The overall experience staying at Sheraton Shanghai Waigaoqiao Hotel was acceptable. Their room service is available 24 hours, and you can order food by calling their hotline anytime. However, please note that the menu prices are on the higher side. One simple main course can cost almost twice as much as ordering through ******* food delivery. This was my second stay, and once again, the service was very responsive. They were very accommodating, especially since we were staying for an exam, and I really appreciate that. My child also slept very well; the room was quiet. I'd definitely consider staying here again if needed.

Great for short business trips, with a good environment, fresh air, and excellent service. The buffet is decent too. It's also relatively quiet and not overly bustling. Definitely recommend it. Value for money is average.

I've stayed here several times. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness is generally good. It's quite convenient to get around, only a few minutes' walk to the subway station. Overall, I'm still satisfied.

This hotel is located in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. The overall environment is decent, though the facilities are a bit dated. Both the general atmosphere and the service are pretty good. The price isn't particularly cheap, but getting around from here is quite convenient.

Very nice facility. Lots of amenities inside the building, including multiple restaurants, a bar and a gym. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially since I didn't speak any of their language. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. This is definitely a great place to stay if you're in the area.

I loved this hotel. It is very quiet around here and the bed is very comfortable. Nice amenities and very clean too. Nice family mart just opposite the hotel and to the left a wonderful bakery and great kebab joint. Staff were very nice and helpful too.

Decent hotel in the far out WGQ free trade zone area. A little dated, room renovation and furnishings lacks modern appeal. Very good breakfast. There are several decent eateries nearby and a convenient store across the road.

A very good Chinese hotel with big room and good service. The restaurant is big with friendly service and the breakfast with eastern and western foods.

The hotel is a little old, and the layout and facilities can be seen, and the maintenance is OK. There is a faint smell of cigarettes in the corridors of the non-smoking floors. When the housekeeping was cleaning in the morning, I could clearly smell cigarettes in some rooms. The non-smoking policy needs to be implemented well.

Booked for a friend on a business trip to Waigaoqiao. It was quite cost-effective, with excellent service, a clean and comfortable environment, a bright lobby, and efficient front desk staff. Transportation was relatively convenient.

The lobby was bright, the front desk staff were very welcoming, the room was quite spacious, the shower was powerful, the hotel's Wi-Fi was fast, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was very plentiful. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Booked a suite . Rooms are good. But no lobby. Taxi from Hongqio cost 220 rmb at night.

amenities are fine. size of room is smaller than in pictures. towels are not new. over all its fine but over priced.

Overall the room is very clean and staff are pleasant. As it is located inside the free trade zone, there are not really much places to go around the hotel.
