This was my second time staying at this hotel for a trip to Disneyland. The lovely front desk staff upgraded our room, but there was a minor issue with the first one. They quickly helped us switch to another room and even gave a small gift to my child.

Cleanliness: A bit disappointing. When I came back on the second day, I noticed the crumbs from the fried skewers I ate the night before were still on the table. Service: The service was very good. Environment: I wouldn't recommend staying on the fifth floor; there's a swimming pool there.

The hotel has a lovely ambiance, friendly service, and a great breakfast spread. There are multiple shuttle buses to Disney every day, and it's also very close to the subway. It's our go-to hotel whenever we take the kids to Disney.

Located right next to Disneyland, the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, train station, Disneyland, and the Bund is incredibly convenient. The service from the front desk and concierge really stood out; their teamwork made everything super efficient. They were always willing to help, and the butler service was thorough and attentive. I chose this hotel for our family trip to Disneyland, and it was a great choice. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the room has a fridge stocked with drinks. The decor is very cozy, and the service is responsive and efficient. The room was clean and the heating worked wonderfully in winter. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted good. They also have shuttle buses to Disneyland with various time slots, as well as shuttles to Pudong Airport and Yu Garden, which is very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, and the family room was adorable and playful, with plenty of space – really great! The breakfast selection and taste were also quite good! This hotel is in a great location, very close to Kangxin Highway Metro Station, and just one stop away from Disneyland, which is incredibly convenient. This hotel is super convenient for a Disney trip with kids. It's not far from the park, and it's easy to get there by taxi or shuttle. I went to Disneyland with friends and stayed for two nights. It was very close to the subway station. It only took two subway stops to get to Disneyland, which was incredibly convenient. Thumbs up!
