was all-inclusive, as for the food, they were good

The snack bar was amazing sold nuggets chips, hotdog, burgers and toasters and tasted great you need pay €1 for plastic cup for drinks through the day but you get it back at end of holiday, the pool was slightly smaller than we would’ve liked but was good but cold the slides and splash park are fantastic for young kids but not so good for my 8/15

a few times my 1 year old was knocked as were other babies which can be quite dangerous! Bar staff, entertainment staff, reception staff, restaurant staff were brilliant - helpful, polite, kind! Food was average, wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst (sushi was the best in my opinion)

There is slushies available for the kids inclusive and the local beer and spirits for adults, the fizzy is cola Fanta lemon Fanta and sprite, tbh all in all the place is great we had a great holiday and the laundrette was a huge bonus at €4 a wash

All inclusive was convenient too. The nearest beach is a beautiful cove and the Marina is lovely. Cala Dor town is 20 mins walk away

I had a really enjoyable stay at BLUESEA Club Marthas! The hotel room was immaculately clean and all of the staff were so friendly and kind and really made my stay so much more enjoyable

The entertainment staff are the best , we really loved the shows were we could participate and really gave my experience a whole new level , always smiling and made our holiday

Fortunately we were only there for 4 days otherwise we would have requested a room change. Cleaning was minimal, on one occasion we had no hand towels and another we had no bathmat

The food was lovely, loads of choice for all 3 meals, we found dinner could be rushed with only having a 2 hour window. A great big shout out to Naida in the restaurant

Stayed here in August on an all inclusive basis. No problem getting anything we wanted at the bar and restaurant. Queues (when there were any) were short and didn't take long to disappear

It is a nice beach area with a few bar restaurants within hotels that you can use. One belongs to the sister hotel. The area is not extremely busy but there are a few bars and restaurants on the doorstep

The spa area was amazing my favorite except when kids were allowed only draw back. The all inclusive hotel is very close to the beach less than 5 minute walk

I even spent a few hours with some of them at a bar across the road when they finished work. I couldn't comment on any of them in particular as they were all good. I made sure I tipped for their excellent service

You would not go short for a change of scenery out of the hotel. If you want night life it is within a mile in a taxi. It is a nice walk along the sea front. There are a few bike hire shops next to the hotel

Staff is very quick, you will wait only seconds before they pick up your order from drinks and serve them as quickly. - The bartenders are very capable and will happily fulfill your custom requests

The menue for free drinks is limited but most of the common drinks and cocktails are free within the allincl. No need to be early and reserve a seat at the pool

, 1 + 1 child of 12 years - Food: huge variety on meals every day (some stuff does repeat of course), snacks available at the pool bistro

You can reserve bali style lounge seats for 70€ a week or 18€ a day if you want a little more comfort. It fits 3-4 persons (or 4 if you have toddlers). Pool is overlooked by dedicated staff to ensure security

Location was great with a handful of bars and restaurants in Camp de Mar and plenty more in nearby Port Andratx (€8 taxi/10 mins drive)

Cleaning is done between 9:00 - 15:00 with the mini bar being replenished shortly after There is a turn down service that we didn't opt for but happened anyway each night around 19:30 when we were out for dinner You are provided with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and I thought they were good quality even without outrageously curly hair! The AC is a lifesaver especially throughout the night

There is also PLENTY of hangers and wardrobe space! Room service is also included as part of the AI. Any drinks that aren't included, it is very clearly stated

ROOMS The rooms are all absolutely immaculate. You will get fresh pool towels daily and if you leave any other towels on the floor in the bathroom, these will be replaced with new

We kept this on constantly and the room stayed lovely and cool There is a TV with a good few English channels (One, ITV, Netflix) and the TV can be pulled out to face the bed if needs be All rooms and their views look wonderful in all honesty

We gravitated to having lunch at the poolside as you can see in some of the pictures, however lunch is available at The Market or La Veranda without reservation For dinner, if you download the app you can check out what is on at The Market each night under allergy information

Magaluf Beach is for the people who stay up until late and party. If you want to go early to bed, this is not the right place for you. They have paid private parking if you come by car

The staff were very helpful, breakfast very good, great little bar and terrace. Rooms a bit cramped and i should have asked for an accessible one as i struggled getting in and out of bath to get a shower

At the quieter end of Magaluf almost at Torrenova so much quieter at night. The hotel has an entirely different view of All Inclusive than any other hotel we have stayed in

The hotel was great and we enjoyed the food and access to the beach. The surrounding area was full of young people partying but the hotel was peaceful and quiet. I would stay there again.

The staff was brilliant and took immediate action when needed. Hotel itself is nice, wouldn't book half board again, just breakfast, because the food was not nice at all and we ate out innthe end

While the hotel isn't on the beach front it's only 10 mins away. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. My only criticism is that the wifi is a little slow and intermittent

My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean. My room did not have sea view but the majority do

We spent most nights at The Irish Soul bar attached to the hotel, which sells an excellent pint of Guinness. Sunbeds at the pool were always available so need to go to the beach. Everything you need under one roof

Cocktails were pre made but all other drinks included with all inclusive were delicious! Highly recommend! Great location with fun activities within close distance
